We had a rather unique addition made to the front of our home that Ardan worked closely with us in creating a functional design that met our design esthetic. We have done multiple remodeling projects through the years on our various homes and Ardan is at the top of our list for the best crew we have ever worked with! The organization and communication from their team was very professional and we appreciated the daily email updates from our project manager. Our point man was here daily on-site and was very responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure everything was done to our specifications. In spite of slow downs caused by the City of Phoenix permits department during this pandemic, they worked very diligently to keep the project on track as best they could. After calling multiple dealers searching for a replacement kitchen cabinet door, I was so happy to reach ArDan. The office manager went out of her way to help me with my issue. The team at Ardan, did an incredible job with our complete kitchen remodel, new bathroom vanities and sinks. Even with shipping setbacks due to Covid, Ardan met our move-in goal. The work is highly professional, with plenty of attention to detail and consistent follow up. ArDan came to our home to fix some issues (including a leak of unknown origin) after our original remodeling company failed on several occasions to do so.
We worked with Ron specifically from ArDan. Ron easily figured out what was wrong in regard to our leak when several others at Patterson Remodeling could not. He always showed up on time and as promised. Ron was quick to come up with a plan of action, how much it would cost, as well as schedule a time for it to be completed.
Ron was extremely kind and professional. He has such a talent for the work he does and his experience and love for his job truly shine through. His professionalism was exhibited through his communication, respect for our home, children and pets. His talent and experience is evident in the finished work.
The way care was taken when prepping the job site and throughout the job itself was above and beyond what we had hoped for.

Love this company! Our upstairs balcony was unsafe and had to be rebuilt. 12 ft cantilever beams supported it and 8 feet of the beams were above our dining room ceiling.
ArDan met with us to discuss the project which sounded elaborate to me. They explained everything in detail which eased my concerns.
We left town during the project and came home to find everything in back in place and their work was beautiful.
After that we hired them to remodel a bar in our home. Again, wonderful job. They are professional, on time and very nice people with tremendous follow through. Highly recommend!

Nothing but positive things to say about ArDan and specifically TJ & Vinnie. The quote process at the start was quick and transparent. Right before the job started we threw a change into the mix and TJ didn’t miss a beat. Communication between the GC and you for a remodel/flooring job is crucial to know what’s going on and whether it’s tracking in time. These guys have daily updates when work was in progress and the overall communication exceeded my standards. And I have high standards. Looking forward to using ArDan again for a master bath overhaul.
We recently moved to Phoenix from out of state. Some modifications to our kitchen were needed, and we did not know who to contact Fortunately our developer recommended ArDan to do the work. The planning of the project was done remotely, and a schedule for the project was presented to us. Shortly after we arrived the work began and moved along as smoothly as we had been promised. There was minimal disruption to our lives (we were living in the apartment while the work was done. Everything was done as promised, and we couldn't be happier with their work.

My husband Paul and I moved to Scottsdale from Florida to to be near our daughter’s family in our retirement...with one four year old grand daughter and a new arrival this past November!
We bought a home that had potential but was in original condition. We interviewed four contractors to help us transform it into a dream retirement home that we joked we had a vision of creating as ‘Martha’ and ‘Marty’ Stewart, going around to all the stores and suppliers experiencing the different possibilities.
Our daughter heard of ArDan Construction on her neighborhood website as being ‘the best contractors anywhere’.
Paul and I have to agree. We found them late in our interviewing process and are so grateful that we signed on with them for this project. It was extensive including removing walls to create open space and light, re-plastering walls and ceilings, new floors, kitchen, baths, doors, and creating a beautiful wooden focal wall around the television and fireplace area.
We were blessed to find Danny Niemela and company who gave us the peace of mind that we needed managing our project as we looked on from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
He was knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous to detail every step of the way. Our project manager Aaron and workers that we met, Rich and TJ, were also top professionals...all truly good people and gentlemen.
Aaron sent photos, videos and emails to us along the way, however our return upon completion was like being on an episode of HGTV! We walked in and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the workmanship and transformation.

This past year they converted my attached carport into a garage, and did a bunch of patch up work in my spare bedrooms. TJ and his crew were very helpful after a large storm came through. Lots of other companies (including Ardan) were super backed up with damages to people’s roofs, but Ardan squeezed us in and got the job done! Big thanks!!
