Jeff was always accessible during the whole project. He was always a phone call away. He really delivered when the project was going on. After it was all done last year he stood behind all the small stuff. I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to share that I had a wonderful experience with TSM Roofing, LLC. I had storm damage this past month and worked with Sheldon to assess the damages. He was able to work with my insurance company and get someone out. He has been kind, helpful and responsive during the entire process. They even did a great job with the cleanup afterwards. We now have a new roof that looks great and the process was completely painless for us! Just wanted to share in case anyone else is in need of repairs/replacements.

We have had excellent service from Mikku & Sons Roofing twice. Three years ago we had a roof leak in our shop. I called Mikku and they came out that same day and made the repair (no more leaks). With this good service, there was no one else to call to give us a new flat roof on our house (roof over 20 years old). Our entire roof is covered with solar panels so it was considerably more effort for Dion and Mike to put down the new roof. We were kept up-to-date on the progress and the project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Update. Roof was repaired Tuesday. Workers were friendly and did a nice clean up which I wasn't expecting. No further leaks with the monsoon. I will use them again when I'm ready for the full roof underlayment replacement.

These people have the worst customer service. No one returns your calls. And if they do it’s a week later because someone is on vacation even though you called and left a few voice mails with other people. They came out made us a quote that was over $100 more then the company we ended up using. They are the ones that built the roof not even 3 years ago about 2 1/2 years and the roof from the storms ripped out roof apart. They say it’s an act of god they can’t control what the weather does. But why is it a brand new home and not only ours many others in same builder complex that also had same issues. That sounds more like workmanship then weather. The people the had on the roof when it was being built had no professional vehicles and could not sp aj English every time we checked on our home while being built. Stay away

Highly recommend. Needed to get bids for my house and Russ at Gryphon was the only one who was able to give me a straight answer. They got the job done in the time frame that was needed. I enjoyed working with them AND... they clean up after themselves! Excellent!

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. They provided excellent service, were responsive to calls and the work appears very good (haven't had any rain to test the work, lol). We had a roof leak and decided to get a complete restack ( remove tiles, replace the underlayment then replace the tiles). We were able to work with our solar company to remove and replace the solar panels around the roof repair. The final appearance looks great and I can tell very improved over the previous roof.
