JD Master Electric has done replacement, repair and installation for several items and areas in my home. He recently installed a transformer, relocated the automatic watering system box and installed the electrical box for all to be plugged into correctly. I will also add that he updated and brought all the electrical requirements to code in each case. My older home was way off in being legal! Thank you, John, for always going the extra mile, taking care of my electrical needs and making my home a safer place. We called John for a somewhat urgent issue. We were having cabinets installed and needed an outlet for a refrigerator ahead of time. John was very responsive and worked us into his busy schedule. We thought it was an easy job, but ran into a few complications with our older home. John quick evaluated other options and found one that worked and most importantly was up to code. He stuck to his quote and went above and beyond with the quality of his work and little extras he did for us. John is very knowledgeable and a master at his craft. You can tell he takes pride in his work and the excellent customer service he provides. We would recommend John for any job without hesitation. We will be using John again in the near future!

As new homeowners, we wanted an electrician we could trust. Our refrigerator kept tripping a breaker, so we called John (he came highly recommended from my brother-in-law). John fit us in the very next day, in spite of his very busy appointment schedule. Not only did he quickly fix the breaker wiring issue, but gave us VERY helpful appliance tips to save us money each month. Wow, that’s above and beyond what we expected. Definitely will call him again if we ever need an electrician!!! ???

John installed an outlet and charging station for an electric vehicle for me. He was wonderful from the first phone call! He took the time to look at the best option for me, both functional and cosmetic. He was extremely clean, polite and kept me notified along the way of what he was doing. I would use him again for any electrical work, he really provided an incredible service.

John was very responsive when I first contacted him, and he has been even more responsive since then. John is very knowledgeable, honest, punctual, and professional. One of the many things I like about working with him is that he listens to requests, offers suggestions, and adapts and implements them--all with a smile and much-appreciated dialog. John was amazingly helpful. This was the second electrical project that he worked on for us. He dropped everything to help us with replace an socket that was not grounded (in a 1950’s home) but which butted up to a block wall. The solution turned out to be much more complicated and time-consuming than we expected. John worked to find the cleanest and best solution for us, rather than the easiest for him. He never made us feel that it was inconvenient for him, like so many labors have in the past. He really knows his stuff and is extremely safety conscious, something that is critical in his business. On top of all that, John was meticulous. I will hire him again for any electrical job and would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical job. He is a true gem!!

John was a true professional. He communicated extremely well, expertly diagnosed the issue my system was having, and efficiently handled it. When I asked questions, he always gave thoughtful answers. Most importantly, he was extremely conscious of safety and addressing all the issues to ensure we were avoiding dangerous electrical situations. John came out when we were buying our home to repair items that were of concern during the inspection. The home was about 60 years old, so we were concerned about the outlets not being grounded and no gfci. John was great! Fixed everything very quickly, and most importantly made us feel safe moving into our home. He was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to fix all our problems plus a couple more that the inspection didn’t catch and for much cheaper than we thought it would be. He’s the best, the only electrician in Phoenix I will trust from now on.

From the initial phone call to the completion of this 2 day MAJOR project, John was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a top notch electrician. My pool wiring was completely fried from the panel to the breaker box, 100' or more. Initially we thought the kool deck & patio would have to be demoed to reach the wiring. John found an acceptable & up to code solution. The work has far exceeded my expectations & the pool is up a running again.

John helped install/ replace dated&broken outdoor motion lights. He also helped fix a GFI outdoor switch that was completely disconnected and not working. He was able to do it with minimal disruption to other power sources and was extremely knowledgeable. He was communicative and responsive through the entire process. I needed some slightly exposed copper wires cleaned up in my main panel and labelling brought up to code. My experience with J D Master Electric (John) was perfection end-to-end. John came out and estimated the job same day I called, the price was very reasonable. Showed up on schedule two days later and did immaculate , and I mean immaculate work. He didn't need to, but cleaned up the wires in the box to look like OCD nirvana, and all was done beyond expectation. He sent before and after pics and communicated incredibly well throughout. Just couldn't be more pleased. I didn't know real pros like this still existed. A+++++++++

We needed an outlet installed for a dishwasher (There wasn't one in the house before).
We called other electricians and John gave us half of the price from the quote that we've got from others.
He was very willing to fit us into his schedule within days even though other electricians said it would be 3 or more weeks before they could visit.
He was professional and honest and wanted to be available to us if we ever had need. He explained to us clearly what he was doing as well as taught us some things about our house's electric work. I would happily work with him again in the future if we had a need and I highly recommend him.
