The E&S Painting crew were great. I have never seen such attention to detail in both the prep work and in the painting. They spent two full days on prep and another two on painting. The house looks great and I will definitely use them for any future painting I need. Eduardo, the owner, does all the estimates personally. He listens to you and makes sure that the work is done just the way you want it. I would recommend them to anyone.

We own multiple properties and have use them on several remodels. They are always professional, detail oriented and provide a quality product. They are reliable and finish on time. The price is always fair, not cheap but not overly expensive. They are worth the extra cost.

E&S Painting, LLC exceeded our expectations performing preparatory requirements. The appropriately applied all surface coatings in an expeditious manner, as well as proved flexible where necessary. We highly recommend E&S Painting for high quality paint applications.

The painting was done while we were away. We came home to find a nice clean condo with everything done as promised. We were very pleased with the job and would highly recommend them.

I chose E&S because Eduardo was very professional when he came for my estimate in addition to being quick to schedule and he arrived when promised. He was great to work with for scheduling since we were coordinating new carpet installation after the painting. Despite an apparent miscommunication about when the project should begin, he made it happen when I was expecting them. His written estimate arrived promptly and was right on target. The painters who did the work didn't dissapoint. One man moved our heavy furniture (very impressive) and did the prep, and painting followed. It was a large room and extended into our kitchen and laundry room and they completed it all in a little over a day. I hope the painters continue working on their English; we didn't have any issues but it was challenging to communicate. We were very impressed and I highly recommend E & S Painting.

I chose not to go with this painter . When he arrived at my house he quoted me 6 grand to paint the carport, which is more than what i paid for the carport. I thought maybe he just didnt want to do it and thats why he gave me a ridiculous quote . I didnt even respond to his proposal . My carport was 26 ft by 26 ft about 10 feet tall . I ended up going with esparza painting . Stephanie esparza did an amazing job , and quoted me 1200 to paint the carport , which to me was more reasonable and that's why I chose to go with her instead of e&s. I wouldn't have even wrote this review . But they kept sending me emails asking me to write a review

Simon & his team are trustworthy, reliable & super efficient. I've used them personally and referred them to clients for 5+ years. Their work is thorough and they take great care- highly recommend.

Eduardo and his team did a wonderful job painting our exterior. We needed a significant amount of stucco repair and his crew did a great job. Eduardo was a pleasure to work with- very professional. This company was referred to me and after searching for months to find someone to add drywall to my home, I was happy to finally get someone into my home for a quote. Eduardo was kind and professional. He explained his process, took measurements and sent me the reasonable quote exactly when he said that he would.
While there was the occasional scheduling delay, in construction its to be expected that an additional day may be needed but all and all,

Drywall was completed, a new ceiling was added to a hallway that was raised AND they then painted. In less than a weeks time all together, my home was complete! Very happy with the work this company did. They took out a built in entertainment center repaired the dry way, then the removed a big sliding door from master bed room then framed it in gave me a new inside and outside wall. Painted all rooms of my house but the 2 bathrooms, very reasonably priced as well has great workmanship and very professional painters. I would highly recommend….

March 2021 E&S Painting painted the exterior of my house my plus some doors and I was very happy.
Now I want need some interior rooms painted and I've left them 2 messages in the last 4 weeks and can't get them to return my call. I've actually left the messages with an office person not on a answering machine.

Update. There was some miscommunication but we got it straightened out so I updated my rating to 5 stars which is what they deserve.

Eduardo and his team did a fantastic job on one of our houses. He always responded quickly, and looked for ways to go above and beyond what was required! I can’t recommend E&S enough! I will absolutely be using them again on future projects!

I started my house painting project with another painter who had good reviews and BBB rating. His quote seemed good so I went ahead with the job. I got suspicious when his helper completed the pressure washing in just 45 minutes and did it all from ground level. Then they said I needed some stucco repair but they didn't do that. What !!! I then called E & S Painting who was also on my list of potential painters. Eduardo came out that same afternoon and confirmed that the pressure washing was no good. Still chaulky surface and the paint would not stick for long.
Eduardo gave me a quote the following day and it was about the same amount as the first painter so I went with it. He promised we will take care of your home. That sold me.
Eduardo, Juan, and Luis did exactly that. Every step was done the way I would do it myself. The prep was thorough, and I knew they did not cut corners the way the other painter did. They are reliable, on time, professional, competent, and trustworthy. The paint job came out beautiful and my wife and I are completely, totally satisfied.
You can get someone to slap a coat of paint on your house for a little less, but if you want someone to take care of your home, call Eduardo.

E&S painted our entire Townhomes community. 132 units, 1 clubhouse equal in size to four townhomes, 1 pool bath house, 1 pool fence and 2 entry drives. They were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. If a homeowner needed assistance moving items they assisted. Very pleased with work and employees.

We had Simon and his crew (Pedro, Gustovo and others). There were a number of things I liked about them: 1) They arrived when they said they would arrive, 2) they were very accommodating in that they had to cover all of our furniture and belongs with plastic so they could spray the ceiling, doors and baseboards, 3) they were very polite and respectful, 4) they were very particular, especially Simon coming thru and inspecting everything to be sure it was done right and nothing missed. I had our entire 2500 sq ft home done and they completed it in 3 days, not leaving until 7 pm on the last day just to accommodate our schedule. I felt we were charged a very fair price for the amount of work that was done. I will be contacting them in the future for our exterior paint job.

I recently had Simon and his team paint the exterior of my home and they did an amazing job! They took care from start to finish: patching all exterior cracks, replacing worn weather stripping around the garage doors, covering all windows and carefully taping around exterior lights and extending ground coverings to ensure no paint splatter would get on the driveway, walkway or plants. I would HIGHLY recommend E & S Painting and will definitely use them for my interior painting needs.

I highly recommend E&S Painting for any job, interior or exterior. We have had them paint the entire interior of our home in Arcadia. They show up in a timely manner, do thorough preparation, paint everyday until job completion, then do an excellent job of cleanup. We were so pleased with their work that we called them again six months later and had them paint the entire Casita. They are very detailed, professional, and reasonably priced.
