We learned about Phoenix Roofing Contractors a Pro West company from my cousin who is HOA president in Sun City. She used them for her whole complex and said what an amazing job, overall communication, professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship for replacing roofs. Jeff and Josiah Guthrie’s with Phoenix Roofing Contractors came highly recommended and so happy with our new roof!
I called them and they came out and did an inspection and discussed all options. If you have experienced storm damage it is worth your time to have them come out and do an inspection. You will not be disappointed. They have years of local expertise and provide peace of mind in such a big home project. Great project management and coordination of all steps of shingles being dropped off at the house and our roof was done in one day! now we have a beautiful new roof and we picked a color that complimented our house color and feel confident and provides peace of mind that our home is now protected from top down. The shingles they use are very high quality and can’t say enough about the quality product overall that they deliver. You get what you pay for. Allstate Roofing was very upfront and professional on the work, material and cost of repairing and replacing my roof. My roofs were stripped and shingled and foamed in basically 2 days. This included replacing pieces of sub-roofing that was rotted. I used the Energy Star 30 year shingles and added 8 roof vents (original roof only had 1 Turbine), and on my flat roof garage and patio they put down new sheets of plywood/OSB and did a wonderful foam job. I also had them remove the turbine on the garage and add extra vents. When it came to my Heat-Pump, they lifted the frame so they could roof under the brackets and stand instead of just trying to patch around them. They also removed unneeded objects (old antenna pole) so they could properly secure the roof.

The workmanship for the shingled roof is 20 years and the foam roof 10 years. If there is any problems with either roof, all I have to do is give them a call. The company has been in business since 2001, and it is the owner, Chad, that usually comes out to evaluate the job.

I am very pleased with the work and materials that was used on my house. YES, it may have cost me more than if I looked for a cheaper way to go, but I am truly at ease and comfortable with my new roof. I can now plan to remodel my kitchen and other parts of the house. It would have been a bummer if I remodeled and the roof leaked.

My hoa hired this company. They started my building at a reasonable time after 7am on a weekday and finished my building before 5pm. They came and notified me of a concern with my ac unit and wanted to make sure it was working properly which it wasn't. They stayed about an hour after they had completed the roof to fix my ac unit and make sure it was blowing cold again. All the guys I spoke with were polite and friendly.

I highly recommend Brown Roofing to anyone.They were very competitively priced and provided professional service. Their workers are punctual and courteous and did a good job of keeping my yard clean. Also the superior quality materials they use helped make my choice. The owner personally looked over the job at completion.

We had a new roof put in , by Kyko, in FebMarch of 2019. After the first good rainfall, we had a major leak that flooded the kitchen. After several phone calls and several visits by employees, they mistake was discovered.
Now some 7 months later, after a good rainfall, we have a catastrophic leak, in the same place as the last one. We are about to lose an entire kitchen. This would include stove top, oven, MW all the cabinets and an entire wall of drywall (30x20 ft).
A mistake of this size should NEVER of happened, we now are in limbo waiting for a KYKO employee to show up.
I thought we picked a good company, that would get the job done right the first time. I was wrong.
Now after 2 leaks and 2 times at fixing this problem, what are we to post??
I can not advise any person to use this company!!
Yes, there is still an opportunity for this issue to be fixed for good but I lack the trust in getting it done

We couldn’t be more pleased with all aspects of Lyons’ service. Work was completed in 2 days and they cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. Other folks in my neighborhood are having roofing done and it is taking a week or two- and ours was 1 day tear down and 1 day replacement. The roof is beautiful and we have people stop and complement us on how great it looks.

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

Patterson Roofing was the 1st of 3 estimates I received for a full roof replacement. William was very thorough, showing me a sample of the products being used & explained what would take place.
The next 2 companies not only didn’t provide that level of detail, but they were both significantly more expensive.
Patterson Roofing was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

We put off much needed roof work for far too long. Now I wish we'd found Phoenix Roofing and Remodelling sooner. We got 3 bids and were so glad we chose Jack. We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.
