Penguin Air and Plumbing to the rescue...again. We’ve used them on several occasions and this time it was the hot water heater. Daniel, the technician who came, was very thorough and patient as he explained our options. In the end, within a couple short hours we had a new hot water installed and all is good. I called Chas Roberts on a Wednesday to ask about replacing my AC unit which was not working properly. An employee from the company was there that afternoon to take measurements! The new unit was installed 3 days later & works perfectly. The installer arrived on time, did the install, & thoroughly communicated all necessary information to me. Ace has always been dependable and reliable for me over the years through a maintenance agreement I had with them. So, when my old air conditioner failed, I bought my new air conditioner from them. Now, this year when my new air conditioner needed it's one year maintenance service, Ace was all over it. They contacted me to make an appointment! Then Ace sent one of their field supervisors, Stuart M., who is experienced, knowledgeable, personable and thorough to complete the maintenance.
