Seth is an expert in his industry. I had to have him perform a few inspection-related electrical issues to the load center (panel) and connector to the food disposal. He performed the job with quick timing and had extra items available. Friendly guy who should expand the business.

There is no communication among their team, leading to confusion an frustration as a client, which is ridiculous for the prices I am paying. The person who came for the on sight estimate for AC installation wasn't knowledgable so his plan could not be implemented on the day of installation, leading to major inconveniences and structural instability at my home. The electrician didn't even speak to me or do the whole house inspection at installation as I was told. Then twice no one showed up for their appointments with no notice at all, after I'm waiting around all day. I've spent way too much time on hold on the phone for having spent 13k, and then the response is we'll call you. They just tell you what you want to hear to make the sale and provide sub par results. Oh they sent cookies to make up for it?

This is absolutely the best Electrical company I have seen, They done an awesome job. We had a fire and another company was hired, the were awful, so bad that it all had to be redone, Luke at Doctor Fix It come out the same day I called looked at it and knew exactly what to do. He showed up with the A TEAM and got the job done. including ripping out the awful companies work and totally doing a reinstall of all our electrical, It only took a day and I can't express enough what a wonderful job they done with my house, they were all so professional and courteous, helpful, all of them. The gentlemen took the time to thoroughly test what was causing the issue, explaining what he was looking for and seeing. He fixed the issue quickly in the best way I could hope for.
