We couldn't be more pleased with Sheldon and his team of workers and the work they did for us. Sheldon has a team of employees unlike many other roofers who use day laborers. They showed up on time, worked tirelessly and cleaned up at the end of each day. We replaced our 3 tab roof with a new architectural shingle roof and wow - it updated our 1980 home. I probably am most impressed with Sheldon's attention to detail and how well his team worked together. I was very impressed with Teemu from Renco Roofing. His customer service was outstanding. He was a very nice professional young man. He knows his job very well and stands behind his company! When it was time to do the roof his crew showed up everyday, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They actually finished the roof a few days early! I was very impressed with this company and will refer them to everyone!

The Ky-Ko team, from sales to the office staff to the roofers, were phenomenal. Timely responses to questions, return calls, and working with our insurance company was excellent. The team of 10 that tore our old roof off and re-roofed (all in one day!) were unbelievable. They worked together, did a professional job and cleaned everything up. My roof leaked in the strangest spot, Will came out and gave an very fair est. for the repair, it did end up being slightly more but only because the repair ended up being larger. But it needed to be done because the previous owners roof replacement was done wrong and cut corners and obviously ran off the with claim money. They inspected the rest of the roof and at this time everything seems good, Will and his team made it right. They scheduled me in during the busiest week ever and were on time, clean, friendly and got the job done efficiently and quickly. They are a trusted team not only from what I experienced, but lol the neighbor grandma gave them lunch that day. I just found that out. I highly recommend Patterson Roofing, they are in my address book for when I need a new roof. I fully support locally family owned businesses, they are my first go to for everything.

I contacted Jack to give me an estimate on a small roof repair. I had previously contacted 3 other roofing companies and 2 no showed me and the other blew me off after they came out to look at the job. I suspect they just didn't want to deal with the repair. Jack came out and gave me a rough idea of what needed to be done and also had another of his roofers come out and look at it the same week. There were 2 possible options for the repair and when the roofer came out to look at it he was actually able to fix it on the spot. Jack called me to let me know and said this repair may hold up just fine but if not we can then proceed with the more expensive repair. Jack then said that there was no charge for the work they did and to let him know if any problems develop. Jack was so honest and kind and I'm am so appreciative that he actually took the time to help me and I will definitely be calling him again with some other remodeling projects I will be working on. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

We have a Dutch Colonial home designed by an architect back east and complicated additional structures including detached garage, breezeway, and unique pavilion with a complicated steep pitched roof. After 20 years of a deteriorating concrete shingle roof, and a poorly done metal roofing job done by our original roofer, we decided to get a new lifetime metal roof on all our structures. We had a long wait to get the job done but it was worth it. We did not want to trust someone who claimed to do metal roofs. They are not the least expensive but if you want the job done right it is not worth cutting corners on price. It took Vertex 2 months to do our job. Their employees were courteous, and cleaned up every night. We got to know the crew and enjoyed having them around. They are professionals and they know how to do metal roofs. Don’t take a chance with roofers who say they do metal roofs. I do not hesitate to recommend them for your job no matter how small, large or complicated. They will do it right. Their salesman Craig Sorenson worked with us every step of the way and helped us with samples, ideas and metal products that helped us to get the beautiful look we wanted to compliment and enhance the look of our home.

During heavy rain we noticed water gushing over the side of the gutter. On our own inspection we could see grass growing out of the gutter. We didn't feel safe clearing the gutter ourselves due to the height of our House so we asked Precision Roofing to take a look after checking out other local companies!

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.
