Quality Electric has been providing electrical service for my mobile home community since March 2022. This company is top flight and now a permanent addition to our contractor vendor list. Had a great experience with Ram from Quality Electrical. He was running a little behind our scheduled time but he called to let us know the updated arrival time (which wasn’t that much later than the original time -certainly well within what’s usual for this type of service). He understood what we wanted, did a thorough job and explained the answers to all our questions. Very happy to recommend and will use again in the future if the need arises.

We had one wall in our home that no longer had power - neither the outlets nor switches. After trying the usual things to fix it, I contacted quality electrical services. Since it was later in the day, they took my contact information and said they could come out the next day. They called promptly in the morning, confirmed the time to come, and kept checking in to let me know when they were on the way. Very professional and a great price, and my power is working again. I highly recommend!

Jamil did an AWESOME job. I was upset when he first came due to the Home warranty company I have taking a month to get someone out to my house. I would not recommend very disorganized and unprofessional. Had an appointment window and the company was still late. Didn’t honor price quoted and wanted to charge more after giving me proposal. I wasted time dealing with them I wouldn’t recommend at all !!

AMAZING service!! I will never call another electrical company again! These guys not only came out in less than 24 hours but did so with such a positive attitude- excellent customer service!! They repaired my issue and made sure I understood what was going on and how much it was going to cost. Sometimes being a female I get weary of contractors but not this time ! Customer for life !!!!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding service. Left and came back with the part same day....highly recommended. Luis has fix the motor light and jacuzzi in less than a hour knew the problem and show you every step of the way. You never feel like your getting rob.

Came late on a Friday afternoon when our oven started sparking. Identified the problem quickly, solved it, and provided us with a part we didn’t have (even though it wasn’t part of the problem). Truly a joy to interact with, I’ll never call anyone else.

There is a horrible driver working for this company. He almost hit me at my children's school, never looked before backing up and started yelling at me when I put my arms up at him like it was my fault. I called the company to complain and warn them about how there driver was acting in their company van and they hung up on me.

Had a problem with my fuse box. They were quick to respond, friendly and professional. Most importantly, the problem was fixed in a timely manner.

I would definitely recommend Quality Electrical. They were prompt, very thorough to figure out my issue and they are reasonably priced. Ram and Luis are great!!

My heat went out, called the AC company and they said it was an electrical issue. Called these guys and they responded quickly and resolved the electrical issue in my attic that could of burned my house down. AA++
