I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

I would highly recommend Hero Home Srvs to anyone who needs plumbing srvs. They were wonderful to work with and i was very pleased with their work. Johnathon was the plumber who responded to my issues and continued to be involved through out my entire process. He was very nice and kept me informed and updated on everything that was going on. Your service rep, Ben Aguilar, was awesome! He was on time and fix our water softener problem in no time at all. We needed two new connector cables installed and Ben had them soldered on in twenty minutes. And then, he stayed to make sure the softener was started up and running properly. A true professional...really knew his stuff...and, did I mentioned, it was Sunday! And no extra charge for Sunday...and no charge for the trip out! Would definitely use Reddi Services again. Called Coopers on a Sunday morning after getting a few quotes on Sat night that were much higher. Zach came out within the hour, snaked our lines and pulled out tree roots. we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

Called last Friday to set up an appointment. Went well and they scheduled me for today (Monday) with a time somewhere between 0800 and 1200. 1145 rolls around and I've not seen them. Call the office and told I was given a call to let me know that the tech was on the way but I received no call or message. I work evenings right now and have been up all morning waiting for this truck. At 1240 there was still no truck. Another call to Tanya at the office and she then tells me that The driver had to off load because he is full. Spoke to the manager who stated This is why we don't give out specific appointment times. She went further by saying that the driver got full and needed to offload. I did remind her the agreed time frame was 08-12. She offered $50 off. I cancelled. Regardless of if it is short staffed, poor planning, or otherwise this company couldn't seem to meet the most basic component of a job which is just showing up on time. What makes this worse is that time was a 4 hour window. I cannot speak of their onsite expertise because my money went elsewhere.

On the most recent, the plumbers who actually did the job (John and Chad) were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing under somewhat difficult circumstances.

Excellent service. I was very happy with the team that came out to perform the work on my septic system. I was not on-site (rental property) but they communicated everything along the way, sent lots of pictures, helped resolved an issue on the same day, and still completed all the work they were scheduled for. I feel their price was fair for the work and the skilled technicians they have. I will absolutely use them for all my future septic systems repairs and maintenance.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
