Gabe responded quickly to my call. He came out to check my electrical to my water heater that was installed by another company, which was defected. He didn't leave till he made sure I was taken care of by the other company and we had hot water. He goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Thank you Gabe.

My husband wanted to put our TV above the fireplace but to do that we needed an outlet. I found One Shot Installation and Gabe was quick to respond and had the job done in a few days. He did a great job and I already know I have more work for him on a couple other projects.

Gabe was here very quickly after calling and explaining the problems I was having. He installed my microwave and added an end/nipple for the hookup of my gas stove. The installer couldn’t do the installation of the microwave because they were unprepared to do the job.

I have a lot to say about One Shot. AMAZING service! I called a bit frantic, because my refrigerator went out and I had called at least a dozen other companies. A quick text and I had a repairman at my door. Professional and extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings, he explained to me exactly what was going on and left me not only with an outlet that was installed properly, but with the knowledge of how to proceed fixing the remaining outlets that would need to be inspected. I had previously inquired about replacing my propane water heater with Gabe at One Shot Installation. He answered all my questions and was able to remove & install my water heater with the products that I had already purchased. From the initial call to the end of the installation, this company really takes pride in their work and it truly shows. I have learned that getting a contractor to schedule with you takes weeks to months but not this outfit. They are quick in scheduling you in and they have outstanding customer service. I called OneShot to take care of a few outlets that weren’t working.

I definitely say all of the reviews posted here about One Shot Installation and Gabe are 100% spot on! I called Gabe because of an issue with the circuit breakers and electric receptacles at my house. Fortunately for me, Gabe literally was in the area and he was able to get to my house within a half hour my calling.

Fortunately, the problem turned out to be a fairly simple one and Gabe was patient enough to walk me through exactly what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He charged me a very reasonable price for the work he did, considering I called him late on a Saturday afternoon on Thanksgiving Weekend. Another electrician I called yesterday wanted to charge me $950 for the first hour. Gabe's prices were no where near that high. His prices were extremely fair and he was very professional.

Gabe responded quickly to my request to have a 240V outlet installed in my garage for charging my electric car. He was a very personable guy and was more than happy to offer advice and suggestions to my project to improve upon it. He was very fast, professional and accommodating. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Gabe. It’s very difficult to come across a jack of all trades who is honest and true to his word. Gabe was able to come out the same day I called to install a gas range that the delivery drivers were unable to install (on two separate occasions) and repair a circuit breaker and several outlets. After 2 weeks without a stove, Gabe hooked it up and fixed my electrical issues all in just over an hour! He also followed up with me to ensure everything was functioning properly, which just shows how much he cares about his work and his clients. He has since helped me with plumbing issues and replaced my old kitchen faucet as well.

We're very happy with our recent water heater replacement. We had a gas leak from the old water heater and house guests coming the next day; I needed help fast! I called Gabe and he was nearby so he came out to inspect and give an estimate that night, even though it was about 7pm. I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the service I received from One Shot Services. Gabriel responded quickly and was very knowledgeable in identifying and repairing the issue I was having with the GFCI outlet (consistently shorting out) on my pool pump electrical box. I thought I was going to need to replace the entire box since the GFCI had already been replaced and the electrical box was 30+ years old. Gabriel is such an honest person and he almost insisted he troubleshoot before replacing the box. I'm glad I listened to him. Doing this, he saved me hundreds of dollars. Gabe was a great outgoing guy. As much as I hate having things go wrong, having someone like him in your back pocket is great. My washing machine wasn’t draining so he came out and explained everything as he took it apart showing me that the pump is still working so it was actually a communication issue with the display panel. At the end it would be cheaper to replace and he had a refurbished model ready for me. I’ll continue to use this company going forward with all my installation and repair needs.

Probably THE BEST contractor/electrician I have ever dealt with. He’s professional, honest, skillful and solution oriented. Get the job done right the first time. We’ve used One Shot Installation for a handful of job because we know it will be done correctly and in a timely fashion.

After having multiple issues with our tankless water heater, and having an electrician and a plumber out who both refused to work on it, I found Gabe through yelp. He contacted me right away, kept me in the loop about when he could come out and even came on a Sunday to look at it.

Gabe was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. He pointed out some issues with the wiring that our home inspector missed and gave us options for the repair. In a matter of an hour, we had a working water heater and water that was hotter than it ever had been before. Based on his diagnosis, we know long term we have to do some rewiring, and we’re 100% certain we’ll call Gabe to complete the job.

Actual Review: Gabe responded to my request right away, asked for Make & Model, and provided a quote (some others who responded could not provide a quote without needing to come out first). Gabe came out the next day and arrived ON TIME (just by that, I'm already sold!). Then he fixed our issue and the actual charge came out a little less than the quote (the clincher!). Now I can do laundry again! Yay!?!?

Everything about this service-call was perfect, we've scheduled a return visit so he can look at our dryer next. :)

Recently purchased a new home and had several concerns from our home inspection that we needed addressed. As well as fix minor issues like porch light not working, adjusting some light fixtures, and adding a GFCI outlet outside. Reached out to Gabe through Yelp and he responded within minutes. He came out the next day and we went though the home inspection together and walked through each room of the house and outside. He explained thoroughly on the repairs needed and also gave us ideas on how to fix certain issues that worked within our budget. Gave us a quote and scheduled to come out as quickly as Sunday to perform the work so he could focus on the job without any interruptions. He arrived as scheduled and took care of all of our concerns within a few hours.

Gabriel is great to work with! For a few months we had yard lights in front of our house not working. We thought it might be the GFCI outlet they were plugged into, but decided it wasn't urgent, so we just had it on our to-do list. Then yesterday, the master bathroom outlets weren't working, and the problem seemed to be the GFCI outlet in the other upstairs bathroom that controls the master bath outlets. The GFCI kept shutting off even with nothing plugged into the outlets. Since that was more urgent, decided it was time to call an electrician, and to have both electrical problems fixed at the same time. Gabe was very quick to reply to the Yelp messages, and offered to come out that evening, but I wouldn't be available, so he was able to come out the next day (on a Saturday). One Shot Installation was fabulous. I woke up Labor Day morning to find that my water heater had decided that Labor Day seemed like a fine time to konk out on me. I called around frantically trying to find someone who would be reasonable in price (I knew that it was an Emergency call AND a holiday call so I knew I was going to be looking at some sky high prices).

One Shot Installation came out in less than an hour after I called them, they DID NOT charge additional for it being an emergency or a holiday, AND they got the job done in a manner that was 100% proffesional. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Gabe was so nice and took the time to not only explain everything to me, but even made a few money saving suggestions. Kudos to them for not raking me over the financial coals with this unexpected incident.

Water heater wires melted & they came out same day to get those repaired so that the water heater could be used & then scheduled a time to come out to upgrade the original style pluming going into the water heater, showed up on time & worked efficiently. Gabe made the process of installing a new ceiling fan incredibly easy. Called him on Tuesday night, had everything done by Thursday morning. He gave me a two hour service window and texted me morning of to let me know when he was on his way. Afterwards he provided helpful insight on other common home maintenance items to keep in mind and how to be energy efficient. I really appreciated the time he put into answering all my questions.

When our water heater had finally kicked the bucket we called a nation corporate company to aid with a diagnosis and repair. Long story short they were not able to correct the issues found and left my family without hot water.

We contacted Gabe with One Shot Installation the same day and he was able to assist us immediately. He was at our home the next morning; on time and eager to find a solution to our problem. Gabe was able to identify that our water heater was experiencing a wiring issue with mixed copper and aluminum wires. He was able to correct the issue with a dual rated connector and used an antioxidant cream to ensure that the surface of the aluminum did not lose its conductivity during the pig tailing of the aluminum wire to the copper wire.

Within an hour we had hot water again! Gabe stuck around to be sure that the water heater was producing hot water and stayed hot.

Over all this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Gabe was professional, Adept in his trades, informative, respectful, and kind. If you are looking for electrical, plumbing or appliance inhalations and/or repairs One Shot Installation is an excellent option. As always support local businesses!
