I will start at the point of getting estimates for a new roof. The owner of Brown Roofing did the estimate himself. The first thing Craig told me was to get three quotes and to make sure to compare apples to apples on materials/extras he would offer versus his competitors. He spent the time to explain how the roof would be installed and answered any questions I had. Brown Roofing was the only company that gave me an all inclusive price onsite (there would be no surprises). Craig price was in the middle but he offered more than any competitor and had the best warranty.

The owner Craig was onsite the first day of the job to ensure any questions I had were answered and to get his crew going. The crew from Brown Roofing arrived early each day and worked long hours. They added extra flashing and designed a drain for my dead valley that I would have never envisioned. After a day of hard work they went the extra mile to do an impeccable cleanup job.

Craig ended the job by doing a final inspection and adding touch ups as if he was working on his own home. I felt like to entire process could not have gone any better. Brown Roofing gets top rating for a reason. They run a business with integrity and have a sincere desire to go the extra mile for their clients. I will recommend Brown Roofing to anyone that asks.

On December 16 Ben came out to inspect my roof because I found a leak. Ben spent about 45 minutes to an hour inspecting the roof. When he was completed, he showed me pictures of the issues he had found and explained the repairs he recommended. I had other companies inspect the roof and complete estimates. On January 11 Ernesto crew started repairs. They completed re pairs on January 14. I was very impressed by the quality of the materials, work, professionalism. They picked up trash every day before they left. I am recommending to the other houses in my housing development.

Almeida Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. We had our entire roof replaced in July 2015. Everyone was very professional and completed the work on time and within the estimated amount. This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

Not knowing much about roofing, I was hesitant to get my roof inspected. I happened on Phoenix Roofing because of proximity to my house. Man, did I luck out. Very quick call back and estimate scheduling. Honest, up front quote from the owner (Jack). We ended up having far more damage than we thought. The entire process was made so much easier because of Phoenix Roofing. Attention to detail and customer concerns. Once the work began, I was blown away by the speed, efficiency and cleanliness of the crew. I HIGHLY recommend Phoenix Roofing.

I had my roof repaired in October due to wind damage . Kris was here to help me through the whole process. They did a wonderful job on my roof and the cleanup afterwards was great. We had one little hitch but Kris was on top of it and all was settled with smiles. I would highly recommend using this company to all my friends.

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!

After we made the painful decision to replace our existing metal roof, my husband an I wanted to hire a roofing company that only constructed metal roofs—experts in the field. We are pleased with our decision to have Vertex Metal Roofing do the job for us.

The company’s professionalism was first evident in the analysis by Korbyn Brock of our previous roof’s problems. Then his subsequent presentation of Vertex standing seam products and installation methods helped convince us that those problems would not occur in the future. No question went unanswered.

The cost of the job was expensive and took 5 weeks to complete. Not a criticism…just a fact. We have a hip roof with nearly 7000 square feet of metal between the roof and soffit panels. That’s why choosing the right company is so important. Metal will last a lifetime. But the roof can fail if not designed and installed properly. Accessibility and communication are also key. After the job started Korbyn stayed in touch as did the head foreman, Jim Conway. But the main communication was taken over by Marco Cobos, the site foreman. I can’t praise him highly enough. He calmly and consistently responded to any questions or concerns during the job. If we didn’t like something, then he fixed it or did it over until we were satisfied. He worked hands on with his great crew.

Then, the week after the job was completed we were blessed with a light rain that revealed seams on two gutters that were dripping and holding water. Upon communicating this to the head foreman, Jim(who responded within minutes), we were assured the problem would be resolved. Jim came out personally to assess the situation and the following week Marco came out personally to redo the seams on those gutters. He also checked every seam on EVERY gutter around the house. To me, that’s a sign of a truly reputable company—one that doesn’t make excuses for a problem but apologizes, takes responsibility and then makes it right.

Needless to say we would recommend Vertex to anyone interested in purchasing a metal roof. Their performance has made us confident that this will be the last roof we’ll ever need.
