I was facing a plumbing issue in my home and was very pleased with the Blue Plumber services. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and arrived on time. The plumber who came to my home was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue to me in detail and was able to fix it in a timely manner. I appreciated the high level of customer service and attention to detail, and would definitely use Blue plumbers again in the future.

Blue plumbers are reliable plumber. They were able to send someone out immediately to fix our problem, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. After being let down by one of the larger on-line so-called 'emergency' plumbing services who failed to arrive within the time agreed, James was with me within half an hour. I have no reservations in recommending James, who is knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, and reasonably priced. This is a rare combination these days.

Shannon was very knowledgeable and did a great job addressing our needs, fixed a leaky shower faucet and installed a new shut off valve for our sprinkler system. Blue Plumbers came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both technicians , they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed and on the schedule right away! The plumbers that were dispatched were the most understanding professional and nice gentlemen! They did an excellent job making sure we knew what was taken place every step of the way! They did a fantastic job making sure they cleaned up every ounce of their mess when complete. This plumbing service is our go-to plumbing company for sure!

On time, a nice, honest, and friendly plumber arrived. I received excellent and professional service. Grohe taps and new isolator valves have been scheduled for installation. Very skilled and meticulous, with great attention to detail, he explained what needed to be done. Before leaving, I cleaned up, tested the new taps, and checked for leaks. Also reasonably priced. Thank you very much for installing the new taps and repairing the pipework. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and use again for plumbing services. Cheers

I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything. Technician came out to flush our tankless water heater. I asked him several questions on water softeners and filtration systems.He was very professional and courteous in answering all my questions and pricing. Even standing in the hot garage to do so. He was quick in servicing the unit. We hope Blue Plumbers is the one to come out next year to do the service again!

Contacted Blue Plumbers for a kitchen drain that was backed up. I called at 9 AM and was given a scheduled arrival between 10 and 11. Service rep, arrived a couple hours early. He listened to what we had to say about our problem, explained what he would be doing and the cost. The drain was a pain and he spent a couple of hours and showed us the drain camera results. Highly recommended Blue Plumbers to anyone who needs a plumber.

He had to come back to finish the job and he rearranged his whole schedule to accommodate me. They are fair price for their work and HONEST Which as we know is far and few between. Not only Blue Plumbers take care of my initial issue, but they also went above and beyond by helping me out with another water valve as a courtesy. This level of service truly sets them apart from other plumbing companies. It is not always easy to find a good plumber that you can trust to get the job done right, but this company exceeded my expectations in every way.
