Isaac was right on time, professional, and was able to immediately isolate an issue with our hvac and ac system. He had the problem fixed with an hour and the results were immediately noticeable.

We required a ceiling fan to be installed and smoke detectors. Randy did a great job with the installations. He was punctual, responsive and very professional. We recommend Randy from RAD Electrical. Had 3 toilets installed. They installed and disposed of the old ones. Joe and Sergio were wonderful. Cleaned up any mess.Very professional. Next time I need service I will ask for them. A little pricey though!

This is an overdue review but so happy with the work and service the guys at AAARK provided for us. Me and my husband were looking to convert a basement closet space to a second bathroom and after months of searching, knew we ended up with the right guys after meeting them. They dug up concrete, installed an ejector pit and got all the water lines running for the second bathroom. I also sprung for the warranty and maintenance check and there were a few things along the way they would point out and make other recommendations for which was helpful. Overall, super happy!

Had two original shut off valves on a near 60 year old home that definitely needed to be replaced; Jovanni Torres went to work and replaced the valves. Look forward to doing business with Applewood Plumbing Heating and Electric with some more projects.

I had requested Affordable Electrical services to come to my residence to install a 240 and a 120 outlet. I was told that the electrician would be here from 9am-11am. When they day came, Pat didn't show up until after 11:00am. At 11:50am, I got the quote. He offered me a free add on service for the light switch that was not working but really didn't fix the issue (understandably, the house is old). Pat tried to keep telling me that he would be able to do the dryer vent and also the plumbing. I hired an ELECTRICIAN for electrical services, not for anything else. Close to 3:00pm, Pat let me know that he had to leave and that he would not be able to put in the 4 prong 240 outlet in the other (what we hired him to do). He left abruptly and I called my husband, Understandably so, my husband was upset that he had not put in a 4 prong outlet which was the PRIORITY and I let him know that at the begging of the quote. When I called Pat to return and to finish the job, he basically talked over me and let me know that he was already far out on the way to pick up his son. He kept going on and on and called me a difficult customer. I let him know that both my husband and I paid him close to $700 to install the outlets and that neither he or I wanted to have a hole in the room if that is what we hired him for. He kept raising his voice and talking over me. He came back to fix the job and left.

Though I did he did a great job with the outlets, I do not appreciate as paying customer being yelled at, talked over and being called difficult. We paid for a service and that's what we should be getting in return. I paid him the full price and things should not be left undone. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have taken the time to post this in various sites as I want people to be aware of how Pat runs his business. They can comment on this post, but that will never excuse someone from being late, not finishing a job, not having the equipment to finish the job, yelling at a customer because they were complaining about the job not being complete.

Finally I found a business who is respectful, responsive and with awesome communication. We added a room to the front of our house and they listened to our needs, got the job done in a timely manner, and gave us no issue when we needed something fixed for the inspection. 100% recommend to anyone with electrical needs.

Very competent and professional electrician arrived in time scheduled and performed his sleuthing work in efficient manner until finally arriving at the source of my electrical problem and quickly fixing the problem. He also discovered another serious and previously unrecognized problem with my larger (of two) air conditioner units which was not operating. Plan made to arrange for AC repair w/in a short period of time.

All of the guys that performed the services as well as the representatives that take the calls are top notch at this company. Alex and Bob are great at helping get whatever paperwork is needed, and Brandon, along with Kodiak were phenomenal with their work in determining what the real problem was. Unfortunately for me it was a BIG problem. The guys had to tear up my basement floor (the smallest amount possible) to reach the pipes that needed replacing, put in new, high quality lines and drain, and then repair the concrete that had to be torn up. It was a big job but they got it done efficiently and did a great job. The guys that performed the repair work were meticulous in their completion and even moved all the necessary shelves, appliances, etc. in my basement before starting and after they were finished. Brandon swept up the work area after he moved the appliances back in place and everyone wore boot covers in the house to minimize dust traction. Very professional from beginning to end. The value for the work completed was beyond, and I’m so appreciative to have a working sewer system that I can rely on again without clogs or floods. If you need a job well done and plumbers you can trust, these are your guys.

Rico and Felix came out and quickly fixed a leak in my boiler room. Rico was able to transform the messy plumbing from years of patches into a new neat structure with new valves, etc. This was done amazingly quickly and efficiently! Before I approved the changes Rico gave me a number of options , with prices to chose from. I appreciate being able to see that ahead of time. I've use Golden West a few times and have always been satisfied!
