We had Gary out to our office to do some various small jobs. One was installing a new kitchen faucet in our breakroom. After he left, there were issues with the faucet so we thought. He came back to our office and replaced the faucet at no charge. It wasn't the faucet issue at all. It was a problem with the hot water heater and the pressure to the faucet.
