Best U V Light in Phoenix AZ

Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment online (1/26/2022) along with speaking with a representative from Penguin Air to service my A/C unit. I received a text confirming my appointment for 2/1/2022, (First Available). I took the day off from work and waited at my house all day. Penguin Air did not show up, they did not call my number, they did not text, nor did they e-mail me. Their lack of communication and unprofessional approach to handling a new customer ensures I will not be doing business with them. I should have known when their text said First Available, meaning the customer has to wait at their home all day for them to just show up.I realize others experience may have been more positive, but the fact that Penguin Air lacked basic customer service to reach out to me, and inform me that they would not be able to meet the agreed upon appointment. I wasted a vacation day for them. I will not waste another day on them.

Horrible plumbing. 3 weeks later and the toliet still doesn’t flush. They told us to just stop using toliet paper after their 2nd attempt to fix it. After$500 they want more $ to fix it right

Travis came out and looked at my heater. He made me feel better about the way my heater was working. He did a great job

This company is amazing!! They worked with my warranty company and are very easy to work with. Andy (manager)is very on top of things and up front with everything. The tech, Kyle, was also great with communication and really figured out a problem and the solution that 4 other AC companies misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me over $1000 -$7000 for what cost several hundred through SG Mechanical cause the other companies didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem and just wanted to replace major parts of the system to the whole system. SG even fixed the thermostat that was installed sloppy by another company. They are my company now and only ones I will call with maintenance and any issues!!

Service inspection and quote for new system

Jeremy was great! He explained to me what was wrong and offered me services that will extend my AC! He was quick to repair the problem and go over with what he found and explain things thorough with me. I’ll definitely will be contacting them again!

John was reliable, efficient and knowledgeable. He takes pride in the quality of service he provides and we appreciate it! He explained several things about the unit and the maintenance of it that I was unaware of. He was friendly and I enjoyed talking with him.

First let me start off by saying we had an issue mid day Sunday afternoon. Water was coming up through our toilets and our tubs in both bathrooms. Their tech Santino was so helpful and cleared the drains. ON A SUNDAY! They were not over priced. Friendly service and seriously helped us out when we needed someone to figure out what was going on. Derek arrived on time, was professional, cordial, and repaired my furnace. Definitely, I highly recommend him and his the company Circulate HVAC.

It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!
I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!

Nick arrived on time and was able to fix my air system same day with parts he already had on his truck. Very convenient to those that want same day repairs. He was very professional and charged less then I thought.
