I’ve used All Service Electric for years and have worked with Jason Bruton. Jason and his team are phenomenal and always do a great job. As an LCAM, it’s difficult to find quality contractors and I know that when I have an electrical issues, ASE is on speed dial. At one of my condominiums, there was a fire damper that wasn’t working for about two months prior to my arrival. As soon as I learned of the issue, I tried to have my fire safety company and AC company address the issue as it usually falls in their scope. They both were not willing to work on it. I called Jason and he had a crew out next day assessing the issue and researching how they could fix it. The got it up and running! I will always use them as my electrician for projects. Extremely professional crews come out to the site and are always professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the issue and our options. I’ve used them for varying projects from light installation, to AC installation, to access control gate installation. Highly recommend you hire them for your project today!

We had these gentlemen for a few things regarding our kitchen project and they were absolutely phenomenal. Everyone from ASE was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and respected our home. We would absolutely recommend them.

I've hired them for a couple jobs and have absolutely no complaints. The pricing is always comparable and the scheduling is easy. I highly recommend and will use this company every time.

I am a general contractor and the Duval county area and I tried to use all service electric. Unfortunately due to their unprofessional standards I was given an estimate andthen once I was ready to schedule the work I called back only to find out that they had no recollection or records of my estimate. Then proceeded to tell me it would be nearly 4 times the amount originally given in the estimate. please don't use them it's not even worth the headache. This misunderstanding put me in a very bad position with the investment group I work for.

Devin & Derek came by to fix our electric wiring and was in and out in about 30 minutes! Absolutely recommend these two for any electrical work in your house! They were awesome and very knowledgeable and did excellent efficient work! They were very reasonably priced and we are super thankful we chose “All Service Electric Group, Inc.”

Super friendly people and very reasonably priced. I had them change out a breaker panel on the house I was selling and they were the cheapest quote I got by a long shot, and they did quality work. I called them again when I got into my new house and had them do quite a few small jobs. While they were at my house working on things they were very flexible with everything and didnt seem to mind helping me troubleshoot minor issues as I discovered them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service and efficiency! Zach and Lex did a outstanding job. These are the best electricians I've had do work in my home. I went through a list of things I wanted done and gave them the priorities to complete first. From dealing with other service providers in the past I didn't expect to have them complete everything in short time, at the budget I had in mind. These guys know their stuff and do not mess around! They treated the job with great care and consideration for the client(me). They went through the entire list in less than 3.5 hours. They communicated and gave me a quick rundown, estimate while the work was being done. Very professional. I highly recommend All Service Electric.

Great service and fair prices. I have had these guys do work twice now. One was a small repair and the other a large install. Both times they did great work! Matt and Devon did the large job and were very professional and the job was finished in the estimated time provided.

I would strongly recommend All Service Electric to anyone needing electrical work! I spoke with Ken on multiple occasions and he was always polite, helpful and very professional. I had a terrible experience with another company who did an terrible job doing a rewire in my home. It made me very cautious when dealing with any contractors, but the people at All Service Electric restored my faith that there are good honest contractors out there. When they finished the job it was as if there weren't even there except for the problems being resolved! I would say they are the best in Jacksonville!

The first time they came out was great. They did what needed to be done and at the price they quoted. The next time however wasn't a great experience. They took the entire day and didn't finish the work. They were putting in recessed light as I asked but they cut the hole too close to the beam in the ceiling so they had to put an LED light instead of what I asked for. As such, the smaller light didn't quite fit the hole they cute so now I've gotta patch it. This cost $200 above the quote and then they had to come out the next day to finish the work and then they invoiced me an additional $337. So I was quoted $550 or something like that and ended up having to pay more than $1,000 for the work. On top of it, they didn't even install a light on the front porch which was quoted in the initial price and the light fixture they installed on the back of the house doesn't even work. So, price was twice as much for only part of the work with patch work required in the ceiling. Their friendliness is out-weighted by expensive and incomplete electrical work. I thought I had a good electrician there for a moment. So disappointed.

Have used ASE several times now for large and small jobs. Service is always on point and prices are reasonable. We have called them for last minute needs on a friday twice now and they have been able to fulfill the job and arrive on time. Had an exceptional experience with Matt and Will recently!

Horrible experience. I am stationed overseas and they refused service to me because I cant be called for billing. I even offered my tenant's number and prepay. I've done business with pool, plumbing, roofing, siding, gutter, HVAC and tree service with no problems. Recommend you reconsider your policy. Bush league.

All Service Electric was amazing! We lost a leg of our 220 service late Friday night and were having a work party for 80 people at noon on Saturday. We had no AC, stove, hot water and were running refrigerators on extension cords. After hours of the run around throughout the night and early the next morning with a myriad of so-called 24 hour electrical companies, we called All Service. They were at our home within an hour and had our temporary service up and running within another hour. The were prompt, professional and helped us better understand how 35 year old electric wiring worked. The problem was actually on our service provider's end but All Service was so awesome that we engaged them to replace our out of date breaker panel without reservation. I will be recommending this company to friends, family, co-workers and anyone else that needs QUALITY electrical service at an affordable price that is done in a truly professional manner. They turned a potential disaster into a success for my wife & I and we thank them for it!!!!

I used the company back in April 2016. They were able to promptly send two technicians to do my small job within days (2). I was actually surprised at how quickly they were able to complete my work after talking with other companies. The price was quite competitive with others as well. The technicians that came out were very curtious and polite. They left no messes behind and answered all the questions I had. I would strongly recommend this company for any electrical work you need done, big or small. I'm getting ready to use them again myself! ????

This is a top notch company. First, Ken responded the same day we called and provided an honest written estimate for the work we wanted done. They scheduled us for two weeks out and like we planned, we received a call from the crew at 7:30am the morning advising they would be there in 33 minutes. Zack and Willie arrived on time and both were highly competent professionals and very personable. They worked hard, in extreme heat, and exceeded our expectations. They even did a few extra things not in the estimate at no charge. The work they did was excellent and A.S.E. has made loyal customers out of us.

I have to say that I couldn't be more thankful for the work All Service has preformed to get my electrical working on the left side of my home. They are professional and very fair pricing. It's refreshing to have a company that does a great job at a fair price these days. Thanks so very much Guys.

Excellent job putting in a generator plug.The two young men very kind and polite. Highly recommend this company too on at least putting me on a schedule. Had four other companies didn't call back for a week. Definitely use ALL SERVICE ELECTRIC again!!!

Great experience! Jason was very polite on the phone, communicated every step of the way as promised, Tech was on time. Billy was the tech, he was awesome! Even tho the problem appeared to resolve it self, I still wanted the breaker checked, he knew, even from my description of the problem, the box is snap, crackle and popping and the light was flickering when I turned it on what it was. Showed me what had happened with the breaker and what it should have looked like. Repaired it for immediate safety and use, then i received a bid for what would be needed permanently . I will definitely use them again and refer anyone who asks me if I know an electrician. Thanks for keeping my family safe!

Bill Hinson was prompt and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure every lighting fixture was perfectly aligned to fit my high expectations. I was also impressed how quickly he and Michael installed 5 fixtures within 2 hours. I will definitely be requesting Bill again.

These guys are some honest dudes. I called for an issue with my GFCI and where most electricians would have been more than happy to come swap 2 wires and charge me $90, these guys didn't want to do that. They even walked me through the troubleshooting process on the phone which lead to me fixing it myself which was super simple and obviously free of charge. If I ever have another issue I'm calling these guys first.

My dealings with ASE went off without a hitch. Everything was completed in a timely manor and I am extremely happy with the out come. My salesman Ken Overstreet was a pleasure to work with, His customer service skills and knowledge shine, he went above and beyond. I highly recommend ASE and Ken for any and all electrical needs

Called to get a quote to upgrade my panel and add plugs to add an outdoor kitchen (4 plugs, including one for a refrigerator, and two more lights), after already having one quote and another scheduled; guy chuckled asking why i think i need to upgrade my panel. That's why I'm calling a professional! I don't know if my panel has the power.
I didn't handle it too well, I said nevermind and hung up on the guy.
They may do great work at fair prices but, I don't enjoy working with people who belittle others, so I'll never know.

As an employee of a property management company, we are so thankful to have found ASE to take care of all of our (and our customer's!) electrical needs. They schedule services promptly and get the job done right the first time.

My church ministry hired these guys after JEA told us the process of getting utilities on after the place being non vacant for 1 year. they stated I needed a Safety Inspection that required a permit being pulled. I called and told them exactly what was required and they said they would do it. they supposed to had waited on me before doing any inspection but went in and viewed it without pulling the required permit and as I told them I needed first. They didn't even give me a list until I told them over the phone but got my payment of $250.00. I complained to them that it had been a week and I didn't get any list emailed to me or the city. They sent the list but stated at the bottom they are the only one's that could do the job. they also stated that they were not going to pull a permit especially after that's what my $250.00 was for. They lastly said that I would have to pay an additional $840.00 before the job started or a permit was pulled. I recommend that no one uses this company, the 5 stars on here is false or had to be when they were under different management because this unprofessional company is just that unprofessional.

All Service Electric is an awesome company when it comes to working whith electical work on my apartments that were built in the 50’s they are professional and knowledgeable and if while doing the work they clean up any debris they created the during the job. The latest job to replace two outlets from the 50’s was completed by Billy and John A. they arrived on time and went right to work and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. The pricing for the job was very reasonable.

The service and professionalism at All Service Electric is top notch. They helped figure out a game plan to fix our electrical issues (outside of normal business hours) and were able to come out and fix the issue next day. Not only did they do a phenomenal job but their pricing was extremely reasonable. If you want great service at a great price, seek no one else!

Called ASE to come out to perform a safety inspection on a Thursday, was put on schedule for Monday morning (02/12/18). They came out and assessed that we might need to do some more/different work before we continue with inspection..no problem. The guys took a few photos to show their supervisor so that he can better assess what needs to be done, charged me $94 for that 30 min visit where just some photos were taken. I didn't have a problem with it as I just need the service done as soon as it could be. I was told I would receive a call from someone in office with a better explanation on what needed to be done and another quote. On Wednesday the 14th I called them to see if there is an update, was told I would be called back. On Friday the 16th, I called again, same response that someone would call me back. The following week I called again midweek, and was told that someone would call me back. Today Thursday March 1st, I got the call back, asking if I still need the service. I understand people are busy and businesses have a lot of work these days, but when someone comes out, takes your money, does nothing, then doesn't follow up for over two weeks, that's not good business practice. If someone at least just responded back with a hey, this is what has to be done, our schedule is a little busy now, we can put you in the books 1-2 weeks out from now I would have been ok with that. I had to call 3 times, I was told I would get a call back each time, $94 dollars were charged for taking 5 photos at the property.

Couldn't have been happier with the service!! I had a commercial electric service that needed to be re-established and All Service got to it the next day and handled some tricky permitting issues, while keeping the cost below estimate. They were recommended to me (an out-of-towner) by two other firms, and I will use them for all my electrical needs in northeast Florida.

Coming out to give a Quote to replace Aluminum wiring. Jason was scheduled to come out on Thurs. Mar 11, 2021 at 11:30 - no show/ no call. I called in to the office and was told Jason was called into some meeting - forgot about me, He called me and it was rescheduled for Fri. Mar 12 at 9am. Again No show/ no call - Forgot about me - Probably did not want the job so I was unimportant. Would not waste my time calling them again.

I called ASE for emergency electrical repair after hours. The technician arrived well within the time frame estimated and was very friendly and professional. He inspected inside the house, the meter, the control panel and the outside wires. The ultimate issue was with the outside wires, which he couldn't fix (JEA's responsibility). He charged us a very fair price for coming out so late. Thank you ASE! I will be calling back if needed!

I had such a great experience with this company, the two techs that came out Matt and Willie were very professional and knew how to solve the problem. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They took pride in their work and you can tell they love what they do. I would highly recommend them.

I had Zak and Willey come over yesterday and installed a fan and several electrical outlets in my screen room. They did such an excellent job and from now on use only All Service Electric.

We had All Service convert all the outside lights at our community center. Our previous lights were dim and dated. The new fixtures match the surrounding neighborhood, use LEDs and provide much more light for the safety and security of our facility and residents. ASE completed the task under budget and in the aloted time frame. Their crew was extremely professional and completed the job with zero disruption to our operations.

I’ve used All Service Electric twice for installion of an outlet in a closet , wired a switch under a sink for a disposal, and installed a generator outlet under the breaker box. Both times All Service was on time, completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up the job area, and charged a fair price. Next time I need electrical work, I’ll call All Service Electric!

Chandler and Willie came by to solve a problem we had with outside circuits for Christmas lights. As I have experienced with this company before, they get right to the problem and keep me informed as to what are the issues. They fixed the issue in a very efficient manner and their prices were reasonable.

This is the second time All Service has done work in my home and again I was very pleased. The team was professional, on time (and they called in advance) and cleaned up the work area. I was very pleased with the extra attention to detail they put into the job.

All Service Electric showed up on time Electricians were very professional and did a great job not disturbing anything in the house while they were switching out electrical outlets,switches, the service box and a proper connection for the water heater. All Service Electric even has a bucket truck for repairs that need to be made at heights
