Ducks Septic Pump & Install

Thank you, called for an appointment and they scheduled me that afternoon. It took one hour to complete their pump service. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to explain a septic system to us. He also provided me with consumer tips to maintain and extend the life of my system. Total cost to pump a 1,000 gallon tank was $335. They took all methods of payment. I would use them again.

This is my first time using their service and I have to say from the beginning when they took my phone call to the completion of the job they were all professional. Manny and Albert came out to service my septic system they were professional and informative.

Called to get on the schedule on a Wednesday. Said they could come out same day because they were in the area, but it didn't fit with our schedule. Tried to schedule for Friday but they didn't have any other jobs in our area so they cancelled. Dispatch was very friendly and willing to try to get to us Thursday, but again didn't didn't work with our schedule. Will try again next week.

A realtor's bad review of Duck's almost swayed me from calling, but we needed our 1500 gallon septic tank pumped immediately. I called around 10AM this morning, was given a fair and reasonable price and told they could most likely come today, but would call back to confirm. No more than an hour later I was told they'd be out today. Jesus A. Showed up this afternoon and was fantastic! He was more thorough then other companies that we used in the past and we will definitely use Duck's again in a couple years! Highly recommend for septic pumping!

I called looking to have a certification done on a septic tank as the property was in the process of being sold. They were able to squeeze mean in the next day. Dana was super helpful and knowledgeable and gave a basic quote over the phone. They came next day did what they needed to do and it actually ended up being a little bit less than the quote. Over all great services, techs and customer service. I would highly recommend them. Thank You

Our septic backed up. We have lived here for 2 years and had never had our septic checked, so had no idea what we were up against. I had seen Duck's trucks in this area, and when I called, the amazing lady checked their previous records and even for county records to see if she could verify our tank size, but to no avail. She gave me a very reasonable estimate for the service call and the first 1000 gallons, but cautioned it could be more depending on what the technician found. When their technician (Manny) identified our tank size, and when he removed the lids, two very full and compacted tanks were exposed. My guess is that our system has never been serviced in the 19 or so years this property has existed! Manny worked hard to vacuum the sludge and clean the filter to the point his truck tank was full. For the amount of work and volume of matter extracted, my bill should have been more, but Duck's honored their phone estimate. I am beyond grateful for Duck's professionalism, but especially for Manny. He was patient and even took the time to explain to this City Girl how a leech system works! I highly recommend Duck's, and if they send Manny to your house, the job with be done right!

Excellent service. I was very happy with the team that came out to perform the work on my septic system. I was not on-site (rental property) but they communicated everything along the way, sent lots of pictures, helped resolved an issue on the same day, and still completed all the work they were scheduled for. I feel their price was fair for the work and the skilled technicians they have. I will absolutely use them for all my future septic systems repairs and maintenance.

I am a Realtor and hired Duck's Septic to inspect a septic system for a VA client (which is required by law). Throughout the entire process, the were unprofessional, not polite, and didn't provide a report after my client paid. Multiple calls had to be made just for them to return calls and answer their phones. I would STRONGLY recommend that you not use this company. I never will again. Because of their lack of professionalism and poor response time, my client was in jeopardy of losing a house she was bidding on. There aren't enough adjective describing poor service to explain how inept an unprofessional this company seems to be.

Great work. I was scheduled for 3pm but due to high call volume they came out earlier than expected. Not a problem. Jose Aguilar serviced my septic. He did a great job, knowledgeable about what he was doing and got straight to work. Not only did he pump my septic tank he did a deep clean which I was very happy about. I would definitely use
them next time.

The first time I had them pump my tank, they were great. It was about $500 to pump a 1500 gallon tank (a bit on the expensive side but the tech that did the work was friendly and seemed to do a good job). I called earlier this week and made an appointment. At first they called back and said they’d only come out if I dug up the access myself. Then they called and said I needed to send pictures of the dug up access lids. Then they told me it would be $900 to pump the tank. This was over double the rate of anyone else I’ve called. Maybe they have more work than they can handle, but I would definitely not recommend them to anyone even if you are desperate.

I have used Ducks Septic twice. The first time when I was buying my current home 5 years ago and a septic inspection was required. Ducks did a great job then. In September 2020, I called them for a routine pumping. There were no issues with the septic system, I just wanted to do a preventative cleaning to keep the dry well (similar to leach lines) from getting filled with solids.

The service tech called when he was on his way. Very friendly and got right to work. When the tank was empty and rinsed out, he packed up his hoses and left no mess. The best news is I asked if we could add something so the hunt for the underground tank cap would be easier in the future. He added a riser pipe and a plastic cover.

The cost of everything was VERY reasonable. I will have them do a pump out every 2 years to avoid expensive repairs in the future. Thank you. Great job.

I called them to clean my septic, I was given a quote and price was agreed upon. When they came out two gentlemen started telling me all about how they had been there before to clean it for previous owners and then began to talk down about them and tell me things that had nothing to do With what they where doing. If I hadn’t been out there watching what it was they were doing I’m sure they would have broken the cover for the septic and so forth because one told the other to be careful since I was watching and they didn’t want me to see that they broke it because they were being reckless and didn’t want to bring the tractor down from the trailer. Them a few days later I get a call for my card info to process the payment gave it to them and then she tells me that the owner said my place was to far and wanted more money. I began to tell her that’s why She asked for my address and gave me a price now she’s talking me it’s another $150 because where I live. Lost my future business!

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. He educated us on how our system works and what we can do to make sure we are keeping the system healthy (ultimately will save us a lot of money going forward!). Very knowledgeable and personable. Outstanding experience with Ducks septic. Very friendly over the phone. Put us on their schedule right away. They maintained excellent communication throughout. JR was very knowledgeable. He patiently answered all questions and thoroughly explained the entire process. A great experience all around. We will definitely use Ducks septic for our future needs and definitely recommend their services.

We had an emergency with our septic tank on Sunday. (It was backing up into the bathrooms)
I googled for a local septic company and found Ducks. Even though it said they were closed, I called anyhow, and was relieved when Ernie answered the phone and was most helpful. He located our tank through an online map, and had his technician Jose out within a few hours. We found them knowledgable, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this company!

i am a realtor who has referred ducks septic to clients and i am also a customer. they are hands down the best priced out there for inspections and services. honest and very nice employees. when they came out to empty our tank they had to spend time finding and digging up the access hole; they charged a flat fee...not by the man or by the hour! i would highly recommend them! also, they are very good about providing quick response to your needs!!

The pumping aspect of this company is 5 star. Only reason I'm giving them a two is when I scheduled my septic to be pumped I told the lady on the phone I was in escrow for a property that needed a new septic installed and needed info and a quote She gave me the number of the guy who handled that. I called twice over 2 days and left messages. When the truck came to pump my septic I mentioned this to the driver. He said it was the owners brother and he would mention it and have him call me. He never called. They lost my business on a new install.

Duck's Septic has been our go to since 2014 and we've always received top quality professional service for all of our septic needs. More recently we needed them to help with a last minute pump, inspection, and certification in a timely manner and they came through for us with flying colors and quality work. Great company give them a call.

OMG this company is WONDERFUL. I called them at 8am this morning and they were out to my house before 1pm and everyone was so helpful. The gentleman that came out to the house was great and very helpful. Kathleen who fielded all my calls today no matter how many was very patient and understanding and I truly do appreciate that in a business. Thank you again and I will recommend you guys to everyone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I found out they priced higher. Their work is not quality and they left a dirty mess. Paradise Septic was much more professional. I ended up going with them later.

We needed a septic transfer inspection performed to close on a house the week of Thanksgiving. I called Ducks on Monday and they completed the inspection on Tuesday, sent the report to me and the title company and billed me what they had quoted over the phone. I found them to be Prompt, Courteous, Efficient, and Accurate. What more could you ask for?

This company come out and pumped our septic tank the operator and driver was very rude to my wife very very rude and had an attitude I would not recommend this company to anyone also they busted my sprinkler water pipes and never return to fix them properly and when they did I still have a water leak and they have yet to return to fix it

We had to have roots cut out of our septic of a home we are selling. They left the roots in the yard, didn't clean anything up, drove over our driveway and big rocks and tore it up, broke our irrigation and left it to run through the neighborhood and left our trees and shrubs with no water. They knew we were trying to sell it, and were so careless. Thier price was way too high as well.
