We have used Eduardo “Lalo” for 8 years now and have always been delighted with the professionalism and quality/results that he and his teams have produced. Lalo was personally recommended to us by the construction superintendent of luxury builder, Rosewood Homes, back in 2008 and we have used him ever since. Rest assured, Lalo’s reputation is well-deserved! Lalo goes above and beyond to ensure that the work gets completed in the necessary time frame (he has even brought in extra people to ensure that additional requests we have are accommodated) and, most importantly, the members of his team are true artisans of their trade. All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on.

Been dealing with this company for a week now. We seen the character of the company in the past 2 days. Very disappointed in the service after agreeing to let them come out after having our appointment pushed back not once not twice but three times and then asked to reschedule for the next morning. Upon receiving a text at 6:51 AM this morning stating they were on the property and ready to do work. Was hesitant but allowed as my disabled veteran uncle had passed and trying to upkeep his property. I was advised that they would charge me $65 and do a clean up for free. This was not the case the individual stated they were at the property for over 2 hours which is not true as I checked up on them 2 times . While the tree was trimmed they did not do a proper clean up. Ended up paid a bill over $100. Needless to say the contract was terminated.

BJ and his team are honest and very knowledgeable. They took time to correctly diagnose and provide a solution to my well problem. I especially liked the fact that he took the time to explain all my options and provide me with expedited service. My well stopped working on a Friday morning. BJ could have easily put off the repair till Monday, BUT he didn't want one of his customers without water over the weekend. He scrambled the correct parts and had us back up and running by Friday evening. This is the reason why I will continue to do business with BJ and Viking Pump. Honest, Trustworthy, and Dependable. Window header and sill were rotted and needed replacement. Ardan came in and fixed it in no time. Workers were polite, informative, and talented. I appreciated head man on the job Mason called to double check our satisfaction. I certainly would recommend Ardan.

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.
