Thank you Mitch for your expertise for my businesses building marque sign. Arrived on time and had the job completed in a few hours. He was very professional and clean with the entire installation. No mess left behind, showed me how to use our marquee timer and was very friendly to my shop dog here in regards to making sure she didn’t follow him wile exiting and entering the building. Bri (the women I had been in contact with over the phone) was very polite and helpful. We set up a week advance date of arrival and she called me to ask if I wanted an earlier date that had opened up. I will definitely use this company for all my electrical work. The experience did not start out well. Simple Electric gave a 2 hour window to show up and was 15 minutes past the window. Not the end of the world but I was irritated. Bryce showed up and apologized that his last appointment went longer than expected. Super nice and respectful. He looked at my fixture in the front of our house and the wire was broken right next to the connection. Didn't think he could fix it but it's a 23 year old fixture that would cost a lot to replace both. He said he would try. He was able to fix it, saving me a lot of money. We had both our lights out in our garage and he could have fixed those but also being 23 years old, likely to break again and the new LED fixtures were inexpensive. Again, great advice. Bryce was Awesome and he is coming back to install the new lights. Goes to show, it's not how it started but Ended Great!

Electrical job was done fast and they restored our power in a timely manner. The electrician was Mitch he was very courteous and knowledgeable of the work, thank you also to Ashley she notified APS and was very helpful. The price was very reasonable.

I've used Simple Electric 3 times now since I bought my home in Phoenix. Ashley and Bree always make appointment management a breeze. We had a couple of electric issues on our inspection that were easily addressed. Mitch installed a new circuit for outdoor lights over our driveway. Xzavier installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet for a car charger. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating. Work is done well and promptly. Prices are very reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.

On December 26th, 2022, I recently had to put in a claim with my home warranty company for an electrical issue; Breaker box was buzzing loudly as i turned on the heater to my home and some outlets had lost power. The company my Home Warranty had as a contractor was closed (26th) and due to the issue being electrical related, this made me very uneasy as I hear horror stories about electrical fires all the time. I did a google search and found Simple Electric was open and got in contact with Bree Street, their Scheduling Assistant. I told Bree about my issue and she spoke with her manager to see if they could do an over the phone consult due to what was going on with my home; Bree was able to get me in contact with their, electrician Bryce Mongillo. Bryce called me immediately and walked me through pre-cautionary measures for what was going on and assisted me with any questions I had. Both Bree and Bryce were extremely professional and compassionate and I wish they were the company to respond to my house to fix whatever issue is going on with my breaker box/electrical. The contact with this company was very pleasant and just from this short contact, I cant express how positive it was. Thank you very much Bryce, Bree and Simple Electric.

Simple Electric was very responsive to our initial call for a quote to repair several electrical issues at our house. They communicated well both scheduling an appointment for us and then, several days later, moving it up due to an opening they had. Jeremy came out and did a good job looking at our issues and explaining what needed to be done and provided a fair cost estimate. He was prompt, courteous, completed the job well, and did his best to explain what he did to two non-electrical people! We will definitely use them again.

We had a moderate sized install job—a few outdoor outlets, lights, and switches. I consider Simple Electric my own personal electrician. I have used them multiple times during my home remodel. They installed new ceiling fans and were very creative in the installation to provide what I needed at the best cost. They put in new outlets for my stove and dishwasher (which were previously hot wired). They came back and fixed outlets that I replaced - obviously not very well. Although, I did replace over 20 outlets in the home and there were only a few that I didn't get quite right or wouldn't touch because there was complicated wiring behind them. They are booked out at least two weeks but everyone is very busy right now, so it just requires planning on your end. However, when scheduled they arrive on time and are very friendly (and dog friendly as well). Great company.

Ashley, Chris, and Jeremy are amazing, I had an almost 30 years old light stopped to work a while ago, and I have called so many companies in town but none of them was able to fix it until I contacted Simple Electric. Jeremy first came, performed the inspection with no charge, and told me exactly what I needed to fix the issue. Two weeks later, after I got what I needed for the repair, Jeremy and Chris visited again and get the stuffs done in about half an hour! Very honest and transparent folks to work with, highly recommended.

I hired Simple Electric to replace our 1970s circuit breaker box, install new LED lights, and update outdoor wiring. I'm really impressed by how coordinated and professional the breaker box replacement was! It takes a LOT of people and coordination of local agencies (the city, SRP) to replace a breaker box (I had no idea!) Ashley in the office was very responsive and provided updates on the process. Simple Electric pulled all the permits and made all arrangements. The bulk of the work was done in one day, even with required visits from the city of Tempe and SRP. The electricians did a beautiful job on the box and I feel way safer in our home. Terin also installed new lights for us in our kitchen and bedroom and replaced outdoor wiring and outlet boxes that weren't up to code. I LOVE our new lights! They are perfectly placed in line with each other and are a terrific upgrade. Terin was also very speedy in replacing our outdoor wiring and outlet boxes, including installing GFI outlets and a brand new outlet box on the side of our house. I'm really happy with the work that Terin and colleagues have done, and I'm grateful to Ashley for arranging it all. I plan to hire Simple Electric again.

Ramon was incredibly helpful and patient when explaining what was wrong with our power. Though my family has little knowledge of electrical engineering, he brought the information to a level that was easy for us to understand , letting us know our different options, which made us feel much more confident in the decision we made to add a circuit for our kitchen. We recently bought a house and called Simple Electric to fix an outside pump switch. The service from start to finish was top notch. The woman from customer service was pleasant, professional and courteous. And unlike most companies, they do not charge a fee just to show up at your door, which, in my opinion, shows integrity.  The day of the appointment went just as well as the service call. Jacob, the technician, was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and honest. It ended up that the switch was not broken and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Simple Electric,  for being an honest company. We will be using you again for our future renovation projects.

I have American Home Shield, and they sent out Sunbelt Electric. There man came out stared of my box for 10 minutes, and said he would have to get approval to proceed with the job. I still have not heard from them. I called Simple Electric, they sent Cash out to look at the job, and he had my power back on the same day. The job was very complicated and required a permit. The office people at Simple Electric are also wonderful. Great job!!! I give them 10 stars!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I had Mike (and another guy but I didn't catch his name) come out and install 3 new 20 amp circuits and 6 new outlets in my garage and they were great. Very helpful and were more than willing to discuss all of the different options. Showed up exactly on time and finished the work quickly. Would highly recommend.

Excellent professional service. Ashley in the office was very helpful and did her very best scheduling my repair as quickly as possible. Mitch did an excellent job installing a new line. Great people to deal with, they are all friendly and professional. They are the go to electricians in my opinion in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

I had a wonderful experience with Simple Electric. We had quite a lot of work replacing our entire panel as well as adding and updating a lot of outlets through a specific section of our house. Maurice came right on time and spent at least 12 hours completing the job. He was amazing! He said he’d stay as late as he needed to make sure the job was completely done because we had a plumber coming in the next day to do additional work. This kind of customer service does not go unnoticed. I would recommend this company a million times over and will use no one else in the future. Could not have had a better experience.

We have been using Simple Electric for some basic services for about a year now but yesterday they really came through on a tough job. My house had a wiring issue that kept tripping the GFCI and occasionally the breaker. Steven replaced some outlets and the breaker to eliminate a bad outlet being the culprit but that didn't completely resolve the issue. So I called in and requested a follow-up visit and Steven came back out and did a ton of investigating and eventually found a rogue frayed wire outside of the home which was causing the issue. He was very pleasant to work with throughout both visits and the support staff at the office was great as well. These guys are good, give them a call if you need help with your home or office electric needs.

I called Simple Electric at the recommendation of another electrician, and boy, am I glad I did! They sent service technician Robert out to help me. Due to the urgent nature of my problem, they were able to send him just a couple hours after my call. Robert was super friendly, explained everything he was doing, and explained my options for solutions (older home, older wiring). I felt that the price was more than fair, and he did a great job. I will definitely call Simple Electric the next time I need an electrician!

I have used Simple Electric twice for fairly large electric services and they have been fantastic each time. Everyone from Connor with scheduling to their technicians (Jacob has been to our place twice) is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We had Jim from Simple Electric come to do the electrical prep work to have an AC/heating unit installed in our garage this past week. They scheduled the work to be done quickly, taking into consideration our personal work schedules. It was a great experience. Jim was: 1- On time 2- Efficient 3- Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable 4- Respective of our space and time (even wore shoe covers). The end result was well done, we love it. Price was competitive, too. We will definitely use Simple Electric again and highly recommend them for any future electrical needs.

My dryer was constantly having issue and I discovered it had to do with the wiring and outlet. Mike replaced the outlet and then came back to my place when it still was having issues. I was charged half the price of other companys' quotes and he fixed the issues within 30 minutes. Fast, friendly, and affordable; will definitely call them again in the future!

Mike was prompt and showed up as promised which allowed me to meet him as scheduled at my mother in law's house. I was very impressed with his ability to methodically trace back a faulty circuit to diagnose an electrical short in a light fixture that had likely been an issue for a long time. Our family sure appreciates his diligence in finding this before it became more of a danger to her. He represented the company so well that we've already scheduled more work with Simple Electric.

I scheduled an appointment for this company to come out and they said it would be almost two weeks before a technician could be scheduled. I made the appointment and set aside my day for them to come out. Morning of, they call me to tell me the technician is ill and won't be able to make it. Their next best availability is another week from today. This is unacceptable from a time line perspective and unprofessional from a resolution standpoint. You lost my business and any future business I would have given you from my other rental properties.

I had a great experience with Simple Electric! They fixed my landscape lights for a fair price. About a month later, the lights stopped working again! :( However, Simple Electric came out free of charge and fixed the lights again. They even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely use them again.

I called Simple Electric on a Tuesday and they came out on a Wednesday. They had an opening and called to see if sooner was better. It was and the quicker response was a big help since I had a number of things needing attention.

I worked with Jim who was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I'm glad I called this company. What I thought might have been a bad breaker turned out to be a short in my attic. Jim explained things so I understood what he was doing and he did exactly what he said. I like that.

We had the pleasure of working with Maurice & Stephen from Simple Electric recently when we initiated several electrical projects at our new home in Phoenix. Jacob did an outstanding job of replacing five ceiling fans and adding several new electrical outlets. Our home was built in 1995 and the original layout of outlets were definitely builder specs and not in correct locations based upon design.

Will definitely use them again for some future work.

Loved these guys, had a rather urgent outlet issue with my washer which was locked and full of laundry we needed for a trip. They were there within an hour. The receptionists were super friendly, they confirmed my app w an email, I was even able to pay via credit card. The whole experience was great, did I mention they entertained my toddlers with duck noises and cool tool education! Great experience after calling other places that could only get me taken care of in 7 days! We had the Jim & Steve team.

These guys are great. I met a couple of their service techs while at work. They were so kind and professional that I called them to help out with a lighting issue I had at the house. Joey came out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15-20 minutes. He was early, professional, and helpful. I am looking forward to working with these guys again.

I needed a quality electrician to convert our kitchen lighting from surface mount spots to a recessed system and add under mount cabinet lights. From a close friend I found out about Simple Electric. Both he and his neighbor were real happy with the work Simple Electric did at their homes on a similar project.

From the first telephone conversation with Katie at Simple Electric I’ve been impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I was able to get a bid scheduled quickly and Katie called me on the day to confirm Todd should be to my home in about 30 minutes.

Todd took the time to listen to my needs and concerns for the project. He also offered a few suggestions as to how changing the placement of the lights would improve the overall lighting in the kitchen. He also suggested dimmable LED conversions as a way to reduce heat and electrical usage.

Todd’s suggestions involved relocating a few of the lights. At first I was reluctant for this change due to sheetrock repair, but I agreed to his plan and the results are great. Now I have quality dimmable lighting in the right locations, with no shadows falling onto our task areas. (Todd also has a great drywall repair contact I used)

On the day of the project, Todd, Grant and Mike arrived on time. They discussed the overall plans with me and confirmed what I was looking for before locating the new recessed light holes. Before any cutting took place, the crew put up plastic barriers and covers to keep any dust off our furniture or from moving outside of the work area. When the work was done, they made sure everything was cleaned up and I was happy with the results. Todd also discussed future projects I was thinking of and had a few suggestions for some lighting improvements in other areas of the house. I look forward to our next work from Simple Electric, a quality company that goes out of their way to make their customers happy.

Great experience. We had a dead circuit but no obvious cause. Called Simple Electric based on great Yelp and Google reviews and had the same excellent service. Electrician was on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired a bad outlet that had caused the trouble. He explained all charges ahead of doing the work and the price was very fair. Would highly recommend.

We were very pleased with our visit from Simple Electric. The service person was friendly, prompt, efficient, worked out appropriate solutions, and discussed charges (reasonable!) up front. Had service done today by Robert V., the technician was punctual, professional, and efficient; everything I was expecting after discovering this company on Yelp. Pricing was to be expected as electrical work is insured/warranted and I am confident that our new ceiling fan and dimmer will be good for life. It is nice to find a company like this as I now have someone to call in this field for all service needs - which I definitely have a honey-do-list in that regard. Thank you again, Robert.

After doing research on Yelp for a electrician to do a bit of work at the home my husband and I just moved into, I decided on Simple Electric and Todd, based on his reviews. Todd and Katie were very prompt in responding to my requests and were able to setup an appointment to give us an estimate/do the work within 2 days of my calling. Maurice showed up on time and after getting an acceptable estimate, he set off started working. Since we had 2 fans, 1 chandelier, 4 bathroom lights, 2 sconces and a couple of other items, it took Maurice most of the day. He worked very hard, was respectful of our property and did a great job in getting all of our projects accomplished in one day. We have quite a few more projects to do and will certainly be calling Simple Electric. Highly recommend this company and staff. I felt the pricing was very fair and efficient.

The technician, Maurice, was on time with he scheduled appointment, answered all my questions and performed the planned work with skill and professionalism. An interesting note was his attention to detail and the fact that he laid a drop cloth down under his work area to contain debris produced from the work.

In my opinion Simple Electric is a professional, honest and trustworthy business. After using three other certified electricians (and one not certified) for various work around my home, I believe I have found my go-to company. They replaced a GFI, inspected and changed out all my circuit breakers to meet code (a previous guy that could do electrical work talked me into changing them to handle power issues with Christmas lights), ran a new line so I could put a spare refrigerator on it's own circuit and added a cover to an outdoor GFI outlet which kept tripping. One company I called(which had done expensive work in my home a few years prior) to check this issue told me there wasn't anything they could really do without replacing the whole box. I believe Simple Electric charged a fair price for all their work, called and arrived when they said they would and were clean and efficient about their work, respecting my home. I highly recommend this business.

An overall pleasant and effective experience. Their communication, follow-up, timing and performance were all impeccable. Clean vehicles and Robert, the technician, was well groomed, polite and friendly. They gave an estimate and did the job at the cost they quoted, even though I suspect it took more time to do the job than expected. I gave them an opening to revise their estimate and they refused.
