My husband and I purchased a home warranty when we bought our new home. We have had a few plumbing issues in the last year and always waited for Old Republic to assign someone for service.

The plumbing issues we've encountered involved raw sewage in our guest bathroom tub. Our drain line was clogged and required being rotored out. The first company they sent out told me that they couldn't find our clean outs and that our warranty didn't cover him going through the roof. He said he would do it by removing our toilet in the guest bathroom and use that pipe. The gentleman did not use any gloves and left... brown fingerprints... throughout the work area. Needless to say, I bleached my entire house after he left and told ORHW never to send him out again.

Fast forward to Thanksgiving, and the problem occured again. The company sent out Anthony's Plumbing. From the get go, Jennifer, Eric and Mark were incredibly helpful. Jennifer called and let us know before Eric was to arrive. He came in and determined our warranty DOES cover going through the roof since we had purchased the extra coverage. He rotored it and left.

A week later, the same problem occured. This time, Jennifer had Mark come out to our home. Mark was able to determine that the cause of the blockage was roots in our sewage drain where it connected to the city line. . . six feet below ground. He used a camera to pinpoint the exact location. My husband and I were able to get the majority of the hole dug where he needed to be before he arrived.

When Mark got there, he was a machine. He got the area cleared out and ready to replace within an hour. All in all, he was able to get the area replaced (including having to get parts) and the hole filled in again in just a few hours. The price was exceptionally reasonable. He was friendly, honest and wonderful to work with. Our home warranty did not cover the replacement, but we felt comfortable going through Anthony's Plumbing to complete the repair due to the exceptional service that we received from all of the staff, especially Mark.

We were desperately seeking a plumber , our drain had clogged and was very badly stopping up. It was on a saturday , my husband called from the yellow pages , found the number of HERO HOME SERVICES , Mr. BERTIN came on the scene , very graciously let us know how the problem came about , fixed it and also how we can maintain it for future occurences . I say thank you sir for being our heroe in this matter !!

Chris S and Jason performed an annual Reddi Planned Maintenance check and water heater flush. They did not try to over-sell their services. I asked for a quote to replace a toilet, and they were able to perform the replacement same day. When issues were discovered, they found the most cost-effective way to solve them, and they did a great job!

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

We had their tech come yesterday to clear a clogged drain and there was a problem most likely due to our 50 year old pipes and miscommunication and I suspect stress of overwork and a mistake was made and the drain was still cloggedbut when I got a hold of the supervisor Rene he came out immediately on a Sunday and resolved the problem,cleared the drain and did not charge us and even reimbursed us for the plug we had to buy for the damaged partSo we would heartily recommend themIf you have some problem, (sometimes things do happen) just get a hold of the supervisor as they will quickly ,efficiently and professionally resolve the problem

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. My home warranty company said it would take 4-5 days to fix or replace my water heater. So even though it would cost me, I thought that was too long. I contacted Bumble Bee and they could come out the next day. Even though it was very late in the day, the next day at 6:30 pm, Javier showed up. He was wonderful and explained everything. He spent the next 2 hours working hard to put a new water heater in and give me hot water again. It was worth it to me not to have to go for almost a week without hot water. So, good bye warranty company in the future. I will definitely recommend this family owned business for your plumbing needs.

Blue plumbers are reliable plumber. They were able to send someone out immediately to fix our problem, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. We appreciated the technician's professionalism and expertise, and we felt confident that the repairs were done correctly. If we ever need a plumber in the future, we will definitely be calling Austin.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I have used Belsito for a few things over the past eight years. From simple things (installing a new garbage disposal) to a new pressure release valve. A few days ago, something unusual happened. The PBV in the back of the house was overflowing and then I heard the pipes in the walls banging so loud I thought the house would fall apart. Crazy. I called Belsito and they sent someone over early the next morning. They spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem and methodically eliminating possibilities. While this resulted in new prvs and pbv, they had to continue to investigate why the backflow was still occurring. They feared the worse: a slab leak. They had a Leak Detection company come right out and within two hours, the inspection (thankfully) eliminated a leak. So, they wrapped for the night with only one more thing to try, which they did early the following morning. A PBV in the front finished off the mystery and all returned to normal. Along the way, they took notice of a few minor issues (one toilet needed a new Fill Valve which I replaced), and they doubled check a few other things just to be safe.
So, this is the best part. It was their relentless pursuit of getting to the bottom of the problem: it was perhaps more personal pride than professional ($). Oh, it all cost a bunch...but what doesn't nowadays? So, in addition to everything being new and working brilliantly, I appreciate Belsito's integrity to not give up or short-cut their effort. Quite the opposite. Hard to find these days. I'm sticking with Belsito.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I tried to complete a shower repair and broke the faucet cartridge inside the pipe. My wife told me I needed a professional. I made 6 calls to plumbing companies, no one could help me today. I have 2 infant grandchildren and my mother-in -law living in the house. The gas and water was off. Option One said they could respondwithin 2 - 4 hours . Two hours later Tim with Option One was at my door. After assessing the problem he gave me 2 quotes. They both depended on how much damage I had caused.Within an hour the repair was made at a very reasonable cost, especially considering my short notification. Both my wife and are are very pleased with the work and the professional tech, Tim.Option One will always be my first call should I have any new plumbing issues.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
