(estimator) was very thorough and up front in answering all of my questions and the quote he provided was pretty much spot on, Alice (office) was friendly and informative in getting my project scheduled and Nick (superintendent) was very pleasant to work with considering I had to be at work during the project so he had to deal with my not always being immediately available to discuss things. I do not know the names of the guys who did the work, but they showed up on the correct days and at the times that were specified. The best part was when I came home to new, finished patio covers that looked great and there was absolutely no sign they had been in my back yard - all of the debris etc. had been completely cleaned up and my gate was closed and latched, which was very important to me because I have 2 dogs! I will be using this company when it comes time to do the full roof on my house and would highly recommend them!

We had some storm damage and the roof was leaking. Dustin Denmark came out and was able to figure out where the leak was coming from and repair it quickly. Highly recommend them for your roofing repairs and needs. Awesome company and service.

Fair price with quality results. Brown Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing the underlayment on my roof. Jesse and Craig were both very responsive and provided details throughout the job. They did the work on the stated timeline, cleaned up after each day, and ended the job leaving my yard cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Replacement boards were painted and with the three-inch bird-stop, the roof now looks refreshed and updated. After solar panels were installed, Jesse quickly came back to inspect the roof to ensure no damage was done. Should anything arise in the future, I feel confident they will respond quickly. Definitely a company with integrity, quality workmanship, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The Ky-Ko team, from sales to the office staff to the roofers, were phenomenal. Timely responses to questions, return calls, and working with our insurance company was excellent. The team of 10 that tore our old roof off and re-roofed (all in one day!) were unbelievable. They worked together, did a professional job and cleaned everything up. The prep work they did was amazing, even covered our pool. I think we found 2 roofing nails after they were done. Stellar and reliable roofing company. Highly recommend Ky-Ko!

We couldn’t be more pleased with all aspects of Lyons’ service. Work was completed in 2 days and they cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. Other folks in my neighborhood are having roofing done and it is taking a week or two- and ours was 1 day tear down and 1 day replacement. The roof is beautiful and we have people stop and complement us on how great it looks.

My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

Worked with Rich at Multi-Pro and I can see why both he and the company are rated so well. I didn’t even consider that the insurance might help cover the cost of the replacement, but Rich was on top of it and from the very beginning he worked with the insurance company to get everything approved. I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.
