I called very late in the afternoon (because of course plumbing emergencies never happen in the middle of the day) and Done had someone out to my home in less than 45 minutes. The technician was Jonah Bohn and he was great. He was respectful, careful, clean, and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company.

He charged $100 to come out and he did nothing to fix the issue and still charged full price for a visit. I watched him though the whole visit and he did not actually do any work except wiggle the wires around. Very disappointed and will not be recommending your company.

Chris Conley from Blue Sky came out and explained our options for things to repair or replace. Absolutely no pushing us into spending money we didn’t need to. He replaced the parts we needed and explained how things worked and did an excellent job in my opinion. I have never used Blue Sky before but will keep their card handy for the future. Very happy overall!

These guys did the lord's work. We live in an 80 year old house, and we had a very specific issue. We don't have central air so we were relying on 40-50 year old window units to cool various rooms in the house. Our unit in the master bedroom went out just 3 weeks before our first child was due, and these guys came in and worked on our 12 x 16 window hole to fit in the new unit we bought and hoped would fit. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Oh! And they didn't charge an arm and a leg! I will definitely be using this company again.

Really appreciated Golden West for answering their phone when others didn't. Jose was the technician sent over. He was courteous, professional, thorough with his work and patient with all of our questions. He provided us an honest assessment of our home and things to consider fixing in the future and why. Never pushy. Hopefully I won't have to call them again soon, but I have trust that they'll be the right people to call.

Nolan was so awesome. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired a pretty serious hot water heater issue that was causing it to not vent to the outside. He worked in extremely, EXTREMELY, tight quarters for hours on end to redo the venting system and water lines. He was super patient and stayed until the job was completely finished and safe for the gas to be turned back on. He was also so sweet and interactive with my curious 7 year old who wanted to watch him work. I would rehire Nolan again in a heartbeat!
