They did a great job! Spent all day installing the new heat pump, and when they couldn't figure out a problem they were having, one of the owners drove an hour to our house to help them.

Treno was professional, and got the AC unit back up and running. This has been the hottest summer ever in Phoenix and these guys didn't miss a beat. Leo came on time and tested this unit out very thoroughly. Explained all of the options I have to solve issues and showed me a way to clean the outer coils to improve performance. This unit was installed by another company and been problematic since day one. I feel that Leo explained his findings and informed me of the options I have with this unit.
