We needed our patio roof redone because it was old and had a few leaks throughout. Had a few companies come out and give us an estimate. Jesse was very professional and explained everything well. The crew had the old patio roof removed and the new one installed in a few hours. Craig followed up with us and went over what was done. The office staff is awesome and everyone was very professional. Would definitely recommend!

I had a roof leak on my soon to be 4 year old home. Had Joe come out to look at the issue. He called me in advance and was also able to come early. Was very professional and fixed the issue fast. It was a small job but he took the time to Be thorough and walk the whole roof looking for any other issues. Joe also took the time to educated me on my style of roof and what to look for in the future. Thanks for the great work.

Banging on my roof at 6:30 a.m. when asked to stop it was bosses orders, talked to boss and he says they won’t be up there till 7:30 a.m. tomarrow. I talk to my landlord he informs me that they weren’t even supposed to be up there till 730.. then after the landlord tells them to get down the work has the nerve to say there’s your hr.. I told his messican ass yo run my hands for talking stupid. mike was just unprofessional, regardless of circumstances.

Sarah was great. Phone response was slow from the office. Waited two days but they took care ot damage.

Had them put on a new roof for us. It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty. Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

Almeida Roofing was absolutely prompt and affordable. But most importantly professional and the job was exceeded our expectations. Job well done!

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

I cannot think these guys enough for helping me out with what I need it last minute a storm hit my roof and took down 20 tiles and they were so efficient and so fast so organized I am so happy to use them And I will continue to use them in the future best roof company ever

We had storm damage to our roof and called Multi Pro. Next day Hayden from Multi Pro came over and helped us navigate the process with our insurance company which helped out immensely. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. Thanks to Hayden and Multi Pro for all they did making sure that the job was done in a timely manner and done right.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were prompt for the inspection and the estimate was given to us promptly as well! The office staff was helpful, informative and courteous. The work was started when they said it would be, by a crew that was , professional, quick and extremely neat. The work took a mere two days, and you wouldn't have know anyone had been here. BEAUTIFUL WORK and the most stress-free home project we'd ever had done. Look no further....this is the company you want.

Stapleton replaced our roof of the church. They did a fantastic job. They were prompt, easy to work with and did above and beyond. We would highly recommend this company for roof repairs or roof replacement.

Update: Vertex can make any excuses they want. I will only be in my house for another ten years and what was important to me was the color. I wanted a SILVER roof and I got a DARK GRAY roof. Not only that, no one bothered to give me a heads up on the color switch. I only found out after seeing it once it was installed, which is very unprofessional and deceptive (no chance to say no). It might have happened in 2018, but it makes me unhappy every time I look at it. :-(

You can also tell a lot about the company from their response. We are sorry to see this review followed by a long discourse on why the customer is wrong, is not a good response. A good company would have responded that they are sorry to see that I am still disappointed in their service/product and is there anything more they can do?

I have had many customer service issues and was very disappointed with Vertex Roofing!! They are horrible at returning emails/phone calls and keeping customers updated.

I ended up with a color roof that I did not select!!! I was told they no longer had the color I chose, but instead of coming back and asking me, they chose another color for me on their own. It is supposedly a higher grade material, but I am still disappointed. **Update due to this darker color I have not seen any energy savings.**

Here are some of the other issues:

--After I signed the contract I received an email that said that I would be notified when my materials came in, which I was not.

--When I developed a leak around the ceiling fan in my dining room in August, it took me two phone calls and two emails to get a response. I was just told August 14th that I would be up the end of the next week or the beginning of the following. The Production Manager said that he would be out to look at the job site, which to my knowledge never occurred.

--The next few weeks were very stressful as it was raining almost every day and I was worried about more leaking. I finally called on the 23rd to see if I could get an update, since no one had been out and I didn't even know if all my materials were in.

-- Production Manager called Friday 24th to say a crew would be out early Monday and he would email me the specifics. I never received an email.

--The crew did a good job and worked around the dogs by not going in the back yard. However, Thursday when they left they said they would be returning the next day. I work from home, so I moved a few meetings from Friday morning to Tuesday morning in case of noise. No one showed up or called until around 1 pm, the Production Manager called to say they would be back Saturday morning to finish.

--Finished as promised Saturday, but I had a standing volunteer engagement and was not here when they left. I was expecting to be left care instructions/warranty information, which I never received.

--One last customer service oddity was that no one in the company that I tried to contact who has a cell phone had their voice mail set up with a message confirming their name and that they are a Vertex Roofing employee. The generic you have reached #, did not fill me with confidence that I even had the right number.

All of these issues were addressed with an apology and 1.25% discount off the price, which is not a lot, but I just wanted to be done with all the hassle.

Unfortunately, there is a part II to the saga. I never received a final receipt from the last payment (made over the phone) or the warranty information that was supposed to come from the manufacturer. I also did not approve my two raised air roof vents and whirlybird to be removed from my roof.

In fact part of the sales pitch was for an extra fee I could get a raised roof line with increased air vents all along the top to save energy. I did not have the additional money for that, but the sales representative thought it would be fine with my existing vents.

After a lot of hassle I finally got a blurry electronic copy of warranty information, my receipt, and one whirly bird installed.

It has been one of the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. He clearly understands how to run a great business! He was responsive and informative,

Highly recommend Reimagine Roofing! Thorough, dependable, and great communication of what they found, what would be done to fix it, and everything that was completed. They repaired what someone else messed up and we finally have some peace of mind.
