RENCO Roofing - Excellent Experience. The last several windstorms have done a number on my roof, lots of loose tiles and so some repairs needed to be made. I called several companies but of the ones I contacted, RENCO Roofing responded the quickest. Lars came out, explained the problems, outlined solutions and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The repairs were completed quickly and very professionally.

I had Brown Roofing come to my house and do a roof inspection, which was free of charge. They showed me everything that needed attention, as well as the things that didn't. I felt they were very honest and they didn't try to sell me on a single thing, or make me worry about things that didn't matter, explaining everything along the way. They were very friendly as well, and I will not hesitate to contact them again if I need any work done in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with a team of highly knowledgeable, caring, and professional group of individuals at KY-KO Roofing. All that I spoke with, whether in person or on the phone, exceeded my expectations in customer service.
One gentleman in particular, Oscar Linares, helped to put my mind at ease with his continual updates /progress of the job being done. If an unseen issue came up he was quick to address and correct the situation. He was very personable but upfront in our interactions. He was easy to speak with and demonstrated to me that he has a lot of pride for what he does, the wonderful work that his men do, and for the company overall.
I am grateful for everyone's help as well as the financing options that were open to me. The overall price for the repairs and partial rebuild of much of the roof was very fair and came in below other competitors. The look and quality of my new roof is wonderful. Most of all, I don't have to worry about leaks and continual unseen damages to my roof and rafters when (if) a storm(s) moves through the valley.

From the initial estimate, we were very impressed with how thoroughly the examination of the existing roof was and the completeness of the description, terminology and cost explanation were. The estimator, David, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and had our trust immediately. He also explained we had to wait a while before they could start the job due to shipping delays for all the required new and replacement roofing supplies which we appreciated so there would be no delays once the job started. When the job started on the exact day/time scheduled, the project manager, Eddie, showed up and gave us the detailed schedule and plan. Their scheduler, Abril, kept us posted on shipping and scheduling progress. She efficiently contacted us so we never had to wonder. The crew showed up bringing all the supplies which were efficiently and quickly unloaded. They began work and continued non- stop all day except for a short break for lunch. The crew was very impressive in their speed, skill and thoroughness. The dumpster they used fit nicely next to our driveway so at no time did we have trouble get cars in or out. Small detail but important one Lyons ensured. The job was finished on time and at the price and with all details spoken of initially. There were some nice extras they do standard we noticed afterwards that really made our roof well above what we expected. From beginning to end, working with Lyons Roofing has been a professional pleasure and an amazing trust-filled experience. Their work and all their people are superior in every way. This roofing service company did a wonderful job in re-roofing the damaged areas of my house. They spared time for proper inspection and answered my various questions before getting on with the work. The team was thoroughly professional & always reached on time. The clean up done by them was also appreciated.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.
