Customer beware... This company will be positive and excited to bid and get your job, very friendly staff. We even sent them a referral client that is our neighbor! Once the job is done, you will be forgotten, blown off, and they hope you forget their promises. We were told that we would receive an email containing all the paperwork/manuals etc on our new AC unit and whole house humidifier. After calling several times, we finally received a copy of our contract, but never any manuals. We had issues getting the new smoke/carbon monoxide monitors that were promised - which was resolved. We were also promised 2 additional vent fans in black by the sales person, (Kodiak), and a follow up conversation with Elizabeth from the office confirmed this. We have called at least 5-7 times since the end of March. Everyone acts sad and apologetic on the phone when you call for an update and tells us that they have been ordered, but don't believe it. Once that call is done, you never hear back or get an update, we feel like they are just hoping we will go away. It is now mid-June with our installation in March, and still nothing. It has made us feel like they were only prompt and friendly, only to get our business.

Paul and his son are on it. They are very knowledgeable and get the work done. They helped us after another company messed up and could not figure out the problems. I would highly recommend them!

This was a rather interesting experience. I had non-emergent issues with my boiler. The guys came out, and recommended a maintenance service so they could, “go through everything and find the problem.” I hadnt had it done, so I agreed. It became clear that my unit was being used as a training exercise for a new guy. When they were done, I was assured that the leaking gauge was just a temporary fluke, the parts expand and it’s not leaking now. Weird. On top of it, they charged the expensive trip fee even though they had done a service. Better businesses dont do that, in my experience, but I’ll take the blame for not asking in advance. If I had, I’d probably have sent them away without doing any work. I started the boiler the next day, and of course it started leaking again. I called to complain, and they told me it was tough luck about the trip charge but they would generously waive the next one if they came back out again because of an issue with their work. I wasnt going back for a second burn, and I paid another company to do my repair. Caveat emptor!

Brian was both extremely knowledgeable and completely professional. We had a sump pump burn out and flood our basement, Brian was there within 2 hours and went right to work. Amazing job.

Update- 7/9/2020We have been Swan customers for a couple of years since this last review, they did our mainline and then a few months later they rebuilt our furnace and put a new AC unit in. As expected, they were awesome with that and knocked it out of the park. We also pay for the preventative maintenance visits and services and now after raving about it and how easy it is both my in-laws and parents have it. Just recently the AC unit had a faulty capacitor in it and these guys got over here ASAP and got it replaced under warranty and our house is now cooling down again! Cannot recommend them enough!Original review from ~3 years ago below:Jon Miller and his team did a great job replacing our mainline. They were able to get this done with very little impact to our driveway and yard. Very impressed with communications and speedy results by this company.

Marcus is a plumber with Befort Plumbing. He did an exceptionally good job installing our new water heater. He is knowledgeable and very dedicated and devoted to doing an exceptionally good job. Many thanks to Marcus.......I will use him when ever a plumbing problem arises.

***Update***I'm assuming the owner called me, perhaps a manager to apologize. Though I didn't have time to get back to him, he went ahead and offered me a credit on my service as an apology and I very much appreciated it. My issue was minor but it definitely goes along way in my book. Customer service wins again!***Original review***Great customer service until I had a minor issue with the work then they disappeared! I had a pipe leak and the guy that came by was great. Good customer service. Did his job and I think he did it well! The only issue was getting him or someone back out to fix the minor issue after he was done.Prior to the work, the house was draining water very slowly and he had to pull the cartridge from the shower to help it drain so he can finish his work in a dry environment. Once finished he packed up and left. Some time later, went to take a shower and I had very little water pressure in only the shower. Called them back and they ghosted me a couple times essentially saying they’d call and never doing so! Called another plumber (in this case a literal better plumber pun intended) and they told me how to fix it over the phone. Kudos to them for the free service. They’ll get my future business going forward.Long story short, I think if the work is fine the first time then great, but if you need them to come back out for not doing something right they won’t. At least that was my experience.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

I was referred to Ble Sky Plumbingby a friend for whom they had done repairs. The recommendation was spot on as the technician was timely, pleasant and efficient. I am confident that he isolated and repaired the issue with my furnace. They were able to come two days earlier, which was very helpful. We have used JD's several times over that last couple years and have been very pleased. Not now. We needed a garbage disposer replaced and for an hour's work we were charged $800 to install a $120 garbage disposer. I can't in good conscience recommend JD's at this point.

AAARK has taken good care of our boiler, evaporative cooler and general plumbing needs for years. Michael recently solved a water heater problem that had stumped every other plumber. He was bright, courteous and very professional and stuck with the job over several visits to make sure it was done right.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!
