Joey Miller called to say he was hung up in traffic but managed to get here sooner than he thought......still within the appointment window........got to servicing our AC unit and reported that both AC and Heat were perfect. That was all I expected until he graciously offered to hose off our solar panels while he was up there......which I greatly appreciated. I whole-heartedly recommend Penguin to honestly and professionally service all of your plumbing, heating or AC needs.

Had a new AC and thermostat installed three months ago by Hobaica. The thermostat stopped working, however, I received a notice from the thermostat manufacturer that the cause was a failed firmware update. The manufacturer was unable to assist, or explain the problem, and told us to call Hobaica for warranty replacement.

I called Hobaica and Grayson came within hours. Turns out, no need for replacement - just a “reset” at the AC unit! He even stayed to ensure it was working properly and cycled through. My house is now comfortably cool. Thanks for the great customer service Grayson! And standing behind your warranty Hobaica!

Jesus was amazing and knew exactly what to do with my AC that was not working properly. He was super attentive and helpful, overall, great customer service!

I would always hear their commercials on the radio about the company name being hard to spell - it just sort of stuck in my head I guess. Then one morning, everyone in the house is complaining that there wasn't any hot water. I went in to check on the water heater - only to find it was flooding everywhere - coming out of the top. Some type of valve had failed and it was a mess. I remembered that hard-to-spell company name and decided to give them a shot.

To my surprise, the rep came out within a hour or so - that same morning. He educated me on a few tips - like not needing to shut off the water to the entire house in a situation like this - and a few other tips, but as for the water heater - it was toast and already beyond the warranty it had.

There was zero sales pressure for a specific water heater - and instead, he spent quite a bit of time with my wife and I going over the many different options they had for replacing one.

Once again to my surprise, after we picked one - he was already on the phone with a crew and the installation was set for that same day - no extra charges for an emergency situation or anything like that. The crew came out a couple hours later and they, too, were very polite and professional - discussing everything with me before they started touching anything. There was some additional work that had to be done because of the allignment of my exhaust piping - but they all stayed there for the rest of the day - making sure the system was installed that very same day as promised.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their customer service, installation, and products. The entire team has been lovely.

Over the past ten years I have had a number of items replaced in my home. AC, water heaters, and plumbing: all performed by Day & Night. Their work has been perfect. The installers are always on time, careful with their work areas and clear with their explanations. I look forward to many years of keeping my systems performing as efficiently as possible.

Technician Jesse James was the best, don't let this employee ever leave! Helped educate us on our ductless mini split we had Lincoln Air install a year ago. Others techs have been nice but lacked the knowledge of the product and led me to search online in the beginning to learn myself. Jesse was a wealth of info expert advice, and made us much more confident with this purchase we made with you. Thank you for scheduling him for our service call!

They (Brandon, Andrew, and Zach) were on time and wasted no time getting our old heat pump out and installing the new one. Quick and efficient. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. Brandon went above and beyond to troubleshoot and fix a problem with our phone line after the installation was done. He made it better than it was before (an added bonus). We are extremely satisfied with their service.

Jedidiah accurately assessed the reason for my plumbing problem and provided a professional and prompt resolution. I was able to call Parker and sons at 6am and had them out at my house working on my plumbing issue 6 hours later. Was very happy with my service.

I'd like to commend Trey for an outstanding and professional service he provided for our house A/C scheduled maintenance on 7/22/2022. He is professional, kind and evidently very knowledgeable of the a/c system. He even went extra mile by installing my new a/c filters, replacing the old ones which were about 90-days since installed. This extra steps was something that you can not always expect from technicians. He recommended that a/c filters should be replaced at least every 2 months. In this regards, can I request that Trey perform the future scheduled maintenance of our A/C? Lastly, I highly recommend Patrick Riley and Trey in particular for your A/C-system and related needs.

William is great! I have had him at my home over the past  few years and he clearly explains what the problem is, ways to fix it and what to do to avoid him coming back out.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Very satisfied with the service. They did AC service for my mini split systems. Good guys, reasonable prices, I recommend.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
