Called ASE to come out to perform a safety inspection on a Thursday, was put on schedule for Monday morning (02/12/18). They came out and assessed that we might need to do some more/different work before we continue with inspection..no problem. The guys took a few photos to show their supervisor so that he can better assess what needs to be done, charged me $94 for that 30 min visit where just some photos were taken. I didn't have a problem with it as I just need the service done as soon as it could be. I was told I would receive a call from someone in office with a better explanation on what needed to be done and another quote. On Wednesday the 14th I called them to see if there is an update, was told I would be called back. On Friday the 16th, I called again, same response that someone would call me back. The following week I called again midweek, and was told that someone would call me back. Today Thursday March 1st, I got the call back, asking if I still need the service. I understand people are busy and businesses have a lot of work these days, but when someone comes out, takes your money, does nothing, then doesn't follow up for over two weeks, that's not good business practice. If someone at least just responded back with a hey, this is what has to be done, our schedule is a little busy now, we can put you in the books 1-2 weeks out from now I would have been ok with that. I had to call 3 times, I was told I would get a call back each time, $94 dollars were charged for taking 5 photos at the property.
