Excellent service, just a bit higher price that I was expecting to pay. One GCFI outlet replacement that took no longer than 30 minutes was $313. (Average cost is $202) But again, service was quick, efficient, and friendly.

Jeremy and Scott did a thorough and professional job on correcting the problems in a new furnace that had been installed by a different company . They worked all day to bring it into code so that Aurora would grant it a permit, which the other company had not even requested a permit.

Brothers Plumbing was fantastic to work with! They were professional and punctual and our tech, Johnny M did a great job! The office called to give me a time window and Johnny confirmed before arriving. He was also great with our overly curious dog that kept interrupting his work. The gas line install was quick and looks great, we will definitely be using them again!

Brent showed up within the window provided to me. He asked me to explain what it was that I was experiencing with our furnace, which we had purchased from Dr Fix it about 5+ years ago. He was able to tell me what he thought might be the problem which turned out to be the case. I ended up spending some money but I now feel confident in our home furnace. Brent did not pressure me to purchase anything. Hopefully if I have another issue I will be lucky enough to work with Brent or someone equally qualified and considerate to our home needs and our financial abilities.

Over the course of many years they have done a drive way/walk replacement, house painting, gutters, hot water heater, furnace replacement, evaporative cooler, upgraded electrical service, basement escape window and more! All work was top notch, timely and their crews were friendly, thorough and a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend them for your projects!

My 82 year old father had AAA Service install a Bradford water heater in February for $3,200 while I had the same system installed one month earlier for $1,700 by another company. AAA told me that “Our price reflects our work”. No other company gave an estimate over $2,000. I’ve had a number of water heaters replaced and never paid over $2,000.Be careful and shop around.Update:I am renovating my father’s house and had two plumbers give quotes for work to be done. As we walked by the water heater I asked what they would charge to replace that exact unit and both said $1,600. I told them that AAA charged $3,100 and both told me that my father was taken advantage of.Please be VERY careful of AAA.I just had a very, very argumentative conversation with Dave the plumbing manager at AAA which he claimed that my sources were unreliable and not credible plumbers. He stated that I need to do my homework before calling him and that he doesn’t know what others need to charge to keep their doors open but he knows he needs to charge $1,600 more than others to keep the doors open at AAA (he compared himself to Walmart). Then he hung up on me.Dave also stated that AAA could sue me because of my Google review.More reasons to avoid AAA.

Austin is thoughtful of his surroundings, by wearing covers in my home to protect my flooring. He gave options for service on the clogged drains and patiently answered all my questions regarding plumbing services.

working in there shop was the worst experience I've ever had. There circular saw caught fire, no one has tools, getting anything ordered on time dont hold your breath, voiced my opinions on how some order could be made was not only shot down on ever level but then was alienated by my colleagues and supervisors until they let me go for lack of productivity
