Working with Jon to schedule and Steve II and Steve III as the field technicians was a pleasure. They did an excellent job installing a handful of recessed lighting cans, migration of some interior lights, and installations of new plugs for me. They came back after to review a few issues I found (that had nothing to do with their initial work) and were able to troubleshoot all of them and put me in a great place with my electrical systems. The price was right too! Highly recommended for all your electrical needs.
Scott and Danny did a complete rewire of my house. It's an old house so they ran into challenges but they overcame every one of them. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I can't recommend this company enough. Great job guys!
They are awesome to deal with from the initial call to the service itself. Got the appointment and estimate from Dave. They have a great texting and photo messaging platform that allows them to give a very accurate estimate. And they were even able to schedule same-day service.
Once on-site, Scott and Danny were awesome! They were fast and coordinated as a team. They also helped me out with a couple outlets that weren’t working. Once they finished, they explained thoroughly what they repaired/serviced. And they were more than fair with the price. This is was an emergency repair, but I plan on doing quite a bit electrically to the house so I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

I had a total house rewire (upgrade). Steve II, Steve III and the other young man (forgot his name) were awesome. They answered every question I had. They made sure everything I asked for was done. They were always on time, tried to keep the mess cleaned up. If I ever need electrical work done again, these people would be the people I will call. I would recommended them very highly.

called five different electric companies They will not fix the meter jaws that JEA electric wants to changed.. These five companies want to upgrade the fuse box , which was not necessary according to JEA electric I called Empire electric they gave me a quote and the date they wii fix the problem. Empire electric was an honest company. I was blessed, otherwise I would pay thousands of $$$ for unnessary work. When Scitt and Danny completed the work they called me and post a receipt They told me to fill it out with my credit card info The payment went through and I print out my receipt, No problem... Thanks Empire electric for making my Day.. And saving me money!!!! I pray that every body will call you for their electric problems.
During our AC replacement -the crew tan into some electrical issues and Empire responded. Not only did Jeremy & Sedell resolve the issue -they went above and beyond to make sure the AC crew wouldn’t run into any MORE issues down the road (very PROACTIVE instead of REactive!) They we’re also super informative and happy to answer all my questions through out their work - AND! They cleaned up behind themselves. Awesome customer service! Thanks guys! :)

They were available to come out the same day, from initial call to completion was less than two hours. Tech was friendly, which was nice cuz my dogs like people, but me not so much.
Danny & Scott accomplished the job without issues, getting me back to utilizing the faulted Circuit as soon as possible.

Danny and Scott were here and upgraded our panel box! These guys are awesome!! Considerate, efficient and so very helpful!! Even after a repair man that was called to move our hot water heater cut the water heater hose and sprayed water all over their equipment!! They were still professional!! We definitely need more people like them in the world!! Great job guys!!

Oh my goodness, Empire Electric was absolutely amazing to work with. They were on time, fit us into their schedule quickly and did clean professional electrical work inside our pool cabana. They installed three fans as well as a switch for us.

Steve and Blake did a great job installing new lights on either side of my garage door. There was no electrical source on either side of the garage door so they ran electrical cable through walls, installed a switch inside garage. Their attention to detail was appreciated. They also trouble shooted a doorbell that only worked occasionally. They did a great job determining that the issue was the actual electrical cable. I appreciate the quality of their work. They also left everything clean.
Scott and Sedell did a wonderful job fixing our outdoor lighting! They were timely, professional, skilled and pleasant!

This is my second time using them. The first time they did a very professional install of my charger for my Tesla. This time they did a long run to upgrade a circuit to my kitchen for a new stove. My house is a little more tricky than some, but I was very impressed with how quick and professional Scott and Danny were. They dropped the new line pretty well to the exact inch of where it needed to be. They then pulled the wire through with ease and did a professional install of the box for the new stove. I have been very impressed twice now. I also want to say that John (in the office) was very good and fair to work with on pricing the job to begin with. I would not hesitate to use Empire again.
Father and son team, both named Steve, arrived on time to relocate several circuits in our breaker box in order for them to install a new circuit for our pools heat pump. They were both very courteous and explained what they needed to do in order to complete the job. When the job was finished they walked us through the work explaining what they did and why. I would highly recommend contacting Empire Electric for your electrical needs. They are a little bit higher in price than others but it was money well spent. Can’t wait to use my pool this winter. Thanks Steve II and Steve III, you guys were great!

Empire employees, the lead Scott with Danny as the helper did a great job installing the elector on my lanai. First they had to crawl through a 3 ft high crawl-space under my ho e and run the wires then hook up the breakers in the house to ru. 4 fans, 7 outlets and switches for fans and lights and install 2 motion light up on the corners of the lanai. This took multiple trip working with the other subcontractors on the project. My wife and I are delighted. Thanks Empire Electric.
I have worked with Jon on major projects when a condo I manage had a latent defect causing the electrical panel for the building to be replaced. The panel is on back order and owners were being displaced because of the electrical inconsistency and safety concerns. Jon worked directly with Board members and went above and beyond to get this community a solution. I have also worked with Jon on smaller projects and he treats them with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. I highly recommend Empire Electric.

Excellent service. The technician was polite kind and very knowledgeable. He answered questions about other repairs that I thought would be needed in the future, and was honest in explaining a repair that could have cost me hundreds but turned out to be a minor problem that was fixed in minutes.

We used Empire Electric Inc., for our elderly mother. She needed work done to some electrical issues in her home, but we needed someone trustworthy and honest. She was beyond thrilled with the two electricians that came out. They were on time, professional, respectful and answered all of her questions with confidence and without hesitation. She will need more work done in the near future and we will only use them. We feel confident having them in her home. Very impressed.
Everything was great from start to finish. Kitty in the office was such a sweetheart and easy to explain the situation. She was able to schedule my grandparents within days! Joe and his helper came out, and I was not there, but they called me after and explained what they did. My grandmother said he made sense and explained everything in detail on what was wrong and how he repaired it. Overall fantastic company and I will use them again if need be. Thanks so much!

Empire installed a Tesla charger in my garage. Very professional and they did it quicker than anyone else could.
Go with Empire! They were punctual, reasonably priced and did outstanding work! They installed an LED floodlight on my house in the eave and it came out perfect. I will be using Empire for all my electrical needs in the future. They also were able to get to me quick!

After receiving quotes from a few companies in town, we hired Empire Electric to install a 90amp line for our new pool. They were fantastic and so easy to work with. Great communication, punctuality, and walked us through all of the options we had. Very reasonable pricing as well. These will be our go to guys for any electric work we may need done in the future. Couldn't recommend enough!!

Needed some electrical work done for my place of work. Called a lot of places and received no call backs from a few. Jon was very quick to get back with me and come out to evaluate what was needed. We hired Empire for a 240 V hot tub connection after a bad experience with another company, and they were great. Gave me a verbal quote, and kept their word without actually having it in writing. Did a great job, very clean and professional, and they stand behind their work. I will be using Empire for all future work.
I just had empire electric out to my house. They were able to install new LED cans, add outlets behind our mounted TVs, and run power to our kitchen island. On time, professional, and will answer any questions you have. I had aluminum wiring with wall switches to turn on coffee pot from bed room. and other fancy stuff. It was high tech when house was built in 1973. Another company backed out the day before they were to show after waiting 3 weeks. Reason being that this wiring I had was Master Electrician level to disconnect. Call Empire by mistake but told them my problem anyway. They were out in less than 3 days to do the work for slightly less than other company quoted me for. I am sold on this company and will have them back if I ever need any electrical work to be done. I highly recommend them.
Empire Electric recently did a service panel upgrade & a sub-panel for a shed for me. I was thoroughly impressed with both jobs. The guys were professional, prompt & did a great job on both projects. Jon B is quick to reply to emails or texts, which is not always the case from my experience with service vendors. My shed project was rather extensive and I had quite a few disappointments these past few months... Empire was a shining star in my book & I completely appreciate them for this!

I’ve done quite a bit of business with these folks over the last several months. We remodeled the kitchen that required several circuits to be replaced or rerouted, we had them put in several new light locations, Re-wired the den to accommodate a new Daiken split kit AC system and they also installed a Generac 22KW whole home generator for us. They were on time to the house if not early every time, extremely professional and extremely thorough. Great customer service and great personnel. At this point as far as I’m concerned they’re the only electrician in Jacksonville.
I would highly recommend Empire. They were all very professional and responsive. The electricians did a phenomenal job as well.
I made an appointment last week for an electrician to replace the timer on my pool. They were supposed to be here at 8 a.m., at 8:30 I called to check on his arrival and was told there was a mixup and I hadn't been scheduled. I was told they could either come out sometime this afternoon or in the morning. I explained that since I work tomorrow wasn't good and I didn't want to stay at home all day today waiting for his arrival. They made the appointment happen this morning by moving other appointments around. The electrician was excellent and since the parts he brought were broken only charged for the replacement part and not the labor. Thank You Jon Brockel for your great service. I will not hesitate to recommend you to my family and friends.

Special thanks to Dave Thompson, the manager and Steve, the electrician from Empire Electric. From the experience I had with these two gentlemen, I believe Empire Electric is a great company with ethic and integrity. I am an electrical engineer, but I had to hire a license electrician to deal with a ripped off case from my local utility company. Mr. Thompson is definitely a true professional who knows exactly what we were expecting. Instead using scare tactic like some other companies, he gave an accurate and fair quote. Steve got the job done as scheduled. Hire them if you are looking for licensed electricians.
These are by far the best electrician that I have used. This was a Tesla wall charger that was difficult to get to the breaker but they did it with the least amount of disruption. Kudos will use them for all my future electrical work

Don't even bother, very strange people who came all the way out to my house, never provided a quote, I had to chase them down only to be told they don't want to even provide an estimate because they don't want to do it. Odd and a waste of my time.
Outstanding team found the problem. I feel safe now that they identified faulty wiring in the stove.
We had what I thought was going to be a big job and these guys showed up on time and knocked it out in 30 minutes. Solid work and professionalism.

Worst mistake I ever made using this company they will nickel and dime you to death they will cheat you and I don’t know what they’re doing I had them out here several times and they couldn’t fix the problem but they can always charge me for more and more take my advice save your money save a hard ache never I mean never use this company
