The customer service and technicians were wonderful! However, their pricing is outrageous!!! You need to really think about getting a second quote if you use them. Our bill for fixing GFI outlet repair was $1400 for 3 hours of work!! Wish we would have used someone else. The two guys that were here were wonderful and we understand that they don't set the pricing. Can't use them again unless we take out another mortgage....

TIO was a pleasure to work with; they repaired and replaced a number of outdoor lights for our entire condo complex. They were very responsive and professional, had techs to site promptly, provided an estimate on the same day, and were ready to schedule just as quickly. Excellent communication, reminders and photo of the technician Conrad Wentzel before he arrived. He removed the old fan and fully assembled the new fan, paired the remote to the fan and taught us how to use the features of the fan. Extremely nice and helpful. My experience with tio was awesome. This is the second time I have used them. I cannot speak more highly of them they're on time they're efficient they send you the same test if you request they clean up their mess they clean up after themselves they even bring a little vacuum and they dust everything back off and they're just really nice and they're very helpful they point out suggestions to improve electric users in your own home and say Hey you know what I see you have all those cords sticking out there do you want us to Maybe put them in the wall I mean things you know you need to do but you just forget to do I just love these guys I will continue to use them for everything thank you very much Much you guys are awesome.

I used them numerous times pre-pandemic and loved their professionalism, punctuality and value. Unfortunately, GREED got the better of this company. Their recent quote for a sump pump outlet replacement came at $1,200 while 3 other competitors were in the $379 to $600 for same parts & labor. Make sure to get competitive quotes before blindly trusting these guys!

After getting an estimate for wiring and hanging ring cameras in our backyard, the technician got started on the work and said he would back to complete the job. We paid the FULL PRICE. When we called to follow up
to get the technician back out to complete what we had an estimate for, they claimed we needed a whole new estimate and that technician would not be back out. Total ripped us off!!

Can't say enough good things about Turn it On Electric. Responsive, on time, efficient, and thorough. The Bob was great about explaining the work being done as well as some unexpected issues he encountered once he started the job. Hopefully I won't /need/ any electrical work done any time soon, but if I do I'll definitely ask TiO to do the job.

TIO sold me a very expensive smoke alarm system (Google Nest), which never worked properly. They installed four alarms. The primary alarm was in my bedroom. About two weeks after installation it started to chirp and could not be shut off. I called TIO but because it was a Monday they said they couldn't get a technician to me until Wednesday. That was annoying enough, but because it was so loud and in my bedroom there was no way I could sleep there, (I have a small house and could hear it clearly wherever I was, which is of course the point of having a smoke alarm), so I was forced to stay at a friend's house. The tech, Jose, came on Wednesday, worked on it and said it was fixed. About two weeks later the alarm started chirping again. Again, they said no tech was available until three days later. Again, I had to stay with a friend so I could get some sleep. This time Jose took the alarms to send back to the manufacturer to be examined, and installed some temporary Kidde alarms while the Google Nest alarms were being examined. Jose clearly did not believe that the alarms were chirping. Right, like I have nothing better to do with my life than make up stories about malfunctioning smoke alarms. Months passed. When they were returned to TIO, Jose was scheduled to come back to my house and install them. But there was yet another problem. The alarms could not be installed because of some technical difficulty with the Nest app, which was required to get the alarms to function. After numerous tries, it became apparent that the Google Nest smoke alarms were not going to work. I asked if I could keep the Kidde alarms and be refunded the difference, but Jose told me no because TIO could not accept the return of used alarms. Well, I can't use them either, so now I am stuck with four expensive, useless pieces of junk. I responded twice to their email asking about my experience and asked to be contacted, but of course they never replied. I would not advise using TIO. They ripped me off for several thousand dollars and do not stand behind the products they sell and will ignore you if you try to contact them about it.

Installer did a decent job but the charge for four garage lights was ridiculous. I'm a repeat customer and I called them because I thought I would get a good deal but that wasn't to be the case. I won't make that mistake again.

Bob and Alex are absolute heroes. My dryer had me frustrated to tears and the guys came and understood my frustration and cleared it all up. Very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend. Almost looking forward to my next electrical repair necessity. Highly recommend

Wasn't the cheapest but was the most professional and responsive company to work with. I called TIO and explained what I needed. They went to the property and prepared an estimate the next day. They showed up when promised for both the estimate and the following week to do the work.They did an excellent job of installing a Level 2 circuit and outlet for EV charging in the garage of a rental property and finally solved another wiring problem that previous electricians could not. I requested for them to install a cut-off switch and to position the receptacle and run the conduit a specific way, and they did it perfectly. Great attention to the detail I provided over the phone since I live far away from the property. The estimate included a complete detailing of parts and labor, right down to the screws and tape. The invoice did not exceed the estimate. Payment was easily made online through their website. My tenants are pleased with the result and the company emailed photos of the completed work which looks exactly how I wanted it done. If you want the job done properly and are willing to pay a fair price to do it right, this is the company to call.

This company is very professional. They texted ahead to let me know they were coming. They arrived during the given window, were thorough and gave detailed explanations of work that needs to be done. We are still collecting estimates for the job we would like to have done, but this company stands out in a good way!

I am trying to have a back-up battery added to my solar system. My experience with Turn It On Electric started with a filling out the contact box on their website. After my description of the project I added to please contact me via text or email, it is often hard for me to take calls at work. After 3 voices messages I decided that they were never going to text or email so when I get a chance I called back. When I called, the person I talked to seemed to know some details of the job but not all which seemed odd to me but not really a big problem. We discussed scheduling to have someone come out and look at what I would like to have done. The first available time was for Friday between 12 and 4pm. When I explained that I work till 3pm and couldn't guarantee being home before that I was asked me if I wanted to try another day. I informed them that's my schedule every day, and was asked if I wanted the appointment. The way I was asked may not have been delivered with an attitude but I definitely felt like it was this is what's available, take it or leave it, I don't really care. So I decided to have them come out and I would try to get home as early as I could.

I was able to get home around noon and 2 guys arrived at my home around 1:30pm. I talked to them for a couple of minutes and explained what I would like done and they took some pictures and said that I would get an estimate by the end of the day, and then quickly corrected that it would be first of next week which was totally understandable since it was Friday afternoon.

During the next week I received several emails to rate my experience before finally receiving an email with a link to an estimate on Friday. My estimate seems more like a charge for a house call it includes...

This is clearly not an estimate for what I want done. I don't know what this is for but I know it better not be an attempt to charge me $93.20 for a less than 15 minute conversation that has resulted in multiple emails to rate my experience but nothing even remotely related to my project. Maybe they do good work, I wouldn't know since I can't even get a bid for my job. Good Luck if you use them.

The new electric box works well... other than that, nothing else from the job I commissioned this company to do was done.
I was told I didn't need to replace the 30year old switches and outlets, by the team that came out, mainly so they wouldn't have to do more work. It then took over a month to get a refund for that portion of the job that wasn't done...
Now almost a year later, they say I owe them more money?!?

I'd recommend almost any other company in the valley.

I recently moved to Phoenix and needed to run electric from my home to my new workshop that was under construction so I called TIO, they sent Tyson to give me an estimate. Tyson was very pleasant, patient and courteous while listening to me tell him what I wanted to do. He gave me very good suggestions that could save me money while giving me the electrical service that I needed for my shop. I already had 3 other local companies come to give me estimates and TIO's estimate was by far the lowest. I wasn't as impressed by the low price as I was by Tyson's knowledge of electric service and willingness to help, so I set an appointment to have the job done.

Tyson returned on the day I had set for the work and got everything done exactly as I wanted without any problems. He did an exceptional job and worked fast in order to not exceed the original estimated time of completion. He installed a 60 amp service to my workshop with a 12 post breaker box along with a emergency disconnect. He also installed a outdoor 30 amp RV outlet from the shop panel to the exterior shop wall, so when we have guests with RV's they can plug right in.

His fast work completion did not sacrifice in safety or quality, and if I ever need electrical work again I would not only use TIO, but also request Tyson!!

We where looking at a project at home, but the total cost are outside our budget, so we're not doing the project. TIO are extremely friendly, understanding and professional. I recommend them.

We were having issues with our backup solar and generator systems. Over time and different phases of installation and various service people, things had gotten pretty complicated and the systems were not functioning well together. It was a rather challenging mess in ways. But the two young gentlemen who came were very patient, and very professional. They took their time in going through it and figuring it all out with us, and they got it sorted. Then they were very patient in taking the time to explain it all to us, and with all our many questions. We really were very happy with the service we received!

An estimate for fixture installation as well. Alex and Juan were friendly, patient and informative in assessing our needs.They removed the old fixtures and installed them quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with every aspect of my experience with Turn It On Electric. A very responsive service organization on all levels.

The technicians Kris and Robert were friendly and very knowledgeable. They worked to install a new 220 amp service for my house. They did a fantastic job and finished earlier than anticipated. The job site was left in great condition and they labeled my whole house and waited for SRP to give their approval. Overall great job and I would recommend Turn It On Electric highly.

Turn it on was very professional, timely and helpful. The assessment and installation were great experiences. I appreciate they sent us photos of the techs in advance and let us know when they were on their way so I knew who to expect. I'm also very grateful they caught something missed by my home inspection and let me know. Now our inspector is paying for that to be fixed since they missed it on the inspection. I appreciate how well they explained things and also how pleasant the techs were.

Bob and Shawn came out today to take down a broken fan, install new, replace a light fixture, and install a new GFCI outlet in my bathroom. They were on time, super friendly, personable, and did an excellent job with all three projects. Highly recommend this company.

Great service and professional work. Turn it on came out initially to do an free estimate. They communicated well the exact cost and additional options respectfully. Once I decided to go thru with installation, they were able to come out quickly and get it done under an hour. Rob did the installation and he was friendly and respectful and quick!

Three drywall holes were created to run the 220 volt lines to the ceiling. Upon completion the drywall was screwed back in with no drywall compound. In one case the drywall was not even replaced above the breaker box panel. We had to pay $400.00 to a separate contractor to repair and paint the drywall. We asked your team to run a phone line to our ceiling as well and we paid each a $50.00 gratuity. They ran the phone line but charged us another $400.00 for their time. We asked them to quote 2 additional jobs but never heard back from them. We are very disappointed with their performance and additional charges and will never recommend them to any of our friends and neighbors.

Turn It On electric did a great job installing outdoor receptacles in my garden area. Juan and Alex were professional and knowledgeable. They were on time both for the estimate and to do the installation. Office staff are also friendly and efficient. I would use again without hesitation.

We haven't used their services yet. That being said, the company's response to my inquire for a quote to install a junction box was completed in a timely manner. The technician, Jerry was friendly, efficient and prompt in delivery a quote for a junction box to be installed in our office. Based on their customer service we will be using them for the installation of the junction box. I hope their delivery of service is as good as their customer service.

Had a rush job for an electrical outlet. The technicians were professional, and courteous. They installed the outlet, and while they were already working with the switches in the vicinity, they asked me if I wanted those changed out to match the outlet. They did the work quickly and the end result is a neat and tidy installation that exactly meets my needs.

You can get a much cheaper electrician to tell you they don’t know what is wrong. Paid $200 for almost 2hrs of labor just to be told for another $1500 they would keep investigating, no applying the original fee to the final fix.
Shop around, you can get a better price to troubleshoot and must apply their investigation fee to the price of the fix.

We've used them twice before and they were great, but this time it took over 3 days to get them to send the estimate to us and once we got it, it was twice what we expected. I don't know what changed with them but clearly customer service was not their concern.

I received 5 quotes/estimates to install a 240V outlet in my garage. Four of the estimates from four different companies were $284-$470. Turn It On Electric was over $900 for the exact same work (time) and materials. I don't see any reasonable justification for charging 200% to 300% more than their competition for the exact same service order.

Even though I didn't use TiO for my electrical work, the crew who did the on-site estimate was very professional, courteous and thorough. If the price had been more competitive, I would have chosen them to do the work.

Short circuit of circuit and cables of wiring to pool pump and pool light required replacement of wiring and instal of new underground tubing (pvc) prior to future electric panel replacement (Oct 11). Now pool working well and pool light working .

Bob and Sean came to my house to install a new light over my shower, fix a broken outlet, and change out my vanity light… they were both very nice and professional, they fixed everything I needed and even updated the wiring that was causing my issues. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend them for any electrical work you need!

Conrad was great. He calmed my fears that something may have been wrong with the wiring in one part of the house. I had a bathroom light fixture with 4 lights that never stayed lit and two fans with light kits that also did not stay lit. Everything is great now. My husband asked him to add an outside outlet. He obliged and now after 18 years in the house we have Power to the outside of our house on the East side. I have used Turn it On Electric before and they did a fantastic job of installing recessed lighting.

Bob and Sean came out to my house to install a Whole Home Surge Protector. The install went smoothly and looks great. I hope to never need to use the system but if I do, I know my home and products will be protected.

We ended up with 2 quotes for the same job. However, the 2nd quote was around $900 more. When we inquired with the manager Dina, we were given a poor excuse.

Initially we received a quote, but decided to complete a different project before moving forward with the electrical. When Liam came to give the quote, he was awesome. Knowledgeable and professional.

So a month later we called him back but he was no longer with the company. They insisted someone else (Jose) should redo the quote.

When Jose arrived, we reminded him that we already had a quote but wanted to add one more project. (They estimate each part of your job separately) ( we had a light installed above the stove, closet light and wanted to add vanity light relocation) Jose gathers his info, goes out and sits in his truck for several minutes putting together a quote on the spot. When he came back and showed us the quote, the kitchen portion of the job went up $900. Jose couldn't tell us why. The description on the paperwork didn't change, only the amount.

We called the office and spoke to the manager Dina. She forst tries to explain it away due to inflation. But when we told her the $900 difference, she knew she had to investigate. Dina calls us back and says, I spoke with the owner and with Jose. I can only tell you I'm not a technician but it has to do with the wiring. We told her that was a poor explanation. She only offered for me to call her if we had questions about quotes from other companies.

We called 3 other companies. They were all in the same ball park as our first quote from Liam. We definitely feel like Turn it On Electric was trying to get one over on us.

We went with Wiring Pros because David represented himself and the company well, gave a good suggestion to use Casata switch. He was the only one, ended up saving us some money so we added another fixture to the job.

When the Wiring Pros came out to complete the job, the new guy said he put in an application to Turn it On but never heard anything. He was even more relieved after hearing our story. These guys worked well together. Very clean and neat. They were fantastic!!!

We had an electrical outlet that shorted and was sparking. We called at 8 am and by 10 am, the electrician had been out and fixed the issue. Service was fast and professional. The tech took the time to explain the problem and made sure we were satisfied before leaving the job. I will definitely use them again.

We've used TIO before, and we've always had good experiences. This time was no different. Timothy was excellent. He was not only on time, he was early. He was friendly, got the job completed, and cleaned up after himself. TIO Electric is a little pricy, but they do excellent work.

Outstanding service. We had a ceiling fan box installed in our front room and initially, we were told they would possibly have to cut into our wall to run the wires. We don’t have the paint that was used on that wall and it was painted before we moved in, so we were prepping ourselves for possibly having to paint a large chunk of our home. The technicians showed up on time, finished the job in less time than was originally estimated, AND they were able to keep all cutouts to the ceiling only! We were absolutely impressed and will return for future electrical work.

Bob came out to check on a potentially faulty plug and diagnosed the problem. Confirmed that it was with the power company but was glad to have him check it for peace of mind. He’s always a friendly tech!

Shawn and Shawn as a team did a fantastic job bringing my outside ceiling fan back to life, which died 6 years ago. They also replaced a GFCI outlet for swimming pool, which was above and beyond my original request. This is a great team you want to reach out if ever you need an electrician.

Super easy to schedule the estimate and day of installation. The guys came right on time and were quick and did great work! They were super professional, friendly and caring especially when I was upset because my cat got out and I couldn't find him. Great company that did great work for a good price!

I called in for emergency service on a Saturday, I was told I would receive a call right back from an electrician, no call ever came. I then called Monday morning at 8am to find out why and they said I was never imputed into their system. I guess they have a different idea on what an emergency is than I do. Personally I think if a person is without Air Conditioning when it is 110 degrees out that is considered an emergency. We will take our business elsewhere.

Still awaiting bid. Jose was attentive to detail and provided good, helpful info. If bid is good, we will use this firm.

While starting a backyard renovation, we discovered our electric panel needed to be upgraded and expanded. Turn It On did an exceptional job, handled all the details and kept us informed all the way. Their staff is professional and Rob, who handles quotes and scheduling is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will be using them again shortly to make some extensive wiring changes inside our home.

Excellent service. They charged an hourly rate for taking down a light fixture and fan installation. Completed all the work within the hour. Very professional.

I experienced issues with AC outlets. Bob and Sean arrived promptly, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. They were also kind enough to answer all unrelated but important AC questions that I had.

Bill Brown was incredible from start to finish. He came out and quoted us for a residential job, came out again when I asked for a follow up visit to clarify more details, and came by exactly on time. He saved us $200 by finishing up early, and he did a great job putting the drywall cuts back in place for the drywall guy coming out the next day! Very professional, extremely polite, and extraordinarily friendly! I will happily use TiO again for any future electrical needs.

Turn it on responded promptly to my request for service, and I was scheduled in a timely manner- other companies were booked out too far for my project. The guys doing my ceiling fan w/ light install x4 came in both under money budget and under time estimate while doing a great job. Pleased with the service I received.

Office personnel were very courteous taking my request for service. Technicians arrived on time. Rob and Ivan diagnosed the problem we had with a newly installed ceiling fan light fixture that would not turn on when power was applied to the working fan unit. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than thirty minutes. Rob installed a new combo fan/light switch that we purchased at Home Depot when we bought the ceiling fan light kit. This is the second time we have used Turn It On Electric in the past eight years. Excellent company.

TIO performed the electric work on my kitchen remodel and other parts of my house. Brian, the service manager, was very polite and responsive. I would have given this company 5 stars as response was great and technician who did the work, Conrad, worked to correct many electrical items that were, best to say old. I give Conrad 5 stars. The 4 stars comes from the inspector who came out first to quote my job. Do not recall his name, he was nice enough, but an outlet that a previous inspector noted needed changed, really didn't and he never really check anything with a meter or went into what ,if anything needed repair. He just basically asked what I thought I needed and wrote it up. Unfortunately, for me it cost me more than quoted and if I would have known, I may have sought a second quote. That's really the one thing that put this job and company at 4 stars. Conrad thanks for everything you did, I hope this company understand the value you bring.

My technicians Doug and Shon were very attentive and active in all questions. Good news and bad news was delivered with such a polite professionalism it seemed like I was talking to my next door neighbors. Work they could do was excellent with explanations. And work that needed more time with future scheduling was laid out well before they left. This is the second time I've had TIO come to my house, and I have never been disappointed!

I would definitely use this company again. They were knowledgeable, polite and professional. I had a dedicated circuit installed for a kiln that required climbing through an attic in unbearable hot temps. I also had a full-house surge protector installed as well as an outdoor TV wall mount with new outlets for it. All in all, a very good experience.

Pedro Madril came to our office and provided us with a detailed estimate. We already received 2 other bids and before he left, we agreed to work with him and his company. When Pedro came back to do the work, they captured every detail we requested and finished the job swiftly and on budget.

The only negative thing i will say, is the office did not do a good job at scheduling for an estimate. I had to keep following up to even get on their schedule. Also, It would be helpful for the office to call the customer to confirm appointments. Most companies do this and it helps reassure the customer and not waste the company's time, if someone forgets an appointment or needs to cancel it.

Rob and Billy were FANTASTIC! It was a big job of moving 2 ceiling fans to different rooms, adding 2 new ceilings in the rooms they removed the ceiling fans from, adding pendant lights and changing a chandelier. They took the time to make sure it was right, checking with me on the heights of the chandelier and pendant were correct. They cleaned up and even offered to take out the trash. I even overheard Rob tell Billy to install like you are working on your own house, which is awsome to hear that kind of care went into my install. Rob even answered a unrelated question on a circuit breaker that keeps tripping in my new construction home. The estimate was right on to what I was charged. I would give both of them 5 stars.

I am so pleased with the work completed on our home by Turn It On Electric. We live in a historic home and struggled to find anyone willing to work with our old wiring. Turn It On was responsive and their technician Bill Brown took the time to problem solve and get our job done correctly, safely and to the highest standard. During the monsoons a tree was down in the backyard of one of our rental houses. I ended up calling them around 9:00pm and they were able to get out there that night. Although they needed a part that wasn't on the truck that evening, they were great - from the office to the tech. They called me at 7:30am that next morning and advised me they were moving a tech to our job immediately, since it was an emergency. I can't say enough about how great they were and how it made a stressful situation (trying to coordinate the renter with the electrician with the landscaper to remove the tree) a bit less stressful. AND it ended up being about $300 less than we thought it would be.

Charged 250.00 just to give me estimate. In the 115 degree heat, the tech left the main fuse out of the ac box and left. He did not even tell my girlfriend inside that he was cutting off the AC. The issue was in the underground pool wiring. So I get home its almost 90 degrees inside, I assume the AC went out,. I worked over a hour to get a window ac unit in one room so we could have at least one room cool, Called penquin air, they could not make it til next day. Next morning I go out by pool and ac and pool electrical area and low and behold the main fuse is out of the box for the ac. Plugged back in ac fine. My girlfriend had a fit cuz I did not check it before. How can you trust a company that would take the ac fuse out in 115 heat and not even tell the occupant inside then leave? He also left my main fuse box door wide open, had it rained i am sure that would have been a issue. I hired another independent certified man who saved me 500.00. Huge rip off to start 250.00 down the drain. I would not trust them to replace a light bulb

Rob Sabala was an exceptional electrician from day one, from quote to installation. He even called and followed up with me in the middle of me getting other quotes from competitors. Making sure I asked the right questions and noticing discrepancies on their quotes. He takes pride doing his job and it shows he care for my interests. Rob took it a step further and helped me install my Ring cameras on my phone making sure they worked before the job was done.

We ended up moving into our home and found out our dryer outlet was 3 prongs and dryer plug was 4 prongs. We called as an emergency to get this fixed as it was a Saturday afternoon and they were at our house within an hour. Our technician Bob Best was amazing! He explained things to my husband while he was working and got the job done in a quick manor so we were able to do laundry that day! Highly recommend this company

I am updating my review. Turn it On's owner called me about the one star review. He apologized for the no-shows and agreed that was unacceptable. He asked I give them an opportunity to make it right and offered the same $60 as before. I agreed to try.

FIRST POST
Turn it on came highly recommended from a trusted friend. However they did not come through. I made an appointment that was to be between 8 am and 11 am. At 11:30 I called and was told there had been an emergency and they would be, at best, late afternoon. He also said he was, at that time, onroute to the emergency. I communicated my displeasure. I got a call from another tech that said he could be here in 30 minutes. He can and completed, what turned out to be a very simple un-needed repair but could did not have the supplies to complete the other 4 small jobs. He took pictures and notes and said he would call me the next day. I never see or here from him again

Two weeks later I get a bill for $150. I responded with my displeasure that I had not received services as promised and had lost money taking time away from work to make the appointment.

Several days later I get a call from sales person. He says he is sorry the did not perform. He agrees to withdraw the bill. And offers a $60 credit if I would give them another chance. So I did. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Today was the 2nd appointment scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10am. At 10:15 I get a call stating the tech was behind and could he arrive between 2 and 4. I said no and ask how they even stay in business.

If I could give less than one star I would.

Poor customer service and time management.

I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday December 4, 2019 with a window of 10:00am to 12:00pm. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to see if their technician was on the way, only to learn the technician was at another job and would not make it within the agreed 10:00 to 12:00pm window.

I would have appreciated if Turn It on Electric respected my time and provided me a courtesy call informing me they were not going to honor their appointment window. I have to imagine the technician knew his job was running behind schedule and knew he had another appointment.

I had an appointment set at 11:45 am for an electrician to come out and install outdoor security lights. At 12 noon they had not showed up so I called to inquire if they were still coming. The receptionist did not know why they had not arrived but put me on hold while she checked into it. A gentleman then came on the line and stated they would be here in 30 or 45 mins, that there is a window. Approximately a half hour later I received a call from the electrician who left a message stating he was on his way and to give him a call. Thinking he was on his way I returned his call and was then told he was on his way but he had to stop by the store first. I asked how long it would be before he gets here and was told in an hour. So my 11:45 am appointment turned into an approximately 2 pm appointment which I had to cancel. Not only did I waste a day taking off from work but at the time of making the appointment I was never told about a window or else I would have expected that. The reason I'm giving 1 star is that the electrician who came out and gave the estimate was a really nice guy who came on time for the scheduled appointment...as a matter of fact he was here early.

Pedro and JR were here for 1 1/2 days to change out the electrical connections in my home. I'm so happy with their service. Now I feel my home is much safer. Previously, there were issues I was concerned about. Now I feel better. They are hard working, polite and conscientious in their work.

Excellent experience. I had Pedro Madril and Eusebio Reyes do a lot of work in my condo. They showed up on time for estimate and the actual work. Pedro offered suggestions and was very polite and responsible. I am getting new cabinets, flooring, etc but I may be more excited about the electrical additions and improvements. I trusted these gentlemen and the work was thorough, clean and completed on time. Highly recommend this place and Ask for the brothers, Pedro and Eusebio. Good stuff!

I recently had a 240v outlet installed for a new Tesla and the experience was awesome. Carlos was my tech and not only did he know exactly what he was doing but was courteous and patient with me with all of my questions. I give TIO my highest recommendation. Pedro and Junior provided the expertise needed and accomplished our lighting renovation at a fair price. Project included installation of multiple pendants and overhead lights in 18-foot ceilings, installation of outdoor porch lights, outdoor ceiling fan, multiple indoor ceiling fans and repair of nonworking fixtures. The project was booked and finished within a very short time frame. Pedro and Junior arrived promptly on the scheduled days for the estimate session and the two days of work. They were professional, friendly and accomplished a huge amount of work over a total of two days. They stayed within estimated cost and delivered the work on time. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Contracted this company to replace my Panel, and install 2 circuits. It took 3 months, plus more than 30 calls to get them to permits, and scheduled. After work was completed, they over charged me by 50% (the amount of the deposit), and told me I would get a refund. Its been 3 weeks, and still no refund.

Great service. Received bid to install a 60A sub panel for power in garage. Bid was fair. Has early morning appointment started on time. When complete, the work required was less than the bid and TiO adjusted the price down. Fair, quick, high quality - what else does one expect. I will use them I. The future if I need electrical assistance.

This is the second time I have used TIO Electric. I am very pleased with the entire process, from scheduling the appointment to getting the work completed. I requested the same electrician from the 1st job. Pedro Madril is very professional and a personable technician. He was prompt in arriving at my home and took the necessary steps to review my job before he got started. He made a couple of suggestions that provided a cleaner look for the completed project. Pedro also did a great cleanup of the area before leaving. I have other projects under review down the road and will definitely use TIO as long as I can request Pedro for the job.

I just had emergency and one of my rentals. I called TIO and they had someone on site within the hour. Before they dispatched, they warned me that I would be subject to emergency pricing. As it turns out, this emergency pricing was less than I would've expected for a normal electrician to come out on a pre-scheduled visit. They handled my issues professionally, and their pricing for the work done was more than fair, and their service was outstanding.

I contacted this business about a week ago and was told I'd have a response within 4 business days. At this point in the game, a guaranteed response time is better than the silence I've gotten from other companies. Sadly, it's been the 4 business days and instead of a response to my service request they just added me to their spammy email list. What a disappointment that they're not only as bad as their competitors in terms of lack of response, but took advantage of my contact info to add me to their mailing list instead. Why would I do business with a company who would rather send me their emails than respond to requests for service?

They did an excellent job installing recessed lighting into a very difficult high ceiling. I didn’t think it was even possible! I am incredibly happy with the service they provided. Definitely recommend.

We called Turn It On who got back to us very quickly and said it would be $400 for them to come out - BUT then they walked us through resetting all our breakers in the right order at the right speed and we were able to get our power back on. Made an appointment to get some work done at my house. Made the appointment on Thursday, They told me they could be at my house the next day, Friday, between 1 and 3 pm. they never showed. At 3.45 pm, I called the office, and the lady that I spoke with was very polite, yet told me that the person was way behind, and that they couldn't make it out. I reminded her that I took a half day off work for this. She then calls back, says that they can't find anybody for Saturday, and is there a day next week that they could schedule. What, take another half day on the off chance that you will actually show up??? I don't think so!!! by the way, homeadvisor is a fraud, they won't post negative reviews.

Great service! Pedro was the name of our technician. We were experiencing some odd power surges in our building. Contacted APS and they said it was our issue inside the building. We called TIO, Pedro came out and within about 15 minutes he had diagnosed the issue as being on the APS side. APS came out and it turns our the area needed and entire transformer replacement. Made a difficult job easy installing a recessed light above my sink was done in less than 90 minutes and they cleaned up nicely after the job very professional.

I had some electrical issues that I needed help with and Turn It On Electric was out that day to get my problems resolved. The technician Jose was courteous and professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will call Turn It On Electric for any future electric issues that I might have.

Jason G. from TIO came out to our home to place an electrical box and replace a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Jason called letting us know he was on the way and he was at our door exactly when they said he would be there. Jason was very friendly and explained everything as he worked. Since the main problem was that there was no electrical box for the original ceiling fan in the master bedroom, Jason checked all the other fans (10) in our home to make sure they were wired properly and had the required electrical box. Fortunately, no other problems were found.
All of this for less than the cost of the fan, you can't beat that!
I have worked with numerous electricians over the years and I feel that TIO and Jason were as honest and genuine as they come. I am very impressed with TIO.

Alex and Bob were both incredibly professional, courteous, and patient. They arrived at the very start of my service window, and took extra time to explain their findings to me and look into additional hazards they noticed not on the original inspection list. They provided an incredibly detailed quote the same day, and I cannot thank them enough for their attention and effort. Above and beyond service.

Had a thermostat exchange already pre purchased new thermostat, come to find out a fuse blew in the AC fan in the attic. ELECTRICIAN didn’t carry any fuses. $350 to change out thermostat and check electrical flow to and from AC and thermostat. He could’ve told me the issue and while exchanging thermostat I could’ve went to get fuse. But instead told me to have AC repair come and change fuse. Nice guy but wow.
