Craig and Debbie at Brown Roofing are awesome! They have been very responsive. I received 4 quotes for my roof. They came in second least expensive but in the end I believe they would be the least expensive because of all the extra costs that I would of had to pay in the end for the extras. I didn't pay a dime over the estimate Craig gave me. Craig came out to my home every morning to check on the work and answer any questions. Great work and all up to code, which I could not say for some of the other quotes I received. Customer service is exceptional, Craig has even scheduled himself to come out after my solar panels are installed to make sure the solar company doesn't mess up his work.

Do not waste your time with this company. I got an estimate & then the representative wouldn't return my texts or emails for over 10+ days, even after I told him I wanted to give them my business. Then I contacted the marketing manager on Monday, who assured me my signed estimate would be taken care of immediately & someone would contact me regarding scheduling my repair. After having a signed contract in hand for FIVE business days, NO ONE at this company attempted to contact me. What poor customer service. I should have learned from the first representative. Shame on me. Don't make the same mistake. Take them off your list now & save yourself the trouble.

Paid $550 for a roof tune up which on the phone would be replacing the missing shingles and fixing the leak on the rolled roofing of my patio. They came and replaced the shingles(look great) but then the guy never asked where the porch cover was leaking so when he said he was done I was like did you guys remember the porch cover. I can show you where it leaked to make sure and the guy said no need it's all sealed up. Then it rained and sure enough its leaking from all the same spots so I called and apparently that is not covered under a roof tune up even though on the phone before the job was started it was said that it will be taken care of. Not very happy with my experience after that.

Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and finished the job, complete with cleanup, in just over 8 hours. The roof looks great! Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results.
