Scheduled a weekend appointment for irrigation start up in Mid-April and called on the morning of the service date to be told they don’t have anyone to cover the service and they would have to reschedule 4 weeks from now. Our yard will be dead by then with no irrigation running for another four weeks. Horrible customer service for a company that claims to make you smile. This is second year in a row that Brothers has not made their commitment to servicing my needs, so shame on me for thinking I would get a different experience by standing by them again this year. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience the past two years. To the sisters at Brothers, your ads are a joke and your business isn’t making people smile…

Andrei came out to install a new water filter. (Andrei has been here a few weeks earlier for another issue.) In the process he pointed out some potential problems that he could help to improve. He did everything he was asked. When he was done and the new unit was plugged into an electrical outlet we discovered there was an electrical issue such that the water filter would not work. He called his office and had a plumber come out within about an hour. The plumber, Brian, arrived and put in an additional electrical outlet AT NO CHARGE! Both Andrei and Brian do excellent work. Dr. Fix It is a very good company, first rate, and so glad that I can rely on their high quality work. Thanks.

very disappointed in this company. paid them to work on two separate homes. after I list one of the homes for sale and something comes back on inspection, they do not stand by their work. customer service or reception is extremely rude. will not use this company in the future. would not recommend.

Great! I had a leg of my electric service fail. They came the next morning and located the underground fault . They had to repair all 3 lines. Unfortunately it failed again the next month. That time they were booked up for a week and I had no power (and no water because we have well water). I found another contractor (All Season Electric) and Genesis took care of the bill. Awesome service, super reasonable rates (Plumbline wanted more than 3 times what either of these companies wanted)

Top Shelf did a great job on updating the electrical in my garage. They were very professional, great communicators, offered a good price, and were very adaptable to my time needs and changes. Definitely will use them again.

Highly recommend AAA! Getting the appointment scheduled was easy, they came out just 2 days later, and John did a great job fixing my bathroom vanity drain pipe! He was professional and did the job quickly but also very thoroughly, explaining the process/changes clearly to me along the way.

I had a big plumbing job which required rerouting the main waste line, adding new bathroom plumbing, new laundry, etc. Dan and Alex worked for 2 straight days and got it done on Christmas eve. The did a great job and I appreciate that they would work with a homeowner on a job like this. I will definitely call Blue Sky again for future work.

Golden West installed a new AC system for us in our house that had never had one before.They were incredibly communicative and responsive through the whole process from quote to completion and incredibly easy to work with. They were also the company that was able to get us on their schedule the quickest which was a lifesaver because we hit 100 the day they finished.Andy the technician as well as his apprentice Joseph, and Manny the sheet metal wizard did a great job even though our old house presented a few roadblocks and it took a little longer than expected. Would recommend to anyone needing AC work.

You definitely want to get a quote first. While they were nice on the phone the job they did for us was over 75% higher than I would have expected. They were at the house for two hours, two people, put in a plug and charged $900 dollars. I have a 50 amp 220 that took a company 2 days to get from the house to the detached garage and they charged me $200 less! I have been a Realtor for 30 years and done fix and flips for 20 years and have never been taken to the cleaners like this! I would have asked for a quote and called around and waited on my old company (who was busy, because they charge reasonable rates), but it was for a medical devise that I had to get installed right away and I was at the hospital with my wife so I had to find someone immediately. I expect people to be fair and honest, at a minimal have some self respect when charging someone for a job. I paid the bill because I asked them to come, but If I were you I would wait for someone else! They also left the place a total mess!

Only based on how terrible their driving is. The van I was behind tailgated the car in front of them for over 6 miles. On a two way road that is 60 mph. If they can’t get to their job on time and have to do this. No need to use this company.
