Kitchen fan replacement that Charles explained to me on the estimate exactly what I needed and why. They converted 2 bathroom 3 switch outlets to 2 switch outlets and... willing to come back again to finish up installing a new cooktop and replacement of outside panel. They NAILED it! Dennis the owner does not just have Charles, Sergio, the new Guy lol and Dawn work for him... he works WITH them. Set up by a super quick phone call and got the work done I needed in a day (2 car chargers in the garage). Whenever I need anything else done, I won't hesitate to use this company!

Dennis was easy to work with and did great work. We contacted him when we had some electrical issues in our kitchen. He came right over and didn't charge an outrageous amount for coming over on a Saturday like other companies were wanting upfront just to show up. I called Phoenix Electricians Today and spoke with their answering service to schedule a service call about outlets in garage and bathrooms not having power, even after breaker reset. The lady was very nice, took my information and explained dispatch would be calling me to set a time on my preferred day. I assumed this was due to it being late evening at the time. Within two minutes of finishing that call I received a ring from Dennis who was helpful in scheduling a sevice call for the exact time I needed the following day. Dennis and the tech arrived within the first 15 minutes of the two hour time window for the service call the following day. Both were very courteous, personable and professional. They were able to diagnose and have my problem fixed very quickly. Pricing was fair and explained and agreed on upfront before work was done after problem had been diagnosed. A++ experience with this company start to finish. I will most definitely be calling them again for any fixes or work needed done at my place.

Had a electrician come out to install a new breaker box and connection to the city, a ground wire, stove wire replaced, and ceiling fan in multiple rooms. The ground wire is exposed through my pool area and has been criticized multiple times by other contractors. The fans he installed did not rout to a switch, but instead put the outlet on the switch. There are several other issues we are finding out a year later that they did in our attic. The breaker box is up to code and looks good, but everything else has been problems. Especially for nearly 5k in work. Will never use them again and i highly recommend getting another company to inspect the work once it is completed. Apparently you only have like 120 days to make a complaint about it to the licensing board.

By far the best electric company I have ever used. All employees were kind and professional. Owner went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. If you used any other company you would be wasting your time and money.

I called a few location in my area they all wanted to charge over 200 just to come look at the problem! Then i finally called Phoenix Electrician today. They were very responsive they told me they could have someone come out the same day and there was no fee for they to just to come look at the problem.they arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to figure out my problem in a few moments told me how much it would cost to fix. And they price was cheaper then all the other places I had called. They even helped me fix the security camera I had outside that wasn’t working. All in all definitely one of the best experience I had with an electrician. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work

I waited a full week to see if there would be some form of follow up from my service last week before posting my review.
I originally saw the work van on Grand & Vet Owned caught my eye (& tugged at me since my family consists of many branches of service over several generations. I called & set up an appointment for an estimate.
Work needed was a new run in my garage to install the Ring Flood Light, & relocation of the doorbell wiring to accommodate the Ring Video Doorbell. The original appointment I scheduled, I got a call at the end of the window of time I expected the electrician. I was informed they were tied up on a job & needed to reschedule. I get it, things happen & for me it was no big deal, but if someone took off work for the estimate, it would have been a wasted day.
2 Days later, the electrician came on time, was friendly & personable. I felt the estimate was a bit high, but I also know most companies charge for a visit just for an estimate, coupled with the knowledge it was a Vet owned business...I opted to schedule the work. I explained the situation with the doorbell need & wiring the floodlight. The estimate was $1,100 less a military discount (which I did think was thoughtful considering the price) I asked about the patch work for the cuts to the drywall & sadly was told I would be left with the cut outs screwed in & would need to get a drywall guy to make look like nothing was done. Still. I scheduled the next available time.
I showed my wife the estimate & she to was a little concerned about the price for the job. We agreed it needed to be done nonetheless.
The electrician arrived around noon & went right to it. I pointed out the installation of the ring products weren't listed on the estimate, but he said it wasn't a problem, he will take care of it. I also had an outlet I asked him to look at while he was here. It had a loose wire that burned our vacuum plug. I asked how much to fix & the answer kind of stunned me...$100.00. So, a $4.00 part & 5 minutes rated a charge of $100.00. Since he stated it was a wonder the house didn't burn down...I allowed him to replace the burned outlet. A total of 5 hours later, he said he was done, I gave him my card to charge, signed & parted ways. I had a softball game to coach & we were at the edge of our time to leave.
When we got home, I was able to actually pay attention to details. I did the programming of the doorbell & went through troubleshooting with the tech from Ring. It was determined that the fault is in the wiring & not in the floodlight. I pulled the floodlight off & viewed the black wire was cut on mounting the light. Removing the light arced & tripped my circuit to the entire garage. The garage door open, I did not want to leave my home unsecured. Now 9 PM, I recalled this company was 24 hours. My call was answered by a pleasant woman who said this would be passed on. I asked if I would be charged for this after hours service call even though it was the electricians mistake. I got no definitive answer & the return call came some 11 hours later.
I could not stand the thought of leaving my home unsecured for the night as I have valuables in my garage & after waiting 2-3 hours for the return call...decided to fix it myself. Not the handiest person with a screw driver...I felt no other viable option, but I was greatly disappointed to say the least. When I went to the front door, I found all the debris from the job still on the floor & in my daughters hamster cage. I would have thought at least the dust & drywall parts on the floor would have been tended to.
Joe Lake (the electrician) returned my call at 8:06 AM. He explained when he got the call, he had already turned in for the night & just got the message in the morning. I explained I had to repair the wire because I couldn't leave my home unsecured. While I did get an apology...that was the extent of it. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I had Phoenix Electricians out to my house on a Saturday. Joe showed up ready to work. I showed him the problem I was having with my fuse (a short of some kind kept breaking the circuit--it would not reset). He diagnosed the issue and narrowed it down to the ceiling fan in my living room.

He took care of business as well as answering a few additional questions I had.

Unfortunately, the very next day, the same fuse popped again. I went to the breaker and reset it, and it DID reset and has been working fine the last 36 hours. I plan to speak to the company about the issue and see what they will do. Based on their reputation, I predict they will take care of business with no fuss, at which point, I will change this review to 5 stars.

Our pool breaker went out and our home warranty would not cover. After dealing with the warranty company for a week our pool was starting to turn green. We called Phoenix Electricians Today and they were over that afternoon and immediately fixed the problem. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

The electrician came to my house on time. He saw what the issue was and gave me an affordable quote. He completed the work and made sure to cleanup after himself when he was done. I needed a 220v outlet converted to 110v. I am very happy with the results of the work and will definitely use this company again!

I have dealt with a lot of electricians in the last year and a lot of times they play trial and error. After seeing their yelp reviews, I gave them a call and it was easy to make an appointment. They didn't charge me extra by saying their schedule is full till mid-week and would have charge me emergency hours unlike another company. Dennis came out who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and provided me with a referral for a plumber. The entire experience was smooth. After being disappointed with licensed electricians responding to my request for service, and claiming they performed issues of concern, I was fortunate enough to learn of a highly recommended company with a professional reputation for guaranteed satisfaction. PHOENIX ELECTRICIANS was contacted and responded to my home. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and assessment of my problems. They resolved all my electrical needs at an acceptable cost. I am very satisfied with not only the repairs I needed, but also with the courtesy and professionalism of their employees doing the work.

When I first called Electricians Today they came out on a Saturday. They suggested what work need to be done. I could not believe how promptly they arrived.
On the day the work was done I had added a few extra things. Joe Lake worked way into the evening and didn't complain. He solved my problem and everything looks great. He wired a new sprinkler timer and wired all of the sprinkler wire back also. Just one of many things that needed to be done. He even came back to put on 2 caps that he didn't have on him at the time. He was very professional with over 20 years experience. I also asked for another quote to have an external light put on the house with motion sensor. Just waiting till after holidays to get that done. I would definitely recommend them to friends and of course use Electronics Today again. Joe Lake is top of the line with me.

I initially called Phoenix Electricians because I wanted to compare prices, and were one of the few, highly rated firms online, that wouldn't charge to come and quote you $ for a job.

So Joe Lake, one of their electricians, came out and gave me a reasonable price so we decided to proceed. We had quite a bit of work done, all outdoors mainly in our backyard. Joe installed brand new spot lights in our yard as well as replacing some of the old ones we had. He also hung up string lights on our patio. Lastly, he setup all new light switches and an outlet to make things convienent and unobstrustive.

Joe’s work ethic is the main reason I am taking the time to right this review. Joe was at our home from ~10am - 7pm on a Thursday in the end of June, so it was considerably hot outside. He was very polite and autonomous. He didn’t ask for anything he just went outside and worked, all day. I worked from home while he was there and I would pop out and check on him every few hours to see how the work was going etc.. Everytime I went outside he was laboring, aside from a lunch break he truly worked all day. I never saw him playing on his phone or wasting time.

He was, as I said, polite and very nice and I would recommend and refer to anyone needing work and if I have any future projects I will call them first.

Joe came by to give us an estimate on replacing our outdated fans on our patio. He assessed the existing fans, wrote a quote and gave it to us. Clearly he was not interested in the job! He quoted us $448.00 to replace the existing fans! That's more than we paid for the fans!!!!! I guess the work we needed was not expensive for their time hence the high quote. They forget that it was the little people like us who helped get their business going.

Joe L was our electrician. He was quick and professional and did an excellent job of explaining the issue to us, and detailing what caused the concern. Phoenix Electricians were also very responsive and up front about the cost. There weren't any hidden fees or anything, and Joe didn't start work until he had broke down the cost and provided us options.

Dennis and Joe did a great job diagnosing an electrical problem and then did an excellent repair job! The customer service is awesome! I highly recommend them for any job.

I had a short circuit in the line to my outdoor kitchen and boat dock. Dennis had a brief schedule opening and arrived earlier than expected. He quickly completed troubleshooting and determined the problem was a circuit breaker that needed some extra pushes to reset. He then load tested the circuit and the problem was solved. I will continue to use Phoenix Electricians Today for all my service needs.

Dennis came out to home on Friday to fix a breaker that was broken. He also fixed turned on the electricity to part of the house where the breaker flipped. I had tried to fix it myself on Thursday and was unable to do so. Dennis did a great job and went above and beyond for me and my family. He taught me how to properly reset a breaker so I wouldn't have to pay again to have someone come out and fix it! Not many companies or people do that for you! So if you are looking for honest electricians I recommend you call Phoenix Electricians Today they truly are the best! I will definitely be using them for any future electrical needs.

Great Customer Service from Karen on the first phone call. I was a little hesitant to pay a Dispatch fee for the quote but was assured it would be taken off the invoice if the work was performed. Prices were in line and I am very satisfied. The fee was deducted from my total invoice. Would work with them again as they completed the work very quick and efficient.

I had Dennis work on my rental home Thursday. The tenants had no ac. I called an air conditioning company and they said it was an electrical issue. By this time it was late so I looked for emergency electrician who could come out since it was going on 7:30 at night. Dennis showed up and replaced a few breakers and got the ac fired up same night. Very professional service by Dennis. Would use again.

I needed to have two panels replaced at the back of my duplex and I was really stressed about how big of a job that this was going to be. I called Phoenix Electricians and Joe Lake came out to inspect my panels. He was very professional and told me that they do these all the time which really put me at ease. Joe was always available to answer my questions and made sure that the job was done on time. When the panels were replaced, they looked like they were replaced properly and that you could tell that Joe knew what he was doing. I have used Phoenix Electricians Today on a few projects at my house and they do good work. I will be hiring them for other projects in the future.

Its the middle of summer and half the power in our house suddenly stopped working, including the air conditioning. I called 9 different electricians this morning and only Phoenix Electricians called me back. They showed up quick and determined it to be a problem with SRP but if they hadn’t been so quick to respond I’d have been waiting all day for some random electrician to call me back instead of getting on SRP about the problem. The electrician even called them for me to explain the problem to them. Highly recommended.

Our exterior lighting stopped working, and we needed to have them on since our area is poorly lit at night. Joe l. came in, gave us a fair estimate, and was actually able to fix the entire system ( due to a short in a junction box ) the same day. It was a quick fix being a burnt wire, so he didn't charge anything extra but everything worked great. When I am ready to get our outside sign fixed, they will be the only electricians I call. Saved our Thanksgiving! The outlet to our second fridge went out and they were able to fix it quickly on a Saturday just in time for all our Thanksgiving preparations. We've also had them out previously to work on our old electrical panel and that went great, too!

Very pleased with the information provided. Dennis was very knowledgeable and provided me an estimate for a whole house generator system installed complete, however the bid came in somewhat higher than expected.

I needed a a small light fixture and a chandelier to be exchange at my residence. The ceiling height for the chandelier was only 18 ft. The gentleman who did the quote was courteous and respectful however the quote was highly OVERPRICED. I eventually swicthed out the staircase light fixture myself and is workng on chandelier.

I asked for 4 heads of the smoke detecters to be removed and put in a draw. He did remove the heads but took the heads with him and i could not get them back, he then charged me for 6. In addition to this he stole something quite valuable and lied tremendously about the situation in order to get away with it. Unfortunately he was paid before i found out about the theft. This company is highly dishonest and expensive. Police are looking into it
