New Electric

This company originally did our electrical for our new home. Electrical has not worked correctly since 2019. Breaker pops constantly cant use major appliances at the same time while lights on. Can't even use an iron without lights dimming. Had them come out they say everything is fine. Called them again and won't even step foot in our home without service fee payment. We didn't even have a conversation about what the problem was with the technician who showed up. First thing was out of his mouth was pay us. This company is trash and obviously doesn't wire or set up electrical properly.

I have a new house and I called the emergency line because my electricity is not working at my house. Victor, the nighttime emergency line phone operator of some sort, basically told me to fix it myself because I was such a great electrician. That was after I told him there’s obviously something wrong with the electrical. He told me my situation was not an emergency. That’s fine it probably wasn’t. But that’s not how you talk to somebody when half their house doesn’t work. And new electric did the install

Your employee started an altercation with my customers in broad daylight, and got into your company truck after getting a battery. Get better people.

DO NOT use this company. When building our new home they did not do the job correctly and we had to have them change several things. They forget to wire for the ceiling fan in the office, the fan in the den was not centered, the lights in 2 bathrooms had to be changed, the dining room light had to be moved, the floor plug had to be moved, the light in the breakfast nook was too close to the wall, all plug-ins on the island had to be moved, and the lights over the island are not centered but I have not had these changed yet.

Awesome and very nice people. Their employees work very hard to get the job done and do things right. I would reccomend this company to my friends and family as they are knowledgeable of what they do. No problems here and very happy with their services.

Tight place to back in and unload on Big Truck...slide rear tandem forward to back in...no problems with whse guys, nice ppl

Sad excuse for an electrical Company they should be embarrassed an ashamed of the garbage craftsmanship and lack of knowledge. So many issues with the new builds in blue horizons community. Maybe hire an actual electrician not just guys who can run romex. Unsafe conditions!
