I called today at 11am, my info was taken and I was told it would be given to dispatch and someone would call me back within an hour. 30 minutes later Raul called, I explained my kitchen drain line was draining but during our remodel we noticed black gunk in the drain line that goes into the wall. He said he had an appointment before me and would call me afterwards but thought he would be here around 2pm . Raul actually called me at 12:30 and said he was on his way. When he got here he tried several options, but it didn't work. He recommended a camera inspection and possible hydro jetting my drain lines. I declined until I could discuss options with my husband. Raul was not bothered but very understanding. I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said nothing because I really didn't do anything other than try a few options. He told me to call him if I need his services and he would gladly return. Great customer service from the beginning, great friendly technician. RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back. Turns out without telling me they sent a different company to my house that has low ratings and different pricing without telling me. The whole time I was under the impression that I knew which company I was using and what pricing I was getting. They bait and switch you … do not book with them!! You don’t know what you are getting and you may end up having to pay double
