Garrett and Coppertown Electric were absolutely outstanding! I called them at 8:17PM on a Sunday night and Garrett was there by 9:30PM at the latest. He inspected everything and said it was My electric company that needed to be called. He called them for me. WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I would recommend them to anyone and already have. D

On a hot Saturday morning, a sanitation truck drove through our driveway and ripped the overhead electrical line off of one of the buildings in our Condominium complex. This action rendered 6 units without power.
Coppertown Electric was contacted and within 2 hours, Garrett was on site to evaluate the situation. Because it was Saturday, and regulatory agencies were not available to consult, a temporary generator needed to be placed on the property. Garrett had the generator placed and up and running within a period of hours, restoring power to all of the affected units.
The professionalism that was exhibited by Coppertown was exemplary. Garrett is a fifth generation electrician and his knowledge base is comprehensive and accommodating.
Coppertown ascertained the appropriate permits and scheduled inspections with APS and City of Phoenix without delay, all the while being conscientious of the money we needed to pay out of pocket for this event.
These are the ONLY people to call if you want knowledgeable, fairly priced electrical services.

I contacted Coppertown Electric early in the morning for an emergency service. Garrett answered the phone and had his crew on site within 1 hour of the call. Fantastic follow through, professionalism and quality of work. The Coppertown crew had APS on site for the permitting process super quickly and power was restored to the building later in the day. I highly recommend Coppertown Electric and absolutely 100% will be using them again in the future.

Garett and his crew were responsive and quick to fix the breaker panel at my parents home so that their AC was in working condition. It saved us from having to stay at a hotel for the weekend while some friends were in town. While opening a business other electric contractors failed to keep their initial appointment with us. The electricians at Coppertown we’re great. They were on time, friendly, professional, and were able to answer our questions throughout the process of getting a quote and completing the work. Their work was also quick and so far seems to have been superb. The new panel they put in and all the extra wiring is neat and tidy. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Beyond all that, they were by far the most affordable of four different quotes we got for the exact same work. Not only would my wife and I recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician in the Phoenix metro, but we would also not hesitate to call again for any future work that we may need.

This company is awesome. There response time with quoting and getting back to you makes doing business with them a great experience. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They replaced and added lighting in our manufacturing shop Nico LLC. When the job was finished it was quality work. This is a great company to do business with. The main point of contact was Amanda Stein who is awesome. She always keeps you updated with the scheduling and the work performance of the employees. They have a strong team with a passion for excellent service. She also educates you with other products and services they offer.

After calling several national chains who could not provide in-home service for at least a week, I contacted Coppertown Electric and while emergency service (w/in two hours was available) the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to walk through all the symptoms with me, then walked me through my home's panel and we were able to fix the electrical issue w/out a service call. When most companies will send you to an answering service, I called Coppertown and talked to someone extremely knowledgeable and as important, someone willing to help out right there on the phone. Saved me $100's and I can't thank them enough!

Coppertown electric is literally one of the best electric companies out there. They are very friendly and respectful and know what they are doing. I have used them for multiple things and they just got done putting a brand new breaker box on my house and looks great. I will always recommend them to anyone. Also Amanda was a breeze to work with and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Everybody here is wonderful! When I received conflicting information from other service providers, these guys came out multiple times just to do rechecks to make sure things were properly in order to give me peace of mind. When other service providers proved ineffective they also gave me referrals that proved much more competent. Coppertown is fast, efficient, and the customer service is fantastic!

Coppertown Electric is awesome!! What I thought was an air conditioning problem ended up being an electrical issue. Two other companies ended up being a nightmare (not to mention a waste of time & money) before Jerry, Garrett, & Coppertown Electric saved the day (and the summer!) We hired an AC company because we thought we had an AC issue, but they referred us to their electrician. Well, their electrician couldn't fix it and neither could their friend's electrician company. Frustrated, we decided to look online where we found Coppertown Electric based off of Google reviews and the fact they are a small, local non-corporate business. Coppertown Electric lived up to their 5 star reviews with professionalism, politeness, fair prices, and excellent customer service! Amanda was super-friendly, answered the phone right away, and she prioritized our electrical issue to being able to have electricians knocking on our door within an hour. Jerry and Garrett were both super-friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. Being without AC in Arizona is like a fish without water, we cannot live without it, especially with a 4-month-old baby! Thankfully, Coppertown came and saved the day by fixing our electrical issue that the other two companies couldn't figure out! Jerry is fluent in Spanish and after he fixed our AC actually helped my neighbor who was having some car issues. It was also nice that Jerry is a veteran and he conversed with my father who is a vet that doesn't talk to anyone other than veterans. Coppertown Electric is whom I refer to those who I care about that need electricity! My only regret is not finding them sooner!

I was wanting to upgrade my parents electric panel but had no idea what steps to take. These guys were awesome! Highly recommend to anyone looking for any electrical needs. We used them to install new lights in our home. I'd give this company 6 stars if I could. I own a custom cabinetry shop and Coppertown has helped us with multiple projects and just assisted moving all of our machinery into our new building. Garrett was great! He came out and diagnoised the problem after I had three other electricians out who insisted nothing was wrong. They were quick, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Two weeks from yesterday my electrical box caught fire burning majority of circuits resulting no electricity. I called my home warranty that Thursday morning and the electrical company they contacted could not come out till the next day. There were issues that involved SRP which would take the electrical company the following Tuesday to work on. Saturday I called Coppertown Electric and talked to Garrett (had all the right answers to my questions very knowledgeable very nice very professional) about my issue, he said he could have someone out same to see problem. I then called my home warranty Saturday said I've been without electricity now for three days can we use another company. Gave them Coppertown Electric phone number told them company has a great reputation. My home warranty looked into Coppertown Electric and gave me the okay to use them. Jeff (super nice guy extremely knowledgeable) came out looked at electrical issue. Next day Sunday, Garrett and Jeff took care of the SRP issue and by the evening Jeff and Nevin worked on my electrical box and had my electricity going. Thank you to all the super nice guys that helped me out, thank you Coppertown Electric.

I was in need off an electric upgrade for my house built in 1959. I contacted Coppertown Electric and got an immediate response. They were out there the next day for an inspection. I received a clear and concise estimate within days as to the cost and time required for the job. They even provided me with a generator for essential needs while my power was off. They handled all the inspections and power company appointments to get me up and running. I wouldn't hesitate to call them with any future problems that may occur.

Coppertown’s completed several projects for us over the years, installing electrical in a detached garage, installing a dryer outlet, replacing a pool pump, and other things I know I’m forgetting and we’ve been very happy every time! No hesitation recommending them to friends and family!
