Daniel Moody and Jamal McNeil Jr visited me last week. They knew I was operating as a new home owner, conscious of all costs at this time. Daniel was a quick worker, explaning to me how long each leg of the project could potentially take. Jamal was a quick worker and great conversationalist. Both men worked quickly, professionally and fixed all of my issues. I want to emphasize how FAST and FOCUSED they both were.

James and his partner are excellent. He asked if he could walk-through the house and give us an evaluation. He made some great suggestions and provided estimates with absolutely no pressure.

Not enjoying my experience with this business so far. I had two men come out last week and look around my house for two hours, just to be able to tell me they have a good idea of what the problem is, but they need a tool that is back at the office and someone will reach out to me Monday to come out and finish the repairs. After no word on Monday and the majority of Tuesday I called shortly before 4 on Tuesday and was told by their answering service the office was closed, despite their website and Google page stating they are open until 5. I was told my message would be passed along and I'd receive a call today. I waited until 3 and again got no call. I called and once more got the answering service, who told me the office closes at 3. So far I have paid $300 to be told they think they know what the problem is and have had more conversations with their answering service than the actual company.

A+, highly recommend! I unexpectedly had to get my outdated electrical panel upgraded to renew my insurance. Bolt Electric replaced it for the best price, and did a great job! Their electrician Josh could not have been more professional through a long tedious job. I gave your number to my insurance agent for her other customers needing the same thing.

We hired Empire for a 240 V hot tub connection after a bad experience with another company, and they were great. Gave me a verbal quote, and kept their word without actually having it in writing. Did a great job, very clean and professional, and they stand behind their work. I will be using Empire for all future work.

Do not waste your time. They never show up and never return your call. Not sure how they stay in business. Wish I would have never used them in the first place.

I reached out to Burbank to replace the panel in a house I had recently purchased as well as add and rewire a few things. They were quick to answer and get me on the schedule. I was told 8 o’clock and they were there and ready to start right at 8. I wasn’t able to be home during the actual work but I was kept up to date and informed the whole was as well as made aware of any issues very promptly and given options on was to work around the issues given it is an older house. The job was completed quickly but also accurately. Overall I was very satisfied with this experience and will be using them again in the future.

Great company. They do great work, fast schedule, and good prices. Not really more you can ask for.

Horrible experience. I am stationed overseas and they refused service to me because I cant be called for billing. I even offered my tenant's number and prepay. I've done business with pool, plumbing, roofing, siding, gutter, HVAC and tree service with no problems. Recommend you reconsider your policy. Bush league.

Josh was did great work and was a pleasure to work with. We were completely without water and Josh came right out and found the problem and got us back up and running in no time. His prices are reasonable and he is professional, kind and offers flexible payment options.
He even called back well after working hours to check on us to make sure we were ok. I really appreciate that. Other companies would never do that.
