We needed our annual check up on the A/C units in our house and we've used Hays before with good success, so we called on them again. Frank was our tech - he called ahead of the visit to confirm, was on time and very knowledgeable. He made useful recommendations and wasn't pushy about the suggestions. I would definitely use Hays again and ask for Frank.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star but I had to in order to share my experiencewe had repair 2 single 15 Amp Arc Fault the tech show to my sister from Home depot web price for one 159.00 then left to buy the Arc fault, which 5min away from the house but back after 75minutes after several calls, after he install asked him to live the package or invoice so that to help understand what type material been install, he simply ignore and walk to his car, after 15 times several days call to the office finally able to talk manager after two weeks and schedules to meet in person to go over the invoice and the material that been install since there is no details clarification in the invoice and noting writing on the material (appears peels off except 15 Amp ) me and my sister take day off from work to meet manager, last minutes office call and say there is nothing we can do so meetings is cancel after waiting for two weeks , over the phone we trying to get help for overly charge for poor quality materials but no one's willing to help, since they already took the money they never care about customers so ever for 2, 15 Amp Arc Fault ( approximately between 15 –49 dollars price)with labor charged 523.00 no details clarification on the payment no answer for questions the worst company so ever!

I have never asked this company for a quote nor service. However they call me twice a week or more from out of town because i live in Tucson.. I have asked them numerous time to quit calling me but they insist. I can not even block them because they call from a ghosted number each time.

On time service, friendly, professional

Moving into a my new house, the priority was to get the HVAC replaced as it was close to 20 years old. After researching multiple companies, I contacted Day & Night and boy am I glad I did! The free consultation was great, and Brian was knowledgeable, thorough and really explained our options. When we decided to go with Day & Night, scheduling was quick and the installation only took a day! Aaron and his installation crew were on time, on point and really got the job done right. My set up was a little difficult and they set me up the right way, The follow-up check in with Ronnie was another great service point. All in all it was the right company delivering the right system but their friendly and knowledgeable people made it a positive, easy and excellent experience. I will use them again and recommend without hesitation.

The technician Javier Cruz came out to my mom and stepdad‘s house the other day. We were so impressed with this guy he perform services on our system other technicians say they’ve done but looks like he went above and beyond to go ahead and do it better. Every step of the way he was explaining to my stepfather what he was doing and why he was doing we’ve had doubts about ace home services but this technician cleared that up for us. From getting off the truck looking so professional and handsome this is what an AC technician should look like. We were very spoiled having him out because I highly doubt there will be another technician like him from now on my stepdad has said he’s going to request Javier Cruz out every time we have our maintenance visits.

Howard Air has been wonderful to work with. Our main AC unit had a melt down and needed to be replaced in August the day before we were to leave on vacation. Howard Air installed a loaner unit that ran for the two months while we were gone. We had two new units installed in November and are grateful for the professionalism that all employees we came in contact with displayed. Steven our rep was knowledgeable, understanding and professional, he listened and addressed all of our concerns. The service crew that installed our new units were all efficient, conscientious,and detail oriented. They were on time for every appointment; truly a customer oriented top notch company.

Our AC was blowing out hot air when it was set to cool. Called this company and Darryl came out immediately. He was able to fix the problem very quickly and we are very satisfied with his service! I recommend this company to everyone!

Very unethical. A worker of theirs came to work on my AC through my home warranty company. Paid the worker $75 cash and he didn't reported it to the home warranty! I called them and the warranty agents tried calling then and emailing with NO REPLY! So I will go ahead and pay another 75 to my warranty but it will cost Volox this review.

I had a warranty through them for my HVAC unit and the compressor started to fail by summers end. They were unable to get a new compressor as the HVAC was 22 years old and not even properly installed by the home builder. The guys from SMW were fantastic in installing a new HVAC system and I am very pleased with an 18 SER Trane. It is quiet, and the air cleaner is truly terrific. They gave me an incredible deal on the system as well as financing. I love being able to program and adjust the unit with my smart phone. The installers and the owner and sales rep were very honest and truly customer service oriented. I have recommended this company to others.
