We were referred to SunUp, specifically Stephanie Brown, by a previous - and very happy & satisfied SunUp customer. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything, answered our multitude of questions given that we knew nothing about solar at the beginning. Just…Outrageously fantastic!
We were eager to initiate our project given that TEP will soon be making changes, however, it was a very busy time for us personally, which caused some scheduling delays, communication challenges, and confusion. However, everyone at SunUp was patient and worked with us through everything. In fact, when said issues arose, we were immediately contacted by Fred Richie, the Executive Director, which was extremely helpful. We were very pleased to receive such wonderful attention.
Once it came time for the install, the “Vince Crew”, consisting of Vince, Tommy and Kenny, was just wonderful - friendly, phenomenal, efficient, explained everything, took pictures, and even worked well into the evening to complete it for us within one day.
Along the way, we worked with various representatives for different purposes, and we would like to recognize those who were particularly helpful… Eddie R came out to get us officially turned on and set up with the Enphase app. He was very clear, helpful, personable, and even funny, making him fun and easy to work with. Fantastic people person with a knack for customer service! We'd also like to recognize Jocelyn, Alex, Shay, Andrew, and last but certainly not least, Fred. All of them were fantastic!
Our solar is now up and running; all seems well, and we have already noticed an improvement in our electric bill. We realize that during the summer months, we won’t yet build up any credits and therefore will still have a TEP bill for a while, but we’re eager to see more dramatic changes when the weather cools off again.
We would refer SunUp America to future customers, and they can rest assured knowing that we did extensive due diligence and research about solar in general, as well as having compared SunUp to other companies in several different areas of importance before we ultimately chose SunUp. Thank you all for your hard work, diligence, and patience. Great job!
Final note – Yesterday (27-July) was the first time we called customer service. We waited on hold for a bit before it asked us to leave a message, and we are awaiting a call back. So far, it hasn’t yet been 24 hours, but we’re getting close. Hoping that post-installment service is just as great as our other experiences so far! We'll post a follow-up after hearing back. ?
