I purchased a whole house generator from American Electrical Contracting last year. I called them to do an annual maintenance. Randy Miller showed up as scheduled and answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. I will highly recommend American Electrical Contracting.

Bobby M and Mike L always are professional and on time when they come out to the Jacksonville Jewish Center. They make sure to tackle any electrical issues we have and don't jerk me around to look for extra work just to get more money. They clean up behind themselves sometimes even better than we do lol. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

Hired them about a year ago to do a decent sized electrical job. They completed rough in fine. Then COVID delays hit for several months. Job was continued a few months later. When the time came to install the trim, I requested a specific brand of outlets and switches a full 6 days before install. The hardware was basic, no a huge upgrade. They said fine, they would cost a bit more. I agreed. When their installers installed, they installed the wrong brand (the brand All American prefers rather than what I asked for) they installed a STRIP VANITY LIGHT on the ceiling, and they installed a massive junction box above the bathroom vanity for a light that was already UL related. I spent the next 2 months going back and forth, trying to simply have them install install the correct brand product. It was literally a few hours of labor to solve the issue. They would not stand by their work. I simply said fix the job and get paid. That wasn't good enough for them. They decided to file a LIEN for the small $600 remainder of the project.

I have yet to meet a company as unprofessional. The customers is NEVER right according to them. Stay away.

Anthony, Tristan, and James handled several wiring and electrical issues for us. They were super friendly and helpful, and everything works great now. They fixed 2 bathroom fans, installed 8 new lighting fixtures, replaced some tough light bulbs, and answered all my questions. I've used this company before and will do so again!

Dorian and Mike came over to check out the a wall without power and did an excellent job of explaining and showing me the problem! Super nice guys and extremely patient with kids around! They did a quick and efficient job! Will definitely contact them again if I were to have another problem! Thanks!

Very Unprofessional. Owner is not a good person. Owner “Shawn” will not answer and come get his money after cussing my mom out and threatening to put a lean on my house. First 2 days he was supposed to come out he never showed up or called. He finally decided to come out being 4 hours late and run his machine on turtle mode after we asked them for a refund. Just save your time and go with someone professional and not rude and nasty

I highly recommend All American Electric for home stuff. I had two guys come in to install an additional outlet in my garage. Very professional, very courteous, cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with these guys and the price of the job itself. I will definitely be looking to bring them back for additional work.

Our electricians were able to come early and quickly take care of our electrical problem. They thoroughly analyzed what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and did all the work they discussed efficiently and effectively. Arranged an appointment for today between 11 and 1pm. Went so far as to cancel a Doctor's appointment so that I would be here. At about 12:50 pm I received a TEXT telling me that they needed to reschedule due to the technician having a family emergency. I guess they only have one technician. Basically they stiffed me and wasted my day. I strongly recommend that you use any other electrical contractor that you can find. Their attitude was extremely indifferent and unprofessional. No sense of concern. Takes unreliable to a whole new level. I am sure that they will post some heart wrenching response. But, excuses are a dime a dozen. Unbelievable.

We needed to have our breaker panel replaced and turned to All American Electrical to take on this job. Joe and Eddie were very pleasant and professional during the entire day. Our panel was over40 years old, so it was no surprise that the two had to face challenges beyond a regular change out. From larger panel size to shorter wires to breakers without labels. But at the end I have to say that those two have been a great team and did an outstanding job. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas.

They handled all the electrical for our Kitchen remodel- moved outlets as well as switches, installed under-lighting and ensured our circuit breaker box was labeled correctly. Professional, On Time and Erica was always available for questions. Great team that did it right the first time.

I was shopping around for a company to install a special 220v outlet in my garage where i received quotes from multiple companies for the specified work. All American electrics was very reasonable in their price, and performed the job in a timely, quality driven fashion. Joe and Walt were the workers that took care of the job and did so exceptionally. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely call back for additional work in the future!

I contacted All American Electrical on March 9, 2020 to install a 220 line into our garage with a dryer receptacle for EV charging. They were recommended by Tesla. I called around 0930, spoke with their customer service person and was promised a call back within an hour to set up an appointment for an estimate. Three days later...no call back...no nothing. At this point in time, I don't expect one and really don't want to do business with this company. I will be advising Tesla of my disappointment with this company.

This is the second time I have used American Electric. This time Kyle and Chris came out and wired up my shed to the panel. The guys were on time, did a great job, and I couldn’t be happier.

I had a carpenter suggest All American Electrical at 4541 St Augustine Rd 32207 [I give the address as I think there is another with similar name] as being very competitively priced and quick to respond.
In this case, I was selling an investment fix and flip and needed an electrician to take care of an extensive inspection report [128 pages]. So I'm fairly familiar with electrical issues and pricing, or so I thought. The last two electrical companies I had been using [replace/upgrade panel, new service from pole, trouble-shoot entire house, correct inspection report issues] were so busy they jacked up their prices by what seemed to be 50% [seriously].
I called All American Electrical of North Florida and spoke with Erica. She was very attentive with positive energy. I asked for some ball park' pricing on new/upgraded panels as a reference point [the other companies were 75% higher!]. Part of me was pleasantly surprised and part of me felt a little sick bc I had been overpaying for years to these other local friendly electrical firms that I'd spent thousands of dollars with on multiple houses.
I gave her the address, lockbox code and emailed over the extensive report. Erica had someone over there the next day [took two days to complete actually].
Erica's communication was surprisingly timely and efficient between email and phone and even text if need be. I never actually met her or the electricians as I was not cleared to drive after my Heart Attack with emergency open heart surgery, triple bypass and three strokes [it was a busy afternoon] but she kept me informed with such detail I didn't need to be on-site. That being said the electricians were very detailed and gave me options on how to proceed and kept me posted on progress. So far so good... and it only got better with my next call for service at another location [this time a rental].
Another time, on a rental emergency, Erica and All American really saved the day. It appeared the tenant was having some electrical issues with her water heater. With four school-aged kids there was a lot of complaining and they wanted it done yesterday. Erica got some over there right away as she knew i didn't want to lose this HUD renter. She even called a plumber for me to coordinate the service [turns out it is the plumber I prefer far and away more than any of the other 5-6 plumbers I've used - Larry Couf Plumbing]. They diagnose everything quicker and more efficiently and MUCH cheaper than any other electrical [or Plumbing] companies I have used.
I didn't get special treatment, I'm not a big customer and I wasn't a friend of a friend... I just got treated the way they treat everyone that calls in, which is above and beyond EXCELLENT. I am very appreciative and am happy to respond to any questions. Good luck to all. ChristopherPC

I had a service appointment window of 8 AM - 10 AM. I had to call at 10:15 to find out why the crew had not arrived. I was told they were running late and were supposed to call me, to which they did not. At 10:30 AM they called and indicated they were 30 minutes away. They finally arrived at noon. I had a very simple issue which they were able to resolve, however I wasted four hours of my life waiting and only found out because I took the initiative to call.

All American Electrical did an amazing job for me installing three ceiling fans in my new home. They were prompt and efficient. I will be calling them the next time I need electrical work done.

We have been suffering through a whole house remodel and All American Electrical has made it all worth it! They have done everything we have asked for and more. Joe treats your home as if it was his own - he focuses on what you want, asks questions, and goes above and beyond to make the client happy! We won't go anywhere else for electrical work!!

All I can is WOW! I called and was added to the schedule because the house might have caught fire. Joe showed up and fixed everything up and cleaned up after he was done and left no mess, I will definitely be using All American again. Well worth the time to at least get a quote.

Following work was completed with no issues; 11 canister lights installed in kitchen and living room, two carriage lights installed out side garage, security light installed outside, security lights rewired on existing switches, ceiling fan updated and installed, ceiling light and attic light switch and wiring installed. The work was done professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work in this area.

I am a Real Estate Property Manager and they were referred to me by another realtor. I refuse to use anyone but them. You can't beat the price or the service. This is coming from someone who has dealt with multiple companies and I know when I see quality. They have serviced many of my properties and they're response is always prompt and on point!

Customer service is terrible. Technician was supposed to arrive between 8 and 10, didn't show up until 11am. They did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know he was running late. Still charged me a service fee for 2 seconds of work and never once apologized for the inconvenience. Don't waste your time and money with this rude and inconsiderate business.

Well, I've had what will be 3 services and still a washer that won't drain. I was fed wrong info by the tech per Whirlpool and I believe he tried to blame user error than fix this thing. My warranty will only hire them and it looks like I'll be calling them weekly until someone does something.

Honestly, probably the worst company I have ever encountered. The office person Erica is extremely rude and insulting. Their people arrived and smelled of alcohol and I received a huge bill when absolutely nothing was done. They never even returned with the parts.

I was very happy with the service provided by All American. The technicians were very sound and the communication with the front office was great. I would definitely use them again.

They are irresponsible , they treated me badly as a client, I sent them some plans to quote me and they told me they were going to do it, I told them that it was time sensitive because I had up to one specific day to quote, every day I called them and They said they called me back and never did, at the end they never gave me the quote and I lost the contract
I lost two weeks calling them every day, when I could have contacted another contractor if they had been sincere from the beginning

Horrible. Promised 8am arrival. Lots of excuses later at 1030, we cancelled and got a lot of lip from Erica along the way. It's a joke.

Do not waste your time. They never show up and never return your call. Not sure how they stay in business. Wish I would have never used them in the first place.
