Absolutely a pleasure to work with Jessie, Fred, Bill and Jake were all professional and courteous and awesome. Mike, manager, reviewed the invoice and scope of work and gave us a great deal. We received texts with photos of who was showing up as well as a call in the morning from the ladies in the office telling us when they would arrive.My wife and I could not have made a better choice. We found them based on the Google guarantees and they performed beyond expectations! We will absolutely use them in the future for our electrical needs.

I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.

Tim and his son exceeded our expectations. Tim called himself to provide a quote (which was far more economical than others I received). They were able to come out the week of to correct/complete the pigtailing we needed of our aluminum wiring. We will refer them to all of our friends and family and will only use them in the future.

My husband called Brothers to get our laundry room drain looked at. Conner showed up on time and did an amazing job. He talked my husband through everything he was doing, and told him what to do to improve our drain problem to keep us from having problems in the future. He was polite and worked fast. We would recommend them, and will be using them again in the future if we ever need them.

These guys are solid. They have done three different projects for me: small electrical repair, roof replacement, and most recently a full basement remodel (will post pictures soon). Each time I worked with different guys at Aaark and they are all professionals that do the job right. Thanks to Titus, Julio, Junior, Brian, Dustin, Jake and everyone else. Appreciate it guys!

An INCREDIBLY efficient and responsible company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Top Shelf. We had a massive job that needed to be done with a complete rip-out and re-install of our Furnace. They also installed AC and upgraded our Electrical Panel. Financing was really easy and helpful and the entire process was painless. Ben is an amazing electrician. He explained all that he was going to do, before and after, as well as other questions about electrical work during. He is very knowledgeable, and explains in a way that makes sense. He took the time to explain everything I had questions about, and waited until I had asked everything I could think of. Add to the list patience :)

Anthony was AWESOME! After having so much patience with us thawing out our AC system, he educated and installed a new AC outside unit the same day. Highly recommend Golden West, more specifically Anthony!
