I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Seth took the time to explain what needed to be done, provided a accurate estimate and completed the work professionally and on time. We where very happy with the work and would recommend him to anyone.

We had a clog in our toilet around 8:30am, called immediately for a service call. They told us between 12-2:00pm. They had a cancellation within 15 minutes, called me back and before 9:45am all was fixed. Mark was incredibly helpful, quick, and COVID-19 conscious! Great experience and would highly recommend.

I have used Electri-Serve for all my electrical repair, installation & service needs for about 20 years. I have found them fair, dependable and professional in all my dealings with them. I can recommend them to do a stellar job with anything electrical. I will continue using them for all my electrical needs. Everything is done to code and in a professional manner. I booked an appointment with them 3 weeks in advance and then they called last minute asking me to reschedule because of an emergency. I reschedule for the following week and got a phone call again canceling because of an emergency. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Do not wait on them, use a different service.

I called Brothers because my hot water heater wasn’t working. I was quoted at around $2k for repairs and told I would need to replace a part. The technician didn’t even look to see if the part was actually broken or if it just needed a cleaning. Afterwards, I did my own research and discovered that the fan just needed to be clean and I had it up and running within 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have minded paying the technician to clean it but they seemed intent on replacing it and charging me a lot for it. I also called other plumbing companies to get a quote for a flushing and realized that Brothers was intent on charging me 3x-4x the amount compared to the other quotes I received from over 5 different companies. It is hard to recommend Brothers plumbing for others and I don’t see myself ever using them again for my plumbing needs.

Excellent experience. Chris G. was our technician along with Trevor S. They were on time and explained the process of installing a new furnace and AC unit. They were very knowledgeable and worked well as a team. I would highly recommend using Doctor Fix-It.

We had Matt over to replace some of our outlets and he was great! Very knowledgeable, professional , honest, and did it all with a smile! He was always willing to answer any questions we had and was so patient with our curiosity and questions. He was never pushy and never pressured us into anything, which I really like. He gave us all the options and did not try to 'up sale'. He arrived on time and did an amazing job. we'd have him out again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything!

Everyone was friendly on the phone and the tech showed up at scheduled time but it was about $270 to replace two GFCI receptacles which is pretty high for a $10 part and probably 20 minutes of labor per part.

Rhiley and Matt came out to our house to add some circuits and wiring for tw HVAC heat pumps, garage heater and and additional circuit for future use. They were great to work with Highly recommended!

It's not always easy to find a responsive, skilled electrician (particularly for older houses in Denver), but I was thrilled with the service and value I got. Everything I needed to have done got done - in one visit (and it was bit of work, including new outlets, new light installation, and help with switches for outdoor lighting). Everything turned out beautifully. Highly recommend!

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!
I would definitely use them again if and when we have heating, plumbing, or electrical issues!

My experience with AAA has been great so far. They were able to accommodate a next day appointment and the technician was able to arrive 1 hour early. Isiah was very helpful, honest and compassionate when my job became bigger than expected. He was thorough in investigating the source of the problem. I will be proud to come back as future customer.

Jason arrived on time, reviewed the installation with me, and began immediately. He also gave me a cost estimate at that time. He worked quickly and efficiently, getting the job done in the time frame expected. Then he checked his work for leaks and to make sure that both faucets and the new disposal were working properly. All in all, an excellent job delivered in a professional, but very friendly manner.

It was great! Brian explained everything and told me everything that needed to be done. Very courteous ! Great price! If I need anything else will go back to Blue Sky and same serviceman if possible. Also initial contact person was great, she is the reason I called back to schedule service

We've had Andy out a couple times now and each time he has been honest, clear and exceptionally capable. He lays out the options, telling us what needs fixing as well as ways to avoid problems in the future without pressuring or talking over our heads. In addition, he tries to save us money where he can and points out the jobs we might conceivably do ourselves. Plumbing is the kind of service where it's important to trust your provider, because many of the decisions rely on rarified information and judgement calls. I trust the employees of Golden West to give me the straight story and to do the kind of work that will last. It is a great relief to have that kind of confidence and a load off my mind. I would recommend them 100%
