I am a real customer of David Gray Plumbing and Electrical.
I called David Gray Electrical for the installation of a recirculating over the stove vent.
I would like to say everything went well. It did not. That is the best part of this review.
No job involving people will ever go absolutely perfect; even when the job is a simple in and out, one time perfect. There is still something that can be found wrong.
My job was simple, and a few things did in fact go wrong. I am glad to say that I am very pleased with the professional appreciation given to me by the entire team at David Gray. After the completion of my project, I expressed my concerns and to my surprise I was met with customer humility and appreciation; yes, even to the point of the company saying to me “Yes, we can and will take care of you, our customer.” They did to my surprise; they sent me a refund check for some of the installation cost. That folks, is something that is missing in American Businesses Today. Fairness, curiosity and kindness and true professionalism. I would recommend David Gray for their true character came out under pressure, and it is a company made of good character. By the way may new range and vent looks great!

Very professional and informative. Was able to get a quick appointment. Mike was able to find the problem and fix it quickly the day before Thanksgiving! I am truly thankful for them! They have maintenance programs for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC that are reasonably priced as well! I HIGHLY recommend them. Both my job and my husband’s job uses them too. Mike and his team did an outstanding job! We just moved into a new home where a previous owner had taken the cords behind the built-in entertainment center/fireplace rendering it essentially useless. After multiple failed attempts by myself and another contractor we started to think it would be impossible to get an HDMI cord fished through. Mike and his team worked hard and we are so glad they didn’t give up because it finally worked! Worth every penny. We would 100% recommend him to anyone interested. Thanks again Mike!

My experience with the on-site tech couldn’t have been better Josh was AMAZING. However, I was really disappointed with the office folks. After doing a great job to get me someone next day, they failed to tell me their new rates, which seem to have become astronomical! Josh called me 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to tell me the rates - which was $65 for just showing up, and then over $500 an hour, chargeable in 15 min increments of $125! Aside from how crazy expensive that is, why didn’t they tell me that the day before when I had time to call other electricians?? Instead, they knew we had no power and couldn’t wait any longer. Josh was apologetic and couldn’t have been more apologetic but it wasn’t his fault. The office should have told me these new rates when I first called the day before. While the work is good, be prepared to pay out of the nose for it.
From the time Josh show ( early was great) professional, courteous and friendly. Next answer all of my concerns, finally Josh completed the job which included the clean up with my wonderful upgraded panel which was long over due. Oooh I forgot to mention Josh came over from the first service call and didn’t charge me. Now that’s 5 star plus. I absolutely recommend them to all needing there great service!

We had all our smoke detectors replaced and the tech did a great job. He was very polite and thorough. He explained the features of the new detectors and then he vacuumed the areas where he worked. I was VERY satisfied ?

I asked my realtor for a recommendation and David Gray Electrical/Plumbing/Heating and Air-conditioning was the only company she listed by name. It was the observed holiday(December 26th) yet they still responded quickly with an appointment. The technician arrival window was only 4 hours (1-5) not an entire day, and I received a text message with a photograph of the technician when they were enroute. The technician Tim and his coworker (I don't remember his name) asked questions to assess the problem, listened to what I explained,quckly identified the issue and explained the solution. At this point I was given a quote and was asked to sign to agree to the work being done. They worked carefully and were very respectful of my property, they showed me the outlet that was burned up and explained how it happened. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, and were very professional. They arrived on time and the job was complete with my kitchen put back together within an hour. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend this company and will hire them again for the electrical projects in my home.

We lost power in one room during the cold weather here in Florida. Wayne, from David Gray, diagnosed the problem as a damaged GFI outlet. He was able to find the correct outlet, replace it, and did checks afterward to ensure the complete repair. Wayne was prompt, and did very neat and professional repair work. Thanks David Gray.
Andrew came out on a Sunday and replaced a wall switch that was causing the breaker to trip. He was quick, professional and even cleaned up after he was finished. We will use this company for any additional electric needs that come up.

Don’t hire this company unless you want to be totally ripped off for something they can’t even fix. They came to my house to fix an electrical outlet were here less than an hour and charged me almost 400$ to have absolutely nothing fixed. I shouldn’t have been charged anything more than the service fee to come out and make an assessment. Totally fraudulent company, unprofessional, could not recommend less. Also refused to show me what I was signing off on when I asked them if I could see what I was signing off on they wouldn’t show me. Super sketchy
Keith was on time, polite and cleaned up after himself. He was very thorough in his inspection. I really appreciate his feedback that he gave me.
Ryan and his co-worker were friendly and professional. They evaluated the problem we were having with our outdoor lighting system, corrected the issue and explained what was causing the problem. Scheduling was easy too.
Josh Dees was my electrician. He was kind, soft spoken, very respectful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
It is unfortunate that David Gray's rates are so high, but Josh certainly did his best to not upsell me.
David Grey electrical was on spot, fast and professional. Andrew went the extra mile to coordinate a quick turn around and was exceedingly professional and personable through the entire process.

You have two of the best electricians in your company, Corey and Keith ! From start to finish these guys were professional, kind, hardworking and so knowledgeable. I always know this company does a great job with whatever I need done in my house but these guys really were stellar and super appreciated. We lost power to one bathroom vanity light. Bille quickly diagnosed the problem and then made us aware of a more serious problem. The plastic electrical boxes that held the vanity lights were breaking and the vanity lights were in danger of falling. Billie was professional, knowledgeable and dis excellent work. We recommend David Gray for all your electrical and plumbing needs.
The technician arrived on time, explained what work had to be completed, after his evaluation, and he fixed the issue quickly while I worked.

My techs were Josh and Lou. Both were very professional and friendly. Josh did all of the explaining and going over quotes. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done / what was an issue but never pushed or pressure in any way. Needed a plug for our garbage disposal and check some outlets that an inspector pointed out as potential issues. They were here for several hours, working the whole time. They were respectful but also friendly. This was my first experience with this company. I hope to not have to use any electrician again but when I do I will call them again.

One of the gfi was triggering even when nothing was plugged so, I called David Gray. They showed up on time and inspected every outlet serviced by that gfi and discovered a short circuit in one of the outlets. Replaced the receptacle and everything back online. They quoted me the price upfront before they began inspection and finished the work with no extra charge. They did spend considerable time in trying to find the source for gfi to trigger but they didn't charge extra.
Technicians Conor and Ian provided excellent professional service. Organized, efficient, expert, pleasant, helpful. First-rate service and customer satisfaction.

Corey was incredibly respectful, professional and detail oriented. He was sure to explain all possible scenarios before doing any work so that I was comfortable throughout the process.
It’s a shame that I had to pay out of pocket to get wiring fixed in my brand new 1 year old DR Horton home, but here we are. DR Horton uses the worst of the worst for their warranty work and after a year of ongoing issues that they never seemed to repair, I called David Gray and their technicians were surprised that literally everything on my home was loose from outside to inside wiring and even had heated, melted wires that DR Hortons warranty crew couldn’t fix in the 14 times they were here. Thankful for these technicians who were thorough and for once since I mo Ed in this disaster poorly built home, I have not had a power outage at all today!

Cannot speak highly enough about the service we received. Corey & Keith were an amazing team to have in our home. These guys did a full panel change, and in our 70’s built home that was no easy feat! They were professional and personable the entire day! They kept us updated throughout the entire process and explained everything as they went. They answered all of our questions even the ones about other areas of the house with patience after 9 hours of working. Highly recommend!

I approved the work before they continued so this is nothing against the techs. That rate is way higher than I expected. $250 to $300 an hour is on the ridiculous side fog s simple doorbell install.

Our water pump stopped working after our area flooded. It appeared to be an electrical issue so I called David Gray on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Josh and Lou gave me a very fair, transparent and competitive estimate on some electrical work I need in my kitchen. They also did a thorough inspection regarding some other electrical concerns I have at my recently purchased home. I first used David Gray for some AC issues they were great so I happened to mention needing an electrician and My AC guy Mike said we have those too! James was the electrician that came out did the assessment and priced everything for me! He came back did the first list of work and came back this last time with a helper who was also Great! Irma flooded out street 6 weeks prior to the service call. Un-beknown to us, she penetrated our main electrical service line that runs under our off grade house with water. This caused flickering of the lights whenever any appliance was used. The electrician who arrived on the scene from David Gray tested both ends of our electrical service line and diagnosed the problem. He quickly isolated the problem and explained the solution. Within a few hours his apprentice was under the house running a new and safe service line. I would have these guys out again. They were clean, efficient and friendly.

If you are looking for a professional local company to service your electrical needs look somewhere else! We recently remodeled our home and chose Grays Electric because they have been in business in Jacksonville for years and we thought they were a reputable company. Not only are they extremely unprofessional across the board, we were also charged for things that were not discussed nor in our contract. I would 100% not recommend this company to anyone.
This company has come to my rescue on numerous occasions when I have had emergency services needed. I have used both plumbing as well as their electrical services. They are prompt, fair prices and very professional technicians. My last electrical technician Josh Dees went above and beyond in providing prompt service!
Conor installed two additional Recessed Lighting Fixtures, to give us the right amount of lighting for the Kitchen. He was through, knowable, and finish the job in time for me to keep my Doctor's appointment.

The electricians that came out to my property, Walt and Nathan were super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They properly troubleshot an issue which requires another trade to continue their work in order to get to the bottom of the issue (remove drywall to visually inspect electrical wires) . They appraised me of their findings and left me with a comprehensive write-up.

Thursday, May 26th 2022, I called this company for electrical service at my residence. The woman who assisted me was courteous and fun to speak with. She told me that I would have an electrician at my house the following day between 12 and 5 p.m. and that I would be given a 30 minute heads up via phone call. I had my wife take off of work to allow the electrician to come in for service. Not only did they not call, they didn't show up. I was informed today May 31st, when I phoned in that they in fact didn't have availability for the 27th as I was booked for, and I was suppose to be informed. For a company with all of these great reviews, this is without a doubt the worst thing you can do to a customer. To recap, not only did I not get service at all, my wife also took a day off. Absolutely poor service, and I would never consider this company ever again. If there was a zero star option, this company would have earned that.

I’ve used David Gray for electrical, plumbing and A/C for 15 years. They are always on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and do great work. Walt was exactly that when he came to my house to advise me on the best way to power my summer kitchen. In less than 30 minutes he gave me several options and left me an estimate. I have used David Gray Electrical services twice and have been happy both times. The technicians that came out were professional, friendly and knowledgable. Provided a quote and explained in detail the work that needed to be done.
Called to get an estimate to install a line so i can put a fan or light in a room. They wanted to charge $89 to come out for estimate, cannot give any kind of ballpark on phone AND said if i choose to do the work, depending on the installer, they “may” apply the $89 to the job. So basically they can come out, quote a high price, keep the $89 and go to lunch. Ridiculous. I called a competitor who gave me their hourly rate and a low and higher end times based on level of difficulty before they came out and were wonderful to work with. What a horrible process at David Gray! Off the list.

Great experience with David Gray Electric, they installed ceiling exhaust fans in my bathrooms. Tim & helper (sorry I forgot his name) were polite, informative, on time & prices were fair. They cleaned up & did a great job.

Have used plumbing end for many years, then decided to try electrical end. The work of both entities is good and satisfactory, but the problem is the office and some of the staff. Some are not very helpful and are unprofessional. Brandon who oversees the invoices informed me of a small credit, then tried to say he didn't talk with me. that I spoke to electrical supervisor, which I did not
He then stated there would be no credit. This is not how you conduct a business to last.. Hope the owner gets the reviews, for it's unacceptable that this small issue could not be handled with integrity and without dissatisfaction.

I used David Gray to help us relocate our vanity lights to the ceiling for pendant lights. They were very professional, on time, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up as there was some dust/insulation from relocating to the ceiling. I am thoroughly angry with the unprofessionalism of David Gray. We closed on a house (last week) that had its panel replaced by David Gray's service, and per our inspection there were defects with the panel. These were resolved or so we thought. I have been calling/emailing for weeks now as we have been experiencing even more problems with the fixed panel and FINALLY today got ahold of a scheduler who told me that, since we had closed, the warranty was expired and we would have to pay the repair on their broken work.
To say I'm upset is an understatement. If they had scheduled me 4 weeks ago when I first reached out, my panel would've been under warranty. It all feels like a cash grab- but for work that they messed up in the first place. Do not use this company, go with someone who guarantees their work.

We'd used David Gray plumbing in years past and were extremely pleased. So when it came time for an electrician to pay us a visit, I was happy to see they had an Electrical division as well. Tim and Tyler came out and had the work completed in about a half hour. They were polite, and hard-working. They even moved my dryer for me, which was above and beyond the call of duty. They then showed me how to change a cord myself for future needs. I HIGHLY recommend giving David Gray a call for any of your Electrical or Plumbing needs.

We called David Gray Electrical with a small list of tasks - installing a ceiling fan, installing several new GFCI outlets, and adding a new wall outlet in our garage.
Marty and Ryan showed up early in the expected time frame and went right to work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and worked steadily and answered any questions we had about each task.
We are very pleased with their work, and will call David Gray Electrical again, the next time we have an electrical project!

We have used David Gray in the past and they did good work. However, they have now moved away from hourly charges and it is flat rate. This can be good or bad. We needed an electrical outlet added to one wall. We were charged the $49 for them to show up. The worker told us he would need to cut out a long strip of the drywall. I asked about coming down from the attic. He said that might be possible, but he would have to charge $100 more to go up and look. So, it might cost $149 to find out it couldn't be done that way. We didn't want to hire someone to repair the drywall. So, we sent them away after having to pay the $49. The worker was very polite.

Well, I was happy with the experience with this crew, they came across as knowledgeable and were very polite explaining things. I've always used David Gray for all my plumbing and electric repair. This is my first experience with AC work with them.
From the customer service/scheduling line to the technicians - it was a 10/10 experience. The pricing was fair as well.

I called to have a outdoor outlet replaced and a new bubble cover for the outlet. Tim, the electrician found that water had leaked through the old electrical sealant that caused the outlet to be damaged from the rain. He was very meticulous making sure the new outlet he installed was sealed well preventing rain water from entering between the masonry wall and the bubble cover of the outlet. The work he did was clean and flawless and his two apentice's were very friendly. All three of them used masks and proper distance for the virus.
David Gray Electrical also installs surge protection breakers, lighting protection, replaces electrical panel boxes and electrical service from your JEA meter to your new panel box in your home.
I would recommend David Gray Electrical to anyone who needs electrical repair.
Kevin, the technician, came well within the time slot given to me. Kevin was very professional, he knew what the problem was had the parts with him on his truck and fixed my toilet. Kevin cleaned up any mess that he made during the repair and give me my bill which was not earth shattering. I have added Kevin’s name into my iPhone and do plan to call him back for any of my plumbing needs.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional company y for electrical work look no further . The level of service exceeded expectations. I normally don’t trust service workers in my home alone but felt very comfortable leaving the guys in my home while I leave for work . They were professional , clean and very honest . I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if google would allow .

I have never written a review before, but I am beyond floored by how I was just treated. I have never experienced such disrespect from a company. I am 8 months pregnant and my air conditioning stopped working in August in Florida, as you can imagine living in a 3 story home the temperature was in the mid 80's and climbing. I called to take care of the problem and was dismissed by the first customer service (dispatcher?). In the middle of me answering her question (about the issue I was experiencing) she cut me off and proceeded to raise her voice and talk over me and told me to stop talking so she can ask another question. I stopped mid sentence, she asked two questions said she would call back and briefly hung up. When I didn't hear back from the first rep, I called again and got another dispatcher, they again were extremely rude and said they didn't even know if they could make it over. When I became emotional/exasperated and explained I was 8 months pregnant and asked if there was anyway someone could come today she coldly told me to get it together you're going to be a mother. I have never felt more disrespected or had such terrible customer service from a company. They also have terrible communication issues and the line has a constant crackle, you can hardly hear them which prompts them to yell and ask you the same thing multiple times. Please avoid this company.
We had to have 2 people come out and they came to our house a total of 3 times and our problem is not solved. I have a flickering light in a ceiling fan. Nobody went to check the box in the garage. My electrician neighbor told us what the problem probably is and couldn't believe the way they handled the situation and their lack of knowledge. He told us not to let anyone from this company back into our house. We had to have our ceiling fan put back up and it was wobbling like crazy. It wasn't wobbling before the tech came out. He even said if it's not our light bulbs causing the issue we might have a poltergeist. It was very unprofessional of him. These techs do not know the basics and I'm calling for a refund tomorrow. I don't trust them to come back to my house.

We had new can lights installed in the kitchen, drop lights over the kitchen bar, a new light in the pantry, and new lights over the master bath tub and shower. They also wired connections for a pottery kiln in the garage
..and a couple of extra outlets. The electricians were always prompt and courteous. Just built new home. Breaker flipping when some switches were used in certain sequence. Electrician was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Found issue quickly and resolved it for reasonable price.

Third service in new home. Needed some special power outlets put in for an office. Electrician come out gave me options and pricing. Scheduled work. Arrived on time, everything as expected. Brought along a trainee. Good to know they will have good people in the future.

Very prompt, both electrical and plumbing technicians came the same day I called, actually with in two hours of the call. They quickly completed jobs, cleaned the work surface, accepted coupons from their site, with no hassle.

Waited a week to get an appointment, was very specific with what needed to be done, electrician showed up unprepared for the job. Not a big deal until they said they could not get back out for another week and a half just to give a estimate. You would think since they messed up in the first place they would be able to carve me into a schedule or since an electrician was already at my house they could give me an estimate based on what he said he couldn’t do and someone else could. Just another company to big to care about the individual customer. Update: I now have a Bill for $135 for the guy to walk into my house and say he could not do the job. Visiting my mom from Colorado and needed electrician to fix my attempt at new kitchen light install...old house with crazy spaghetti wiring. $960 to install 2 outdoor ceiling fans? Are you serious??? You might be professionals but for that price I can fly my friend here for one day and is still under $400.
David Grey was subcontracted to wire an addition at my home. During the final inspection the electric failed due to not having fire rings installed in the 12 outlets behind the back splash. Nick (the electrician) sent the field inspector pictures of one outlet and said the work was completed. The inspection passed. There was one receptacle that has been bent/broken and cracked, Then pulled through the wall to be “flush” with the backsplash to “meet code.” The other 11 outlets that were required to have fire rings installed did not have them. There was a blatant disregard for the city inspection, deliberate deceit, all to cover up a $30.00 issue. I informed the city and they contacted David Grey to have them resolve the issue immediately. There was no inquiry from David Gray as to what happened. They reached out to me and basically said that it was an oversight during the city inspection.

Disappointed as have used David Gray Plumbing previously and was very pleased. Brought out wrong size wire too big to fit in conduit which delayed job by a day. Technician admitted this was something their job materials people that load the truck had been doing regularly to get rid of the excess oversized wire but something they shouldn't be doing. They were rushing through the rest leaving debris and kept trying to give me excess conduit which I repeated said I didn't want and still they we're trying to leave some had a not noticed. Also broke a downspout off which I took issue with. They just rigged it back instead of replacing.
Gave a 30 minute notice of arrival and were prompt. Ron and Eric were professional and efficient. It was a relatively small job, but they did a great job. Will call them again in the future.

Unexpectedly lost all power to my pool’s electrical equipment days before hosting an event at my house. Unable to diagnose the problem myself, I contacted David Gray Electrical Services for help. With a tight window to have the issue resolved, I didn’t expect such a quick and helpful response from all involved. Big thanks to Gary, the office for squeezing me into their busy schedule same-day, and Hunter, the electrician who performed a thorough analysis of the power failure. Pool equipment is up and running again.
Technicians came, plugged and unplugged a couple of cords, told me what the problem was, told me how I could fix it myself, spent 15 minutes, charged $227. When I called about the amount, was told we don't work on time any more. Be apprised. They charge for talking to you. And not the $80 fee they told me about.

Called David Gray last Friday in reference to power surges and blackouts at daughters home. Technician came out, stated he was alone and really couldn't do anything and his boss would have to give any estimate for any upgrades and repairs we wanted. Charged me $135. He told us his boss lived in the area and could drop by that afternoon. Told him to have boss call me since I was paying for work. Tomorrow will be a week and still no call or anyone else coming by from DGE. Called another electrician on Memorial Day, they sent an electrician an hour later, he told us what was wrong, didn't charge for the estimate, had a crew there the next day and did the work and upgrades. Should have called the second company first and will next time.

David Gray Electrical really helped me out. I don't live in Jax anymore but still have a rental property there and when the tenant called and told me that the oven kept shutting off, I didn't know what to do. The electrician who came out identified the breaker issue and fixed it and when there were issues after the fact, came back out to ensure that all the work was done correctly (I found out I had a defective stove due to some other circumstances). I recommend David Gray Electrical and would use them again.

So we just bought a new house and we wanted to put some recessed lighting in our home. The guy came out and gave us an estimate and it was a great price. My power in my 1953 built Glynlea home was going out partially in 3 out of 5 rooms along with the internet. I contacted another electrician recommended by a neighbor on nextdoor neighborhood. He came out spent 15 minutes looking at the electrical panel and testing the amperage. Then said I will have to send a couple of my guys that are really good at figuring these situations out and of course there will be another service call. He did not reply when I asked him why he did not send them to start with.
Instead I contacted David Gray Electrical. Appointment set. The techs arrived and within 30 minutes had the problem identified and solved. I will always use them for my electrical needs. I already use them for plumbing and I learned from the tech they also have a division that does heating and AC. I will also give them a try when the need arises.
We have been calling this company for electrical work and we have had no response. People in the office barely know what's going on. You are constantly getting the let me get your message, and I will get someone to call you back FOR WEEKS! There are better and more affordable electricians out there.
I was so happy that Ron and Eric were able to resolve my electrical issues after a lightning storm wiped out the power to the back of my house. They were very efficient, knew their proffession, was courteous and didn't waist time getting the job done.

I have been a customer of David Gray A/C & Heating, and their plumbing affiliate, for years. This was my first experience with their electrical division. I had a wonderful time following Hunter around the house, trying to figure out where two circuits were cross-connected. This is not a trivial problem to find, of course, and it wasn't made any easier by the house (a rental, not my home, thank goodness) having a fair bit of non-standard and in some cases non-code wiring. In the end, we never did find the cross-connection but we were able to isolate the two circuits through another non-standard expedient. Hunter than found that another two circuits were cross-connected and fixed that in the same way, plus discovering that one circuit had been inappropriately misconnected to a breaker with inadequate capacity. I would give them five stars except that we never did find where the problem actually is on either pair of circuits, so each could be repaired correctly, but it would not have been worth the cost to continue the game of take apart a junction box and see on which side the fault now lies, then put it back together and move on to the next indefinitely. As long as the safety and power quality issue has been addressed adequately, I'm okay with this outcome, but it isn't quite perfect.

I had David Gray electrical install a transfer switch and exterior plug for my generator, the technicians were professional, did a clean thorough job and even stayed to show me how to operate everything correctly. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for electrical services

DON'T USE THEM - REPEAT DON'T USE THEM
On 10/4/18, they sent an electrician to fix the problem of my circuit breaker tripping every time I turned on my ceiling. This started happening after they installed a new outlet in my house that was attached to the same circuit breaker (clearly, the circuit was overloaded from the new outlet and the power to the new outlet should have been re-routed to tap off another circuit breaker source)
Without even looking around, their electrician stated that the circuit breaker needed to be replaced, which I allowed him to do. After putting in a new circuit breaker, the electrician handed me my circuit breaker and stated 'you should hold on to this circuit breaker because when you sell you house, an inspector will require you to put in an AFCI circuit breaker to bring your house up to code'. I made the guy put my circuit breaker back in. and had them leave.
I called the David Grey Electrical office, informed the woman who answered the phone of the situation and was transferred to leave a message where I explained what was going on. I also requested a supervisor call me. Unfortunately, no one returned my call.
I researched the differences between a regular circuit breaker and an AFCI circuit. I learned an AFCI circuit breaker is required by code to be placed in residential homes because they will trip the circuit breaker when a surge of power happens (so really, my circuit breaker was doing what it was designed to do). Whereas, a regular circuit breaker doesn't shut off until it has over heated (which makes is less safe in your home).

I needed to replace old electrical for a new water heater. Called David Gray and they did same day service on short notice. Super professional and clean work. Will use again in the future.
They came out quickly to install several fans and run wire for a new plug to be installed outside. As usual I was not disappointed by the expedient service, the polite service folks, or the cost.
Ryan and Walt did an excellent job repairing and upgrading my electrical service. I appreciate their pleasant professionalism very much.

We spoke to an agent at 9am about a broken or damaged switch in the panel box...The techs arrived about 10:30/diagnosed the problem..they needed to get a new part..They were finished before noon...I know nothing about electricity other than to turn a light on/off and to pay the bills.
I appreciate the fast and honest fix!

Marty and Daniel easily set up my Ring Doorbell System and synced it with my doorbell music system. Wow! I am extremely happy with their competent connection!
Customer service is great very professional but so OVERPRICED it's disgusting...$149 to diagnose a GFCI outlet had tripped which took 5 minutes literally and another $200 to replace 2 outlets in the kitchen with GFCI outlets.
They were on time, tech. wore a mask and was clean cut professional looking and worked very fast to save me money. GREAT JOB I will use you in the future.
Troubleshooting of outdoor lighting failure and relation between that and garage refrigerator.
