Recently my husband and I sold a home. Prior to sale, we needed a number of improvements completed which included electrical and wiring, plumbing work, carpentry, painting, appliance installations and a number of other repairs / upgrades. For this work, I contacted Greg Knutson. Greg worked long hours and weekends to meet our very aggressive schedule. The quality of Greg’s work was excellent. His work reflected attention to detail and great craftsmanship. Greg made sure his work was done right, enabling us to develop trust in his ability to do fine work. Based on this positive experience with Greg, we have also hired him to do all maintenance work at our two rental properties. He is courteous and completes work promptly for our tenants. Kitchen Tune-Up is amazing! The owners, Garth and Rhonda, are fantastic. Garth came to our home and gave us a very reasonable quote with lots of promises. We talked with Rhonda in the office and quickly got our work scheduled. Everything promised was delivered and more! Our beautiful cabinets look brand new - what a difference! Excellent - thank you!

Kyle is totally awesome and definitely an honest handyman! He came recommended to us and we called to have him look at the pergola over our patio to maybe replace some of the wood. He said that it wouldn’t be worth it for us to do now, that we should just wait and replace the whole thing. We were impressed with his honesty and had him come back to look at our water heater which had stopped working. He came over and diagnosed the problem right away, decided that we needed a new one, and then went and picked it up from the store for us and installed it in a matter of hours. He helped explain the pricing and the different models to us, told us what he uses at his own properties. Did all his work without any help, lugged the water heaters around, managed the install, everything. It works great!

It was great working with these guys. They treat their workers and clients with honesty and respect.
Really impressed by their set up and demeanor.
