The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.
I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.
It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.
It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

Our townhouse had extensive water damage from the ceiling, through the walls and floors due to an intensive monsoon in July 2020. Our insurance company was unresponsive, so we directly engaged Dan and Concept Restoration to remove damaged drywall, ceilings and insulation. They also brought in fans to dry out the house and prevent mold. We truly appreciated their professionalism and rapid response to our emergency. In addition to the hard work, Dan provided very useful advice for dealing with our insurance company and HOA. They provided many photos that helped document the water damage and their remediation work. We highly recommend Dan and Concept Restoration.

AZ Carpet and Restoration did an incredible job not only on our carpets but also in cleaning a mattress for us! I replaced all my flooring and baseboards, also had some electrical done like ceiling fans, lighting, etc. I worked with Scott (part owner) as he was referred to by a friend of my wife's. He was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Everything came out better than expected and I know some of it wasn't easy. We had two new pendant lights put in which came out perfectly centered over the kitchen island. The vinyl we chose looks amazing and the tile that got installed looks even better. I would certainly recommend them to any family or friend.
