Best Need Of Repairs in Phoenix AZ

We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

Josh got back to me immediately after I explained the situation I needed an estimate on. Rather than bring someone out and have them do work that wasn't necessary, he provided me with the information
I needed to address the problem, saving me a lot of time and money in the process. I really appreciate the ethics that are behind the way ASAP does business. It makes me happy that I called them first in this situation. I know if I ever have a need for a service that ASAP performs, they will be my first call. Thank you, Josh. Truly.

I would put in a zero but there’s no way to make a comment without at least marking one star. They need to fix what was not improperly completed and they need to fix the money issues. They were really good about telling me someone else’s work was shabby but then when their work was shabby they didn’t see it. What someone else had done was easily fixable but what they did is impossible to fix without tearing out my walls. They really played me for being stupid. Oh, they’re great sales people. Also, their cabinet man ran off in the middle. I have a lot more to say but I ran out of time.

Valley Fire and Water made a very stressful situation much more bearable. They were wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations. We had to do a full restoration - all of the flooring throughout our home had to be replaced and most of the cabinets. We had to move out of the house for 4 months for the construction - they worked with our insurance helped us through all of our concerns and frustrations. Great to work with!
