In a pinch, I needed someone to replace our recalled panel. When I reached out to Josh (Hubbard Electric) he was very nice to deal with. He rearranged his schedule to fit us in in our time frame. I called and spoke with Josh who was very down to earth, personable, and honest. He had his employee Troy come out within an hour who was just as friendly, informative, and helpful. You get the professional work ethic but I felt I was also able to talk to them no different than I would if a family or friend were here to help with an issue. We were given a quote and when the electrician arrived and evaluated what needed to be done, the job was not as complex and he made us aware. We saved money. After installing an outlet he noticed the original outlets we have in ourhome were done not as efficiently as he would have done and gave recommendations for fixing in the future. Josh and his team did a fabulous job on installing my new light fixture. The fixture was installed on a 22ft ceiling. They were professional and did a high quality job. I will definitely be using their services in the future and would highly recommend them!

Josh and his team were great! A friend referred him so I sent him a text. He immediately texted right back. After a couple of questions and a picture or two he had a quote for me to run a new line for a pool pump. His team came out and did the work exactly the way they explained it. When they came back to finish the pump wiring, I realized I needed an outlet, also. Despite miscommunication by me, Josh and his team were able to fix the issue very quickly and get the outlet installed, too! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I ever speak with about electrical needs. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I hired HEC to install a stand alone plug for my sauna and they were amazing to work with. They did exactly what I was looking for and more. While they were there I had them add a few extra outlets in my garage and I’m so glad I did so I don’t have keep running extensions cords. Working for a General Contractor in Jacksonville, I contacted Josh about getting a couple guys for some T&M work and it was a last-minute request from us. Josh called me back within 2 minutes and told me he would re-arrange his schedule to take care of me. Granted we were able to figure things out with needing Hubbard Electrical, knowing Josh is responsive and would jump through hoops to help me speaks of his character and his business.

We needed to have an electrical outlet installed for our septic tank pump and alarm. We have an older house with a huge addition on the back side and everything these guys tried, they ran into a roadblock. But they didn’t give up and kept brainstorming until they found a solution. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. I would highly recommend them!

Mr. Hubbard and his technician came out to my property to look at my electrical panel that had been making a zapping noise. They were both very knowledgeable and willing to teach and advise along the way. After replacing a breaker and correcting the issue at hand Mr. Hubbard noticed an electrical outlet not sitting right and had it corrected. Which shows me how observant he was and beyond what he was called out to do and also took a look a few other minor issues we had with no hesitation. I had the opportunity to work with Hubbard Electrical Contractors on 2 projects. An ac company give me a quote for a minisplit in my sunroom. It required dedicated electrical and they sent their electrician to price it but told me I could choose any electrician, so I researched different electricians and HEC came out on top! I love that they are a down to earth local company who looks out for their customer. I felt they gave me honest options at a reasonable price. John listened to how I wanted it done and came up with the best solution to conceal the wires inside the soffit and ran it inside the eaves. I am very happy with the quality of their work. In addition, I had another project of a kitchen remodel at the same time that required new electrical for the island and new lights. John was in my home most of the day and did a perfect job. He was easy to talk to and never seemed annoyed by my questions.HEC was even flexible when there was a delay with the cabinet company and still found a way to rearrange their very busy schedule and made time to fit me in. I can affirm that HEC went above and beyond to exceed my expectations, and they are definitely a no excuse, 5 star company who shows up on time and gets the job done. I have no hesitation in recommending John or any member of their team to my friends and neighbors.

I called this company at the last minute, wasn’t sure if they would be able to fix my light switch and also do an upgrade. Well not only did they fit me in for the next day (which is this day5/19/2023 but the service was thorough but it was fast, courteous, and affordable. Josh and his team did a panel replacement with complete rewire on our 1949 home. Every team member truly cared about what they were doing and we would recommend them to anyone.

He informed me to get a crew out they were booked until mid February,but Josh ended up coming out himself and helped me with the issue. Very professional and courteous. Our homeowners insurance company went bankrupt and we had an inspection. All our wiring needed alumicons and we needed a new panel. Josh, the owner, was very competitive price wise and got the people out here quicker then any other companys. It was supposed to be a two day job but,our house is cursed so it took three(we kind of expected this) . Troy and Josh did a great job! We are very happy with everything and glad that our house is now up to code.

Unfortunately times arrive where you are in need of an electrician.. if that is why you are reading reviews, you do not have to go any further. Josh is professional and prompt but also he is also a very nice guy. You will feel like you matter because with Hubbards you really do. I cant express the gratitude with all of his help. Even when there was no time available to get me in on a non emergency before I went out of town he had someone who could help who was just as wonderful. Quality professionals! Asked the owner to quote a whole laundry list of tiny projects, none big enough for a visit on their own, but altogether a full day. Gave me an all in quote, showed up when they said they would, and knocked it all out with no problem! Even pointed out several DIY issues left by the previous owner and fixed the craziest ones. Got it done in the timeframe they quoted and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10, have already used their services again!

I needed an electrician right away. I was refered to Josh Hubbard through a friend. Josh showed up that day and gave me an estimate. He had an electrician there within a day taking care what was needed. I called again today to see if he could come by to take a look at another issue and give me his option. He showed up within a couple of hours. Can't say enough about Hubbard Electrical.

I wish I could rate you guys 10 stars. Being a single mom during Christmas is hard enough but then running into no hot water and a new heater and having to get the electrical re done was a nightmare but you guys made it a such a dream a Christmas miracle really. Thank you guys!

I was having a partial power outage with no tripped breakers. Josh seemed very busy and didn’t have time to fully troubleshoot. He ends up resetting a gfi that was on a different circuit and the power ended up randomly coming back on. Didnt actually replace or repair anything and charged me $200. Now my power has gone out 2x since then.

Had to get some upgrades quickly for sale of the house. Hubbard Electric did a great job, did so very quickly and at a very fair price. Couldn’t be happier!
