Andrei was the plumber who assisted me. He was very professional, effective, and transparent throughout the process. He even added caulking which was missing and provided me useful maintenance tips when asked. I was very pleased with the service.

Ryan was awesome. He explained what the issue was and while we were expecting the boiler to need replacement, he showed us it was a controller issue instead and he fixed it right away and savedus thousands over boiler replacement. We have used Plumbline 3 times now and have always been happy with the result and will continue to use them in the future!

So incredibly pleased by my experience with JD's Plumbing Service! My master shower hasn't had any hot water for several weeks now. I travel every week for work, so this has been a backburner/non-emergency service needed that I've been dreading. Finally, I had a few days at home, and called JD's at 8:30AM on a Monday. The owner, John- incredibly friendly and personable, answered and said they could have someone to my house between 11AM-2PM, and that they would call ahead within 30 minutes of arrival. A woman called me back at 11:30AM and let me know that Matt would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Matt and the owner John arrived at 12:10PM, right at the 40 minute mark. They were both incredibly kind, respectful and thorough in explaining to me (a single woman) what was wrong with my shower. Never did I feel gauged or taken advantage of. They told me the cost upfront- before starting their work- and explained what they would have to do to fix it. They went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a floppy sink faucet at no cost. Have had them install A/C, new furnace, new hot water system, and remove old solar unit. They are very professional, arrive on time, work well, and do what they say they will, and are very helpful when something unexpected arises. Their prices are fair and I recommend them highly.

I was very happy with Golden West Plumbing from start to finish. Their communication was spot on, scheduling was easy, the office staff I dealt with were very friendly and Will (technician) did an expetional job. He was on time, polite, professional, explained what he was doing and asked me if I had any questions or concerns when he was finished. He cleaned up on his way out and I had an invoice in my email by the time he left the house. I will definitely use Golden West again and will recommend them to my friends.

Had an amazing interaction with Jerid! We had a significant leak on a new water heater. The water heater was less than a year old and was installed by a different company. He arrived and looked at the issue and asked if I had a warranty from the other company. After a bit of research we found that the existing system was indeed under warranty. He highly recommended that I reach out to the original company. This father & son team are great. When my hot water heater was broken; water all over the floor around 10pm, I called multiple plumbing services that stated 24/7 but no responsiveness and availability. Just before giving up I saw Simpson Home Services and called and Charlie answered right away and even FaceTime me to help me shut off the water valve. God lead me to this great service, they came in the snow storm November 26th and replaced my hot water heater and even talked to my home warranty people. Charlie even cleaned up the water on the floor. I will use them again and will recommend the to all my nursing team. Thanks again, you all are great!

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!
