TWD really got me out of a jam when an inspector discovered a damaged attic truss in my condo attic. Facing a short turnaround time to sell my condo, I searched the Internet to find an available repair company licensed to do residential structural repairs. TWD responded to my request and understood my short timeframe. Within a few days they had inspected all of the trusses, taken several photos, and given me a plan for repair. They set me up with their online project site where I could track their progress and download photos. All contacts by phone and in person were friendly and professional.

A few days later the repairman came over. He covered the floor and walls surrounding the attic entrance. While making the repairs, he photographed each step, and was done and gone within an hour.

I forwarded the photos and the project contract and receipt to my realtor, putting to rest any concerns the buyer might have.

In summary, this was a simple job costing me less than $400. Yet TWD treated me as if I was a long-time customer. I will certainly call them for remodeling work on my new home. I highly recommend their services.

Randy and Tyra are an amazingly professional team. We have utilized their services twice. Upon moving into our town home in Tempe they assisted with rehanging doors, installing excellent lighting in my wife's craft room, making general drywall repairs in the home, and installing exterior light fixtures. We asked Andrew to talk us through options with our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel and he was able to provide some amazing ideas and suggestions. All the work was professionally done and it was great to see everything come together. We ended up tearing down a kitchen wall, moving plumbing, electrical, and water lines, and a complete gutting and redo of our bathroom. Both look awesome!

Just called the Phoenix phone number posted on their web site from my landline. No answer, not even a voice mail. Dropped call.

So thrilled to have found a handyman service we can trust and rely on. I am retired and cannot get on ladders or lift heavy objects. We chose ACE because of their reputation. Our handyman Chris Simmons was more like a technician. He explained everything he was going to do to properly install our ceiling fan and the job turned out perfect. He was cordial and on time and he checked in before coming to make sure we knew when he was arriving. I would not hesitate to use ACE handyman services again, and I will be requesting Chris again for sure!

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
